Premier Inn London City - Tower Hill

Arrived at the hotel room in very good clean condition.
Staffs was extremelly helpful and made the stay more relaxing.
Had an amazing stay in this hotel.

I had a great stay. The room was big, immaculately clean and very quiet. And, the best bit - the most warm welcome from Anmol at the front desk. So polite, a big smile and genuine warmth. An absolute star!

Awful experience! On the coldest week of the year, our heating in the room was not working. It was actually blowing in cold air!!
We complained to staff on reception 3 times, and they did not resolve the issue, or offer us an alternative room.
Would NOT stay here again.
I recommend choosing a different hotel, if thinking if staying in London City!!

The hotel was ok, but very unhappy with administrative service. It's impossible to get anything amended in your reservation.

Great hotel for the value for Money , friendly staff , I would take combo( Breakfast & Dinner) if going with kids , the dining area in the evening is small ,however, the breakfast restaurant is large compared to the evening dining space. 10 min walk to the Tower Hill Bridge, convenient if you can walk and want to be in the middle of London.

We had a premier hub room very spacious, a fridge and coffee machine as well as a kettle for making drinks, well worth the money

The experience at Tower Hill Premier inn was great for us as a family, the staff were just so kind, generous and helpful, we were treated with real respect and enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 8 nights and the location was also perfect. We slept well, the room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would return.

We had a spacious family room on the lower ground floor, very comfortable beds (less so the sofa bed), clean, functional, quiet, good temperature of the room, TV worked with decent range of channels.
Food good - we had breakfast both mornings and dinner the first night.
The most exceptional part was the service received from the staff - wow, they work HARD - manning reception, checking in, waiting on and serving at the bar - all with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly nice at all times.
The only gripes were the wifi but there was an option to upgrade to a better version but we didn't want to pay.
Otherwise this is superb value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location is handy to underground. Hotel rooms very cold and cold showers. Had to request the heating as told it was controlled by receptionist to 'energy save'. Staff helpful and polite. Maria especially.

Clean room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The tub is very tall and quite dangerous to get in and out of for well mobile people- keep in mind when booking a normal suite if low mobility. There was a generator sound you could hear non stop from our room on the 5th floor- almost sounded like bass of music but constant.

Very well located hotel, close to both Tower Gateway DLR and Tower Hill tube stations. Polite and helpful staff. Surprised at how big our Premier Plus room was. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Slept well in a comfortable bed, windows and curtains effective at keeping noise/light out. Breakfast room is small and can get busy but staff kept breakfast items replenished.
A really great place to stay only a few minutes walk from the Tower of London.

Family trip stayed for 3 nights. Everything was fantastic. Team were very attentive to everyone. Breakfast and dinner was really good.
