Very clean, comfy and quiet. Staff are friendly and knowledgable of the area. Food was good value in the pub/restaurant next door. Short walk to the central tube line.
The location was a little further out than we wanted but easy to get to and not too far to walk from the train station. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us with our rooms and provide drinks and also sweets in the room for the children. The room was clean and adequate for our one night stay, good night's sleep and very quiet. However, the restaurant next door was not so good. Thank you to Jurrell, who was very helpful, and polite. The evening meal was nice and the food was good but the service was terrible. The resdtauratnt was not full by any stretch of the imagination but we had to wait 40-45 minutes for our food, not good when you have hungry children. The staff were not particularly friendly and we had to clear our own table to enable us to have a dessert, even though I had asked for it to be cleared. This was the only downside to staying at this particular Premier Inn. The Premier Inn was perfectly fine.
The room smells like kebab and body odour. There are pieces of food on the chair, side table and carpet. The shower curtain is hanging on for dear life and the headboard is disgusting.
Very happy experience. Easily booked online and chose to pay at the hotel, which was also easy. Early check-in option worked well - thanks Jurrell for sorting. Room warm and cosy, comfortable, quiet and clean. My room had a bath (and shower, of course) which was a plus. Check-out consists of walking out. I’m not sure about connections to central London as I was attending a meeting close by.
Full marks.
Front desk staff was very helpful
Amazingly located for Visiting London if you have a vehicle due to free carparking, Just off the A40 and Close to a Underground tube station.
Stayed in this premier 4 years ago
Better experience.
Sub standard cleaning now
Mouldy shower curtain
No hand towels or bath mats left
Plenty of bath towels
No extra blanket in room
No facility to purchase water from a vending machine
Smell of cannabis in hallway.
The hotel looked tired and shabby from outside, it could do with a spruce up. Parking is invaluable in this area and plenty of spaces, just make sure you register your registration at reception. The room was large, clean and spacious, bathroom was large and mostly very clean. The plughole in the sink was completely blocked with hair which is not acceptable and was actually really quite gross ( room 36 ). All in all a good stay. Would stay again if in the area. Just needs a bit more attention to the little things.
I stayed at this hotel with my family and was very disappointed with the experience. The cleaning service was far below expectations – our room was not properly cleaned, and basic standards of hygiene were not maintained. On top of that, the lady from HR who was sitting at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. I do not recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.
Booked this place for its proximity to Wembley Stadium.
First impressions? The building had that charming “vintage”, the kind where you’re not sure if it’s historic or just tired. Entered our room and were immediately greeted by half a curtain rail chilling on the chair like it was waiting for room service. Clearly the room had been cleaned but this was ignored.
We pushed it back on ourselves, because apparently this was a Build-A-Room experience. Just missing the Allen key and IKEA instructions. We would have spoken to staff but they were busy due to multiple people staying for the event at Wembley stadium.
Cleanliness was okay, and the surrounding areas were fine, nothing to write home about, but also nothing that made us want to run home.
Now, the staff? Smiling, helpful, and somehow keeping it together despite the influx of people.
Would we stay again? Maybe. But we’d probably scroll past it on Booking.com a few times first.
This was my second stay at the Premier Inn London Greenford while visiting for a Wembley concert, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is ideal – close enough to Wembley for an easy journey, but far enough away to escape the post-concert crowds.
As before, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was spotless, quiet, and the bed incredibly comfortable – exactly what I needed after a long night at the stadium. I felt completely at ease travelling solo, which is important to me.
Breakfast was a good start to the day, and having the restaurant and nearby shops makes everything convenient.
Me and my wife are very happy with our stay. Well looked after by the folk in the reception. I recommend the breakfast. Will book again!
I stayed at the Premier Inn London Greenford as a solo traveller for a concert at Wembley, and it was the perfect choice. The location is really convenient – just a short journey to Wembley Stadium, but far enough away to avoid the heavy crowds after the event.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed for a good night’s rest after the concert. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day.
The onsite restaurant was handy, with a good range of food and drinks, and there are shops nearby if you need anything extra.
Overall, it’s a great value stay – safe, friendly, and ideal if you’re travelling alone for an event at Wembley. I’d definitely stay here again.
Brilliant hotel, staff were very helpful with recommendations for the local area and travel routes. Had an issue with the room that was originally assigned to myself and so went down to reception where I met Ranvir (definitely worth the extra shoutout) who was very quickly able to upgrade us! Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to my friends and family!
Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Highly recommend this. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Arrived at hotel after concert at Wembley so was after midnight. Curtains in room would not close properly as clips had previously snapped off. Did not get good sleep as daylight coming through unclosed curtains Curtains had holes in them. Don’t believe the room had received a proper clean as curtain rail was filthy. Car park was strewn with empty beer bottles and cigarette butts. Would not recommend.
Had a lovely experience staying here! We were very exhausted and just wanted a peaceful sleep. Which is what we got! Beds were comfy and hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The girl on reception spoke very quiet and it didn’t help that she was also looking down, she wasn’t impressed when you asked her to repeat what she was saying.
When walking into our room the first thing we noticed was the smell of damp, I sat on the spare sofa bed and it felt damp. We noticed a leaf on the floor next to a freestanding bedside table, when the went to pick it I we noticed it was sitting in spiders webs wrapped around the table leg. There was still rubbish in the bathroom bin and our daughter’s bathroom ceiling had mould on it.
The hotel is in need of an update & big clean.
Good was at the pub across the car park and we went for breakfast, not your normal premier inn breakfast, no fresh fruit or mixed fruit. There was only one lady on the floor and she was very rude.
Would we stay here again, NO
Stayed at this hotel every year since 2019. It hasn't been decorated in that time and it's starting to show. It just looks shabby with missing paint in the rooms and bathroom. There was mould in the bathroom and the plughole blocked by lots of hair and gunk! I moved the bed away from the wall to get the beds closer together, but there was so much hair and dust that I just put it back. The room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and I had to ask for clean towels on the 3rd day.
Breakfast is good and the lady in the restaurant so friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant all 3 nights and it's your typical microwaved, tasteless pub food. The pie is great but they stated they had run out the first night only to be told they hadn't the second night. As this is cooked in an oven , I think they just couldn't be bothered to prepare it as it was nearing the end of the serving time. Also told me they'd run out the third night.
The location for us is perfect with free parking and 15 mins walk to the tube. I'll probably look elsewhere next year unless it's been decorated, but them I guess they'll increase the price!!
Brilliant hotel! Really comfortable as expected from a premier inn! Huge bonus to have free parking with no conditions in London. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was an event outside on the Saturday night and we thought it may be really noisy in the hotel but as soon as you closed the door you couldn’t hear anything so that was comforting too.
