Nearest tube stations are Leicester Sq (Northern and Piccadilly lines). Follow Cranbourne St into Leicester Square and the hotel is located on the right. Bus routes serving Charing Cross, Haymarket, Shaftsbury Ave and Trafalgar Sq are a short walk away. Charing Cross station, served by South East Rail is under 10 mins walk.
I went to London with my son for his 21st Birthday.
Despite this being a central London high turnover hotel the staff were fantastic and very personable. The duty manager was lovely and she made it feel a very personal experience.
Amazing location on leister square. So close to the Christmas markets, we attended a show and just had a 5 minute walk. Close to Covent gardens. Tube station short walk. Surrounded by restaurants and so much to do. 20 minute walk to Oxford Street, or take the tube.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Wonderful location. Ready for tubes and buses. No atmosphere in hotel but staff friendly enough. Room was ok but whole hotel looked tired. Tear in dining room carpet could prove a problem.
Paid 252 pounds per night for a triple room. Stayed for 4 night and enjoyed none of the nights. Room was really small and none of our luggages could open up in full. Even half opening them is a real challenge. We ended up hopping around in the room just to get around. Room is dated, shower has molds and stains, shower screen has disgusting moldy and rusting stains. Wash basin is also dirty the see thru hole with rusted with visible brownish thick coat of slime just makes you want to leave the bathroom. The toilet bowl looks old and yellowed.
Do note that this is really an Inn and NOT a hotel as advertised and categorised. There is no fridge, no safe box, no phone to connect to reception, no toiletries and no proper reception. Everytime you’ll need help, you gotta head down to the tiny receptionist desk that is 100% of the time not mended and you’ll have to press that miserable bell and start waiting for someone to show up.
For this property, you’re really just paying for the location and nothing else. But at least, the bed is comfortable…. Still, the other downsides have just made it really difficult to enjoy my stay with this property.
Awarded 2 stars - 1 for location (which I totally paid for) and another star for the bed. Period. Will not return.

The hotel is very conveniently placed right in the centre of London near all the major theatres etc and is only a few minutes walk away from Leicester Square Tube station so is easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access was by lift from the ground floor up to reception and various level. Access and lifts were controlled by the roomy key so security was good. Overall management was very efficient and friendly . The rooms were quite small with limited hanging facilities for clothes but very clean and well prepared and more than adequate for a short stay. Despite being in a very lively and busy area the rooms were very quiet. The walk in shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. There was. a limited but adequate bar service. We had breakfast there on one day which was very good. Hot and cold food and a wide choice of cereals, yoghurts, unlimited coffee etc. Although they are available we did not have an evening meal. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
Perfect location and great little hotel , right in the centre of everything you could need , tube station is literally a 5 min walk away and staff are super helpful
On arrival, we found the entrance and lift to be dirty. Dirt on the floors, lift walls stained and sticky. Receptionist not particularly welcoming. Reception area untidy with all sorts of items leaning against walls etc. We walked through the "restaurant" area to go to the toilet. That was dirty too. The floor was sticky and there were still food crumbs and smears on the central buffet from breakfast. The toilets were revolting. The ladies obviously hadn't been cleaned since heaven only knows when - the toilet bowl was crusted and the floor had splashes and visible dirt. There were also stains/smears on the walls. I went to use the disabled toilet instead and that wasn't much better. My husband said the gents was fairly awful too. The passage way to our room was dirty – bits of paper, wrappers, mud/soil. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. On first glance, our room seemed clean but the bathroom wasn’t great. The basin’s overflow was black with dirt/mould and around the plug hole was too. Neither the shower nor the basin drained properly and I had to wait to shower after my husband so that we didn’t flood the bathroom. There was only one of each towel despite booking for 2 people. We requested another but that never arrived. The shower rail was dirty with smears and watermarks. There were visible stains on the headboard and curtains too. The hairdryer didn’t work properly and kept switching off during use. Thanks to the obvious lack of hygiene we avoided using the kettle and decided to skip breakfast despite having paid for it. The receptionist wasn’t particularly concerned when we informed her of this at checkout. Overall, a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
We were parading as veterans at the cenotaph so premier Inn at Leicester Square was superb. The staff team worked their socks off keeping all the old military vets happy and deserve a medal of their own. The rooms were clean and very quiet even with all the noise from the Christmas market.

Great location but definitely not the best Premier Inn I have stayed in probably the worst for cleanliness.
Staff really helpful and try their best it’s just a dirty hotel that needs some serious renovation.
We had a premium room and it was horrid not appealing at all. Carpet full of stains, paint peeling and the view of a wall from the window.
Would not stay here again.
Nice location!
Stayed Saturday 11th October. Horrendous experience.
Don’t stay here if you want to be able to sleep..!
Thudding from nightclub music connected to hotel reverberated through our room till past 3 AM.
Complained to Nightstaff who said it’s a common occurrence and even had a WhatsApp group set up with the nightclub! Asked if we could move to a higher floor to try and stifle the noise but declined.
Spoke to Duty Manager and Manager next morning, they were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Just told us to complain online.
So complained online, got a reference number and an initial acknowledgement and then absolutely nothing since!
Totally ruined our wedding anniversary trip.
1 night stay.
Great location.
We walked to London Eye and the theatre from here with no trouble.
Breakfast was good.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Easy check in and iut.
No issues.
Much better than some more expensive hotels. In fact I may start booking here much more often.
No heat in the room. The key scanner outside to allow access isn’t working. Shabby, no manager at weekends for serious issues - was trapped in a lift and shouted at by staff for banging on doors to be let out. Nobody offered assistance or comp Guest relations weekday 9-5 only. Honestly horrible experience. Don’t use.
Wonderful room. Delicious beakfast and helpful staff
Location was great. Carpet in the room appeared ready for a good cleaning or replacement (it would be OK to have a decent grade vinyl plank flooring instead). The nightly room price varies day to day, but overall for the six days it was reasonable compared to some of the other closeby hotel. We chose the add-on breakfast buffet option, which turned out to be a good choice.
Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location with the underground and some bus stops only a few minutes away, as well as shopping opportunities and restaurants. None of the noise from the busy city makes it to the room, as the windows are filtering it all out. Beds are decently firm from my experience. Would recommend!
Stayed here with friends for a weekend, the location is great and in the middle of Leicester Square
The hotel room was fine, although only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient
The doorway is quite small, and you can mistake it for a club next door. As it's a non-smoking hotel, smokers stand outside the door, and you run the gauntlet of smoke!
Hotel room clean and tidy although a little cramped compared to previous stays in same hotel, but this time we were on the top floor and these seem to be smaller rooms. Reception services good although stretched with numbers coming and going. Only thing which spoiled visit was poor hot water pressure on 8th floor - top. On both mornings we struggled to have a shower due to poor hot water pressure in our room - would come on and go off frequently even after being run for a long period.
Location is great though and on previous visits, aside from lifts, reception staff and accommodation/food have always been good.
Noticed menu has now been reduced further for main meals, which is disappointing, so our next stay may be in another hotel.
