La chambre est parfaite, la literie est top , le seul problème est le parking qui est plus cher que l’hôtel lui meme , c’est incroyable le parking est hors de prix

Not worth it

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour. Le personnel est au top ! Hôtel à 40 min du centre ville. Transport à 1 min de l’hôtel. Très pratique pour transporter les valises

Tout était nickel

My car got stolen from the car park. CCTV captured it all but due to GDPR rules staff were not allowed to give me any details. The area has had this problem for some time.

Overall brilliant stay at premier inn, az always. Booked their premier plus rooms which was beatiful. Only disapointment was shower, preassure was awful.

Hotel very convenient next to the DLR station. Supermarket over the road. Restaurant was lovely & staff welcoming. Would recommend this hotel. We stayed here to go to the o2.

Lovely clean room, staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in and out was seamless.
Breakfast had a good selection.

I have stayed here af number of times for ComicCon at Excel London. Alexandra, who booked us in, was great and was easily the most responsive and helpful person I have dealt with at this hotel. An asset to be sure.

My family and I arrived after midnight quite tired and we left the next day in the morning; the room was clean, service was good, the room quiet; however, when we checked in, we were not told that parking had to be paid separately, so I assumed parking was free or the fee was included in the room rate. However, I received then a PCN and I contacted the hotel; I was told that every customer is informed about parking when they check in; nevertheless, when I explained that this had not happened in our case and also provided some evidence of this, the manager cancelled the fine. Great customer representative team and great manager!

This is a very good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. It is conveniently located at the end of the DLR with the station only a few hundred metres away. 30mins on the DLR and you're into the heart of the capital 🙂
Across the road is a large supermarket (Asda) and McDonald's although the Brewers Fayre next door serves excellent food and drink.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

FRAUD.

Fully paid online yet staff at check-in claims hotel received no money and demand full payment again. Unfriendly staff.

Free wi-fi running at 0.7mb , otherwise ask for GBP 5 per day.

This is the cleanest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, excellent. Staff very polite. Bed lovely and comfy, choice of pillows.

Top service at this hotel, was served by alexandra and ingrid! They are very quick and effiecwnt helping resolve any issues!

Clean

Parking is a joke - £30 for just 13 hours is extortionate - it states £15 for 24 hours
I arrived at 17:30 and left the following morning at 06:20... private parking eye so no-one can help in the hotel.
plus side is hotel is new ish - clean quiet room and very comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel for business travel, with cosy rooms and superbbreakfast.
Situated in a trategic location.
Close to DLR which connect to Elizabeth line @ London Heathrow, Clise to bus stop and Supermarket.

Genuinely, couldn’t ask for a better place to take my other half for a weekend in London to stay. Why? The Staff.
They have been so kind in their service and welcome, we were both astonished. They genuinely cared for us. Special special gratitude to Alex who has gone the extra mile and made our room into a home. Other than great personality of staff and their hospitality, the location of the hotel is perfect for travelling to central London, both train and bus routes. Just a stones throw away from a massive Asda, and a gentle walk to Lidl for their morning bakeries. Honestly, the staff made it all.
