Fantastic room delux lovely and warm Marie in the resturant was a diamond . The cocktails were fantastic the mixed grill well done
On a busy road but a good location for my needs.
They are VERY strict on the 15:00 check-in time. No flexibility for sick people but to let them wait in the restaurant, sick.
All staff members are very friendly. One was a bit abrupt but it might have been his condition? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Despite this, very helpful and knowledgeable.
This may be a budget hotel but it doesn’t mean that housekeeping and maintenance of the public spaces should be neglected. There were stains on all the carpets and many knocks on the walls. The corridor from the left to my room was shockingly stained. The stains were reflected in the bedroom as well. This included the chair. The sofa had pastry crumbs on.
The bathroom seemed the cleanest. Maintenance needed as grouting was coming off. Even though the extractor fan seemed to be on but the bathroom and bedroom stayed damp. My towel never dried after a full day hanging. I can only imagine the spores of previous guests hanging damp everywhere. The shower pressure was good. The shower head is mouldy. There was a long strand of hair in the bathtub that was not mine (I have very short hair). Avoided the dirty hairdryer.
The curtains are also stained but less than the carpet. The bed is the best part of the room - VERY comfortable. Luckily, I had disposable slippers from my previous hotel. Needing to walk barefoot would have led me to finding another hotel.
Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were always friendly. Food was good for the (London) price.
Satisfied overall; not raving about it. I have stayed in 2 other Premier Inns that were a lot more pleasant on the cleanliness scale.
the room was spacious and comfortable, had a good night's sleep and a lovely breakfast. The Staff were very helpful too.
I cannot thank the staff here enough we had a fabulous stay here staff were more than helpful friendly and made our stay here very special well done to all there you are great and a huge thank you to Chris who made our weekend very special highly recommend this hotel .
Stayed at Tower Bridge Premier Inn, with teenage daughter.
Location perfect, few minutes walk to Tower Bridge.
Bus 42 or 78, right outside hotel entrance takes you straight over to the Tower of London, giving you a huge variety of travel options for bus, taxi or tube.
Restaurant clean, good variety of food, not alot of vegan.
Atmosphere was quiet and friendly only hotel guests allowed.
Room was a big family room, clean, very quiet. Clean bathroom, with toiletries.
You can replenish tea, coffee, bed linen, towels. Anything you need just ask at reception, Manager was very kind.
Excellent value for money, and ideal for visiting London attractions.
They also allow baggage storage on the day you leave, for free.
Less than twenty minutes on the bus to Liverpool Street station.
Very comfortable bed
Breakfast good value and friendly .
Definitely I will recommend to my family
Thank you very much for amazing stay
Beautiful location.comfortable bed and clean room. Very near to all the tourist attractions.Definitely I will stay when I will be London.
We had a really great stay, as a family of 4 sharing a room for two nights. I'm amazed that we were able to get such an affordable rate on a room in this location, just a few minutes walk from tower bridge. The real highlight of the hotel were the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, a real asset to the hotel and really made our stay.
We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Staff were absolutely brilliant especially Jan.
There was nothing she couldn't do to ensure we had a lovely meal. Such a fun, bubbly lady. We were exhausted after a long day visiting the museums and she really cheered us up. Brilliant with our Autistic daughter too.
Checked in last night briefly went to room 5 for quick wash a get changed and back out again. When I was in I heard running water and thought a tap was running. Nothing, just the sound of water behind the toilet of which the front looked disheveled and had been damp a number of times. Thought nothing of it and went out. Came back to room at 9pm and the noise still there same as all night and right to when I left this morning. Not a wink of sleep, reported to front desk on checkout.Took videos with sound to pass onto the relevant people. Breakfast was a good choice but only luke warm. Bar/Dining area was tastefully decorated, these Hotels need a microwave for customers to warm their food if it is going to be served that way. Overall a poor experience on what promised so much!!!
Lovely hotel, the room was clean, the water pressure was good for the shower and bath, staff are friendly, WiFi was good.
The hotel is close to shops for snacks, restaurants and takeaways. We were walking distance to places we wanted to visit.
Great location and place to be as I was celebrating my wedding. Me and my mum stayed over night prior to the wedding. She enjoyed her stay and had breakfast
Stayed one night with husband and two children. Room was fine quite worn but functional and clean.
We had a full day out and checked in around 7:30pm, self check in did not work for us so rang the bell and waited between 5-10 mins to be seen, lady very pleasant. Due to the time we arrived we decided to eat dinner in the restaurant, we had only booked the room with breakfast but was advised we could upgrade to the meal deal.
When we arrived back at the restaurant the lady that served us was amazing, very friendly and really personable, she explained the meal deal options and we placed an order for us all (4 starters and 4 mains). This is where it went down hill, the starters took over half an hour to arrive, they were cold and not all that pleasant, five minutes after receiving the starters and whilst we were still eating our mains were brought over which we didn’t accept as was eating. The mains arrived and the burger had an eye brow hair in it, pizza was cold and hard, chicken burger was dry and steak wasn’t cooked as requested and very watery. We advised the lady that the food wasn’t great and she arranged for the burger to be re-cooked, it took a long time to arrive back and by that time the three of us had finished what we ate of our food, his burger was dry and we really didn’t want to have to wait any longer so just left it.
Wasn’t a great meal, the lady serving us kept apologising and as the meal deal meant we didn’t pay for kids food so only had to pay for adults, she apologised numerous times and offered kids desserts for free, by now it was past 10pm which we felt was too late so declined.
Breakfast - was better than dinner? But during the meal the fire alarm went off and there was no direction from staff as to whether we should vacate, we began to leave as another guest said it was a test and waiting staff were carrying on we stayed. I feel that there should have been more direction and the alarm was going off for a long time so not relaxing start to the morning.
In summary the room was tired, right above a noisy generator and no view, everything to do with the food was awful.
Premier Inns. - l like them because they always deliver an excellent hotel & restaurant experience. I alway enjoy using them.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and kind.
Breakfast staff were very welcoming and eager to help and please.
Room was nice and clean.
Location was perfect for my needs for work, and still close to some major attractions
Fantastic weekend in Tower Bridge Premier Inn. Room was clean and as you expect, but what really stood up was a team, everyone we interact was polite and curteous. Thank you
Automatic check in wouldn't work. QR code did nothing. Could find my booking either by the booking number or my address but got the attached error when then trying to check in. After pressing the help button in reception, I waited nearly 20 minutes, no one came. So I had to go to the restaurant and ask some one for help.
The room was very tired. Grouting coming away in the bathroom and dirty. Toilet seat had dark brown splashes on it like it hadn't been cleaned. Bottom of bath/shower also dirty and covered in dark long hair.
Turned the air con on at 11.30pm, woke up at 4.30 over heating because the air con had turned itself off?!
Frankly I couldn't wait to check out.
Bueno
Good location.
