Convenient location, polite staff, tidy rooms, WiFi worked great, breakfast was plentiful. We definitely recommend it.

I had an excellent 6-night stay at Premier Inn Lewisham. The hotel was extremely peaceful, and the blackout blinds were honestly the best I’ve ever experienced, I slept so well every night. The staff were all polite and helpful, especially Jo, who was always smiling and genuinely happy to assist. On the day of my graduation, I returned to my room to find thoughtful gifts and a lovely card. The attention to detail and attentiveness were truly giving 5-star service. The location is also perfect, with easy access to public transport. I’d definitely stay again, can’t wait‼️

Sunita and Gina were fantastic: great breakfast! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother. Would visit again!

Great location as it is close to public transportation and shopping mall with decent restaurants.

The best premier inn I've stayed in so far.. very clean and people was so nice there and helpful.. especially Peter.. he made sure everything was perfect for the stay.. thank you.. definitely recommend this place..

Lewisham london was very disappointed with the condition of the room. Dirty walls some areas looking like damp is starting to show. Paint on the carpet. Skiring boards were dirty. The curtains were very dirty I am asking for a full refund.
Even the fish n chips in had there the oil used tasted old and over used. I stay in Premier inn all the time. This is NOT the standard I would expect

I come regularly, once a month my stay is always amazing, vittoria and peter makes my weekend even better, breakfast is always impressive

Great location with nearby transport links to all areas of London.

Premier Inn London Lewisham is 3 minutes walking distance from the station. Excellent service for the check in and thanks for the staff, Peter, helping me. Nice and beautiful room, plus a great view of the city.

Highly recommend you to come visit

Stayed here for 2 nights in a one of the Premier Plus rooms and was quite disappointed. I’ll usually always pick Premier Inn but I don’t think I would return to this hotel.

The positives: close to the train station (~5 minutes), close to Tesco supermarket, staff really friendly, room had a bath

The negatives: the ground floor elevator area has an unpleasant smell, the staircase also has an unpleasant smell, the bathroom ceiling had mould on it, the shower glass was missing some of the rubber to stop water and the rest was mouldy, the plug ring had the silver peeled off, the mirror by the hairdryer had a half working light, the tea tray had no chocolates (others in Premier Plus rooms had them) and was an assortment of random items, could hear the road outside (I was on the top floor!) so lots of cars, WiFi was abysmal and didn’t get given the Ultimate code

Very nice hotel, clean as you walk in, check-in slightly longer than expected, room very accessible, but chair in shower rusty and shower head not clean. My grandkids had breakfast for free, enjoyed it very much
If you don't arrive early enough, totally forget about parking and that's even if you're disabled, luckily found a blue badge place within 5 minutes of the hotel, the staff has know clues to help with parking
The breakfast dining area is not really thought about for disabled people, plus there is not a full range of vegetarian or vegan choices, had to wait a while for for veggy sausages to be cooked.
Definitely try out the restaurant next to the hotel, real quality food

Check only 3pm but u can drop if bags
