Great night, very quiet and clean and easy. Michelle was brilliant and helped me to sort the parking out and made everything very low stress. I would reccomend as it’s very good value and takes out the painful early start
The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a short airport stay. Reception staff were helpful and the location is ideal.
However, the bar and restaurant were very disappointing, slow, disorganised service, over an hour’s wait for cold food that wasn’t tasty, and staff who seemed inexperienced and not particularly engaged.
I also found the parking cost high for just one night.
Good for the room and convenience, but I wouldn’t rely on the restaurant or bar.
What an amazing rescue from potential complaint to great experience. Checked in using the online machine and when we got to the room the key didn’t work, had very heavy bags so it wasn’t fun carrying then up and down. I went down to reception and Danielle was so warm and helpful, she apologised and sorted it immediately. She was so friendly and welcoming that it made all the frustration of the key cards disappear. Just goes to show how we need humans in customer facing industries like hospitality!
Room fine. Restaurant a complete shambles. Cold undercooked food. Low staff moral. Bar staff not interested in serving customers.
When making our annual journey we have elected to stay at one of two hotels in Harlow, but noticing a sharp price increase on both we decided to have a look around and realised Premiere Inn had a hotel at Stansted Airport. Checked the price and it was a no brainer. On arrival (in the dark) we found the parking a little quirky but no matter but the charge we found a little surprising. We have stayed at other PI’s with non owned car parks but not with nearly £20 (including discount). The penny then dropped to understand the much keener price than the Harlow hotels. The staff were efficient and welcoming, the bed was as expected, super comfortable, the breakfast again as expected, tasty and filling, and check out easy. Overall a good night’s stay just be prepared for the car parking charge.
My daughter and I stayed at the Premier Inn London Stansted prior to an early flight from Stansted. We arrived late after a LONG journey from home. We used the self check in machines which we fine and then used the car parking machine to pay for the car overnight. Heads up it wants to charge you £25 but there is a code to input on the wall behind the machine, to get a discount.
Excellent location to the airport, so the journey into the car park the next morning (mid stay) was super quick.
Our room was mostly fine, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom so much so my daughter couldn't go in there when we arrived. We went down to dinner and hoped it would dissipate by the time we came back up. It hadn't, but soon realised that our air con was turned off so hoped it would extract the smell as we had already dressed for bed and couldn't be bothered to ask for another room. By morning the smell was barely there, so if you have the same issue make sure the air con is on. However, I do wish i'd asked to move rooms as soon as we got there.
We arrived at Premier Inn Stanstead late due to our flight landing late. We checked in our room, and headed for the restaurant. The restaurant was about to close, but the staff put their selves out to provide us with a meal. Thank you so much for being so kind, your customer service was excellent.
I stayed at Premier Inn Stansted with my 6 year old before travelling on an early morning flight the following day. The hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking. It is located next to Maple Parking, so could be ideal using that parking facility for your holiday then using the airport bus to get to the airport. The bus stopped outside of the hotel.
The room was of good size, clean and modern. The shower had shower gel for use and there was tea/coffee facilities for use in the room.
The bed was comfortable and was the ideal place to stay before an early morning flight. There’s a restaurant in the hotel plus a McDonald’s and petrol garage within a few minutes walk away.
Parking cost just under £20 for the night, which seems excessive when you are staying at the hotel.
I would stay here again, but would check the cost of other on-site hotels first and whether they include the parking or I park my car a day earlier as it may work out cheaper.
We stay in Premier In a lot for business, and all over the country. This is one of the best we have stayed in, in large part to the helpfulness, efficiency and friendliness of Danielle on the front desk. She was calm and collected when faced with a fairly long queue yet remained cheerful through and dealt with everyone brilliantly. One of the best things about Prem Inns is that they are all the same, but that’s not always true of the staff. Danielle is indeed Premier, as we’re the bar staff and breakfast staff we encountered.
Lovely stay at Stansted, great staff, especially Alex and Zara, who served us our dinner and drinks, on the Sunday evening. Lovely young people , and so friendly and polite.
Great convienince to the Airport and Train Station into Liverpool Street Station in London.
Would definitely stay here again.
Comeback from Tenerife to stay here one night, which we regretting.. room was without heating working, just very small radiator, which couldn't make room warm.. outside was-2C... after that cold night my wife get ill and daughter as well.. nothing else needs to be added..
After a stressful day, diversions and closed roads, we had to rebook flights from stansted for early flights the following day. We chose to book into Stansted airport Premier Inn as always had a comfortable stay elsewhere with PI's. The service we had from the reception ladies ( 5pm ish, 22 November) was outstanding. They were welcoming, and helped to put our bad day to rights. Thank you ladies.😊
Stayed here 1 night before early flight the next day. Everything was excellent...very clean room, extremely comfortable bed and pillow, quiet, great location 10 mins from airport on shuttle bus and amazing value for money. All the staff I encountered were friendly and efficient but a very special mention has to go to receptionist Danielle. Due to a shoulder injury, my arm is in a sling - not easy to manage a 23kg case, small bag, carrier bag and a key card! Wonderful Danielle accompanied me to my room, helped with my luggage, ensured I was ok with everything and also put a note at the front desk to raise awareness with the night staff that I required assistance with my early morning departure - a big thank you to Costas for his help and kindness with this.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...an absolute credit to the Premier IInn chain.
Last minute booking, Thanks to the very helpful manageress “PI”,who sorted everything it for me. I am so impressed I’ve just booked for 30days, as I have work nearby for that period.. Meals in the evening and the breakfasts suit me so I don’t have to go out looking other options….. Highly recommended…..
Very friendly staff, polite and always happy to help. Would come back for my next works trip in February 2026, much better than your average hotel premier inn
Wonderful stay. Great relation Price / Quality. Very easy to access by bus, 4 minutes from the airport. Great team working there. Very pleased of our choice.
Great connections to the airport via shuttle, kind personnel, clean room, quiet hotel, affordable. Great for 2 night trips to London
Excellent, stylish, modern and clean hotel near the Airport.Very pleased with the quiet, cozy room and great restaurant with delicious food and pleasant athmosphere.Airport shuttle to the airport for convinience and very nice staff.Highly recomended, I will definetely stay there again.Thank you for the great stay!
I Stay at premier inn at stansted Airport a lot , room very comfortable, meals really good and value for money, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay. Close to the airport and a shuttle bus running frequently from the airport.
We've stayed at this hotel on many occasions pre flight from Stansted.
However the car parking has become more and more expensive to the point of being prohibitive for an overnight stay. It's now creating up to '£20 including a discount. So when comparing an overnight stay take this onto consideration, there may be better alternative deals available.
However the rooms in the hotel are comfortable and reasonably well equipped. We didn't see a member of staff throughout our stay with the automated check ins. As we paid so high a price for parking we felt disinclined to go to the bar and have a few drinks. So ultimately they lost out on additional spends.
