Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre

Staff were friendly and professional. Room and other areas of the hotel were clean. Breakfast was very good. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Excellent staff. I only used the hotel for accommodation. Excellent position for walking into town. Only downside was the cobweb over the bed.

Location is perfect, rooms are cleaned and the staff is friendly. Madalina was very nice and helpfull to choose our dinner

Julie was very welcoming and helped sort out an incomplete payment issue with our booking due to a minor issue on the system. Julie immediately identified the issue and understood how to rectify the problem straight away. Myself and my colleague had a very long drive and was very impressed with her skillset and thankful of her abilities and managed to getting checked in without much drama.
Julie is a credit to the company and I would recommend anyone to visit/stay at this hotel.

Really good breakfast , including fresh fruit. A smiling, friendly Chef in the kitchen.
Brilliant, central location in such a beautiful place. Much reduced parking fee for the 48 hours we were there, so, all in all, a very successful stay!

Good location. Easy walk into town. Super room with comfy bed and all amenities. Hearty breakfast and good choice of food.

I stay almost every week and the staff are great! Madalina is lovely. Always wanting to do a good job. As are the managers. The premier plus rooms are great as is the free WiFi it comes with.

Service was professional and helpful.
The breakfast was good, but the dinner was a bit hit or miss. The room was clean, but the bedside table was opposite side to plug socket and the normal rust and scum around the soap dispenser was no surprise.
It's in a nice location and overal, not a bad place to stay

Huge shoutout to Julie at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and personable, and made my experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Even though I was far from home (New York), I felt like I was in good hands.

Perfectly located for walks in the beautiful Priory gardens and a short walk through a miriad of lovely shops to the town centre. The family room was spacious ,clean and very comfortable .

Always excellent service , Julie and Sophie in particular were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, food absolutely brilliant , great choice for breakfast and plenty of it. Great start to the day
