Clean convenient
Beds were so uncomfortable not the new mattresses that are used to in premier inn. Had no sleep. Bar was not open when we checked in so nowhere to get a coffee. Ended up trying to sleep on sofa bed. Complained at reception and was told to contact customer relations. Which i done and had no response. Breakfast was poor quality cold and sat under heat lamps so dried out.
I stay at this hotel often for work, due to it’s convenient location. I have had a few small issues on occasions staying here but nothing which would make me choose another hotel in a less convenient location.
On this occasion, this was the first time I had been since the restaurant works had been completed and although it looked a lot more modern, most of the basics are lacking in service.
When I checked in at reception, every time I stay they ask if I want to have dinner in the restaurant next door, on every occasion the meal deal has been offered or just automatically applied.
On this occasion when I said I would have dinner in the restaurant, I was surprised to find that the meal deal was not applied on my room and led to completely unnecessary additional costs which I could not challenge.
They also have removed the meal deal from the menu so you wouldn’t know it was available unless the receptionist says - which she made no effort to do and I wrongly assumed it would be applied as usual.
This clearly has now changed and premier inn want to push people to spend more in their refurbed restaurant.
The staff in the restaurant were completely overwhelmed and over worked. I had to wait 10 minutes by the front door to be seated.
There were 2 members of staff on, one of which was new.
There was a family beside me who hadn’t pre booked and were made to wait ages on a large table and nobody came back to check on them.
In the end they got to eat at the table they had already been waiting at for such a long time.
The more experienced member of staff was running around doing everything, correcting mistakes and apologising for poor service.
They didn’t get my order right mostly because she was impatiently rushing me at the till because they were so overwhelmed and 1/3 toppings on the personalised pick your own pizza were missed
off.
Not only did I not benefit from the meal deal but I ordered the new Katsu fries which were over £6 and served on the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen and outrageously poor value - see photo.
There were several other customers missing food or overcharged, by accident I assume by the new member of staff.
At breakfast, it was another slightly longer than expected wait to be seated and 1 member of staff until 730am when a second arrived.
The coffee machine was broken, slightly surprising there was only 1 in a new refurbished restaurant and it was broken.
I will avoid staying again until these staffing and services challenges have improved, hopefully, in a few months time
I stayed here to work in the area and it ticked all the boxes. Room was clean, warm, quiet and there was plenty of free parking.
I had dinner in the restaurant and Caroline was excellent! She was so friendly, considering she was doing everything by herself!
We had a lovely dinner at the Premier Inn (central). Food was freshly made and delicious 😋, lovely atmosphere with relaxing music. Our host, Jessica, was friendly and helpful. Our compliments to chief Dimitr for the delicious food.
We booked the premier inn as a stopover between days out at legoland and it’s the perfect location. We were very tired on arrival and reception staff were lovely and friendly and we decided to book in the restaurant for a meal. And what a great decision it was. We were greeted by Caroline who was so friendly and welcoming from the get go. She was great with our children and very helpful and welcoming and I felt genuinely interested in talking to us. As the course of our evening went on the restaurant became extremely busy and Caroline took it in her stride. She was amazing and faultless at the same time as being friendly and attentive. As someone who has worked in the hospitality for over 20 years it was really nice to see someone who clearly cares about their guests and enjoys the interaction with humans which seems to have been lost in the hospitality industry. Caroline was the best server I have had in years and is a credit to the company. Our food was also lovely and served within a decent timescale given on how quickly the restaurant got busy. All the staff I have met so far in my stay have also been wonderful and accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay!
I had been staying at this hotel for last 3 months, each stay being at least 3 nights.
This hotel ticks all that is important: location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, amazing food in their restaurant, and last but not least, an amazing staff! I believe that during my multiple stays I met almost everyone working here, and all of them were just outstanding! Nothing was ever too much to ask for, and they would go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after.
Premier Inn in Bracknell became my home away from home thanks to people that make this place an exceptional one!
