There is a height restriction of 2.1m for the multi-storey car park. A drop off zone is located at the front of the hotel.

Second stay here, the first time was comfortable this time the complete opposite! My mattress was worn out with very little spring left in it, i put up with it for the first night but the next morning asked for another mattress, but was told they couldn’t do this as its not something Premier Inns do!! The food was average as to be expected and staff very polite, good level of cleanliness throughout.

Rude awakening/evacuation due to smokers, in early hours of Sunday morning, NO apology from staff and NO refund given as per the "terms & conditions". Not even offered free breakfast or voucher - no goodwill gesture.
We were just wondering why the fire alarm went off around 06:00am this morning. We barely catch a good sleep. The room does not have fridge, or microwave. My wife stated she booked the premium room.

The chef was friendly in the morning for breakfast, you cannot fault the breakfast at all, plenty of choice all hot. 1st place we stayed and croissants were nice and warm, our daughter really enjoyed.
We had food in the evening, all good, hot and didn't wait for long the only thing I would say is the kids larger appetite menu isn't that big our daughter was still hungry after.
Premier Inn is usually reliable and this one was no exception. No frills, comfortable and quiet room. Free parking. Tasty breakfast.
Spent one night here following a 12hr flight into Heathrow. Hotel was perfectly clean, the staff were so very professional, helpful and caring and breakfast in the morning was buffet as i like it and was perfectly tasty. Overall, perfect stay and perfect staff

Food was fine with a good selection on the menu.
Service from a waitress called Abbie was 1st class on the several times I ate there. She was constantly polite and helpful.

I stayed here on two different occasions during September and was very happy both times. Really friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and breakfast was great. I just love premier inn stays, their beds are hen comfiest ever!

Would rate 0 ! I booked two rooms at Premier Inn Slough specifically for my sister’s wedding so she and the bridesmaids could get ready in comfort. At the time of booking, I explained that we would need to check out later than 12pm and was assured over the phone that it would not be an issue, that a note would be placed on the booking, and not to worry.
On the day, this promise meant absolutely nothing. At 12pm, housekeeping barged into the rooms, including the bride’s room, and rudely demanded that we leave immediately. My sister, in the middle of getting ready, was wearing a very heavy bridal outfit and was being pushed to pack up and move. The same happened to the bridesmaids’ room, with staff showing no respect, no care, and no understanding whatsoever.
When I went to reception to explain the situation, I was met with complete unhelpfulness and a dismissive attitude. I even offered to pay extra for a late check-out, but they simply did not care. The housekeeping staff across the floor were incredibly rude, and the whole experience was chaotic and stressful when it should have been calm and happy.
This was supposed to be one of the most important mornings of my sister’s life. Instead, it was ruined by the lack of basic compassion and organisation from this hotel. If I had been told at the time of booking that late check-out was not possible, I would never have chosen this place. The fact that we were misled, then treated so poorly, is disgraceful.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never return. A wedding morning should not be remembered for stress caused by staff who simply did not care.
