Dear Sirs, I booked by phone directly with premier inn, 3 doubles rooms and 1 single room, this last room interconected with one of the others rooms,Breakfast included.
we had 4 doubles rooms not conected , we had to pay for the breakfast for 7 pax, because in the reservation the hotel said that they didn't have the information about the breakfast included. so we have paid + 195,86 pounds. And the last thing is that nobody says to us that you have to annonce at the reception if you want cleanservice. so nobody get the new towels, neither the WC clean. the reservation was made by telephone and one room was at my name and the other tree rooms at aa, bb cc. really dificult to find them by the checking service.Really incredible!
Excellent location just off underground with Tesco Extra, Sainsbury’s Local and Superdrug nearby. Just around corner from St Paul’s Cathedral and Millennium Bridge over Thames.
Welcoming and personable staff who take pride in their jobs. Warm, clean and well presented restaurant, bar and check in area with well laid out seating areas.
Good sized rooms in quiet location. Excellent value for money based on location, room size and quality of decor.
Would definitely staff here again.
Very uncomfortable bed on this occasion. Pillows equally poor. Very difficult to sleep in this particular bed, very disappointed.
Overnight stay on a Sunday with my daughter, easy check in, we were able to drop our bags earlier in the day, exceptionally professional, warm and friendly staff, very pleasant bar area, our room was spotlessly clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. Thank you to all 😊
The best hotel I’ve stayed at in London and I have stayed at many. Clean and so quiet even on the ground floor. Great sound proofing. Definitely have the breakfast it’s so inexpensive and delicious
We've stayed here quite a few times, we love the location and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. This time I had just had a bad fall and wasn't fully mobile so when we checked in I asked for a room with shower rather than bath . After a couple of false starts we were given a room with accessible bathroom, which was great. Thank you.
Great location, Very friendly staff, good size rooms and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast with plenty of choice
Excellent location and service! Ok family room and bathroom. Little noise. Typical English breakfast, free of charge for children and good value for adults.
30 Family and Friends stayed at Blackfriars Premiere Inn to attend the wedding of my son. Every member of our party found the staff at this Inn superb. They were incredibly helpful and kind and went out of their way to accommodate small children and elderly grandparents and everyone inbetween. Breakfast on both days of our stay was delicious and generous, and to cap it all off they put a bottle of fizz on ice in the room of the groom. We will definitely stay again. Thank you all.
It is important to consider that booking a standard room means booking a double room, twin rooms apparently only available in premier rooms. That was confusing and we ended accidentally up in a double room, while we wanted a twin room. The locations is practical, close to the Translink station, but the immediate area is not very attractive. Rooms are good, bathrooms is efficient, with a good shower. Breakfast is good, although we missed more continental oriented rolls with cheese or ham or alike. The staff is really very friendly and helpful, that makes a big difference.
Fantastic location for all attractions, easy access to the underground.Very polite and friendly staff, lovely and clean bedrooms and food was excellent. Third time at this hotel and soon to return.
Outstanding staff - incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location, close to tube and Thameslink stations, and within walking distrance of many sights. Great value
Me, Mum and my brother have had a great long weekend at the hotel. All the staff were lovely even when busy, especially Alessandro in the restaurant in the evening. Thankyou! :)
We had a family room for two adults and two children. The hotel was welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning and go and explore London. It’s centrally located and easy to get to the tube. The area around the hotel felt safe. The staff were friendly and gave the children some complimentary sweets.
All the staff were really helpful but Alessandro who works in the restaurant was especially helpful and we really enjoyed our whole trip. Thank you
This is our favourite hotel in London. Everything you need. Great location. Good value for money. Very friendly staff.
Everything was good . Such an amazing stay. Staff are so friendly …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, the light on the mirror didn’t work, the shower was leaking heavily onto the bathroom floor, the plumbing (?) system was extremely noisy, and the towels didn’t smell clean.
We also had a knock on the door at half 9am on morning of checkout asking if we were out yet by housekeeping - this was a bit of a shock given checkout isn’t until 12pm. Thankfully we were awake to hear the knock but if not, would they have just let themselves in? I’m not sure but either way, shouldn’t have happened.
This was our 3rd stay in this Premier Inn and will be the last unfortunately.
Second time at this hotel once again attending NFL game at Tottenham.
Location is perfect for transportation being so close to Blackfriars Station.
Hotel is well run. Only complaint is the WIFI which is dodgy.
Breakfast buffet is great! Room is spartan but had all we needed for the week.
