Overnight stay before travelling.
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. It was beautifully presented. Everything from 1st entering was superbly presented, the rooms were pristine, we had the absolute pleasure of having an evening meal and breakfast, which were outstanding both in quality and presentation.

Great Lodging Choice!
Pros:

The Premiere Inn at Glasgow Airport was a fantastic stay after a long day of exploring! I didn't have time to enjoy any of the fantastic facility options, but did enjoy a nice shower and a good nights rest before catching my early flight the next morning. Will easily recommend this location to anyone, and will consider other Premiere Inn locations in the future.

Overnight stay before holiday
Pros:

Had a one night stay here bfore flying out early morning from Glasgow.
Stay friendly, check in quick and easy and room was clean and comfortable. Had a few drinks in the bar but didn't eat food as had already eaten and we were checking out before breakfast. Would recommend, around a 7 minute walk to the airport terminal

Very handy for the airport.
Pros:

Check-in was quick & simple. Room spotlessly clean & quiet, and only a short walk to airport check-in.

Only downside was when we ordered drinks with our meal. The food was brought out 15/20mins after ordering but still no sign of our drinks, which was the first drinks we’d ordered . Left it a minute in case they were still on the way & had to chase them up - still waited a couple of minutes & were 1/2 way through our meal by the time our 1st drinks came.

Otherwise all good.

Good as usual
Pros:

Good room, good meal options and nice food. 7 minutes walk to check in, and excellent deal with the nearby Flying Scot car park.
Restaurant is understaffed, meaning it's frustratingly slow as staff are trying to take orders/serve orders/check people into hotel all at the same time. Best to email hotel and make a reservation for restaurant.

Many positives but not great overall
Pros:

I think I might be erring on the side of generosity with this review as so many of the staff, particularly the lady that checked us in were fantastic. So welcoming, personable and even as we left the staff maintaining the rooms were friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately the whole room stank of damp and we wondered if the number of open windows we saw when we left indicated this wasn’t an isolated issue. The meal deal is incredible value and you know it won’t be the highest quality at those prices but my husband really enjoyed his. My soup was cold and when I let a member of staff know it was swiftly microwaved and returned (no problem with that at the prices) but was then met with a waitress stood over us barking out the name of our main courses which she held aloft while we still had starter plates in front of us. A bit odd. We did move our used plates to the side as she put the mains down and disappeared without a word. Not sure if that was someone having a bad day or whether there’s some etiquette to clearing tables we weren’t aware of but didn’t leave a positive impression. Wouldn’t hurry back despite the positive initial impressions (and well done to whoever hired the person manning reception - she’s fab!)

Pros:

Awful, tired, scruffy and lack of staff, the staff that were there were pretty useless, customer service is very bad.
Eat somewhere else, food awful.

Pros:

Location to airport was excellent. Express bus from Glasgow center to airport is very efficient. We were able to walk to the hotel from the bus drop off point, no problem. I would suggest a dinner reservation for folks staying at the hotel. Very busy restaurant.

Bad customer service
Pros:

Left an expensive coat in the room (that was silly). Checked out - an hour later realised what I’d done - sent them an email the same day - 4 days later, no response… Returned to the hotel at the end of my trip, asked them to check lost property, they found nothing, they then asked for my contact details as ‘some of the cleaners are off today’ - if they’d have responded to their emails, the last step wouldn’t have been necessary - don’t know how I’m going to collect my coat all the way from London if they find it - 0/5 customer service.

Perfect overnight for early flight.
Pros:

Easy parking with a small charge of £4 for overnight, which we felt was fair. Pay at check in with car number plate.
Lovely friendly checkin from charming member of staff and felt our custom was welcome.
Room was spacious on second floor and spotless. Everything you could need provided with free WiFi . Comfortable bed and room quiet. Did not eat at hotel , so no views on food.
Perfect for early flight. Not that cheap but will use again for convenience and saves hassle of driving early morning as at airport.

A perfectly adequate place to stay enroute but customer service has room for improvement.
Pros:

Location was great. A perfect choice for catching an early flight.
Atmosphere was fine, nothing special but perfectly OK.
The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were told at reception that the new menu would be in our room and it wasn't. There was also only one towel for two people so we had to get another one from reception.
The service was mixed. We received a really good reception as we booked in and the receptionist was very helpful. At dinner service was lacking. We were left standing for a while to be seated, The table we were shown to wasn't clean and several of the new items on the menu were not available. Breakfast was better. The noise levels were fine and I would stay again in similar circumstances but there is definite room for improvement.