Special thanks to the chef, I will definitely miss your seabass 😉
By far the worst mixed grill I have ever had!!! The waitress was excellent poor lady had to deal with the atrocious food being served 4 people sent food back my food was just shocking didn’t send it back because I felt sorry for the waitress
Stayed at this fab hotel while going to Ascot Races. What a little gem, great location, great new restaurant “ The Social” and just brilliant staff. Big shout out to the lovely Caroline who really is an asset, she was so helpful and so knowledgeable she really did help us out with directions and transport and just a brilliant member of staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go to the races. Thank you all for a fab stay.
We arrived as a party of six to visit Legoland over the weekend
The reception was staffed by a really friendly guy, who was quick and efficient, taking the tim to make sure we had everything we needed and booked our meal plan
We settled into the room which was plenty big enough and if the same standard you expect at Premier Inn, it had all that we needed and was spotless and in good order
We didn’t fancy heading out as we had had a long journey and although not always brilliant for dinner, the restaurants are very convenient
This premier inn restaurant definitely bucks the trend. We were greeted by Caroline, who from the start made a great impression, she attentive but not overbearing. Our order was taken quickly and efficiently. The menu was quite good
We didn’t have to wait long and the food arrived and much to my surprise and delight, the food was really very good, all well cooked but what stood out was the attention to detail, the extra touches that showed someone with talent had prepared the meal, not just thrown it together like at many pub type venues
Caroline was exceptional, probably the best and most attentive table service we have had in a very long time. I said to Caroline that what she had provided for us, was table service should be like
Walkable to town center for shopping and meals.
Location wise it was perfect for our legoland trip. And 5 min walk to the lexicon.
Staff were very polite. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfy.
At the restaurant the evening meal was much better than I expected, Caroline was a star. And the breakfast was better than expected too. Everything cooked fresh, all the juices and water ice cold, the pastries were fresh and not the usual stale cold ones. Highly impressed
Stayed 3 nights. Room lovely.
Bed great as always.
They are renovating the restaurant, so no breakfast, but they offered complimentary croissants and a piece of fruit.
A big problem for me as a disabled traveller, is there are only 3 disabled spaces that seem to be used by everyone!
The staff were informed that I couldn't park because of vehicles without a blue badge being displayed. And it seems that nothing can be done!

All the staff in Bracknell Central are so brilliant. My car broke down and they were really good and understanding and accommodating. They are friendly and efficient. Shout out to Jess, Caroline, Jamie and Shova thank you for your help x
Booked a room with breakfast on the website without any issues. After travelling for six hours, I arrived to check in only to be told that the restaurant was closed – meaning no dinner and no breakfast, despite having already paid for it. I was then advised that if I wanted a cooked breakfast, I would need to walk to Morrisons in the retail park, around 15 minutes away from the hotel.
This is extremely disappointing, considering I booked through the website, was not informed of the closure, and payment was taken for a service I couldn’t receive. Although the breakfast was refunded, the whole reason I booked was for the convenience of everything being available on-site.
There was no compensation or reduction in the room rate as a goodwill gesture, which feels like poor customer service, especially given that the works at the site appear to have been ongoing for some time.
The room and the bathroom where fine, no complaints there.
A very pleasant stay, a perfect stop for our 2 day trip at Legoland. Caroline at the reception desk was brilliant and so lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is undergoing works so they had pastries to take away in the foyer in the morning and a hot drinks machine to help ourselves at any time throughout our stay which was lovely. It is also just around the corner from a load of restaurants or can get a large choice on deliveroo/Ubereats to the hotel.
I would like to say a big thank you to Caroline on reception, I had my 4 year old granddaughter with us and forgot nappy pants, Caroline took time out to run to her home for puppy pants to put on the bed, thank you so much for going the extra mile to help me out and have a great night's stay
The Homer family
Fairly standard Premier Inn, with a nice family room (which was a long walk from reception!). Having said this, the room was quiet, and nice and cool.
Main reason for not giving a higher rating was the construction work going on in the hotel, which meant the parking was rather limited, making it a little stressful whether we would have a space when we got back or not!
The hotel staff were amazing managed to change my room last minute to be closer with my friends! Caroline especially was also so helpful and lovely!
Stayed here for 2 nights with my friends and family. I’m so glad I directed people to book here, the hotel is a fantastic standard for the price. Rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The cherry on top was the staff service, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Many thanks to Tatiana, Jamie , Shova and Caroline who were fantastic. I would recommend 100%.
