Had a wonderful nights stay for an airport pick up. Ashen on the front desk was amazingly helpful, with advice on ways to get to the airport for the pick up. The rooms was clean, standard premier inn room, it had a nice big bed. Breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was quiet so they cooked it order and it was lovely. Nice and hot and well cooked. The breakfast waiter said he was new, but he was extremely good.
While the staff are lovely and clearly doing their best, the hotel itself is in urgent need of refurbishment. The rooms feel tired and overdue for investment, a concern echoed by other guests during my stay. For a property so close to Heathrow, which likely sees a steady flow of visitors, the current standard falls short. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return unless the rooms are significantly improved
The stay was as always reasonably priced and pleasant.
We were particularly impressed with the service we received from all the staff during our stay but extremely impressed with the young man Rahul that looked after our table at breakfast, he was extremely attentive polite and looked after us really well,
Attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom very clean, bed very comfortable, very quiet, undisturbed sleep. Breakfast excellent.
Inexpensive link bus to our terminal and driver very polite.
Too tired for an evening meal due to long haul flight so unable to comment.
Great location for parking at Heathrow T5. Staff very friendly, food great and a quiet and comfortable nights stay at a reasonable price. The bar area could be made a bit more comfortable but fine for a drink.
The hotel itself is in a good location and is good value for money but the room we were in smelt soooo strongly of smoke it was awful.
Great location for visiting Thorpe Park and London. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Easy checkin. Everything you expect from Premier Inn.
Great location when flying from Heathrow airport. Very good value and quality evening meal. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Happy to recommend.
We were a large group booking of 105, travelling to London for our young performers to take part in a West End show. The trip had been over a year in the planning and due to a prior great experience at a different Premier Inn, we booked this one.
On arrival, our key cards weren't prepared, even though we were an hour later than check in time. I was handed a list of rooms and key cards for the group and told it would be "easier" for me to sort them out myself, rather than the reception team checking everyone in individually. It certainly wasn't easier for me!
Having submitted a detailed dinner sitting plan, along with two course menu options for all 105 people, the dinner service was disorganised and under staffed. Guests arrived down at their allotted time and waited over an hour and a half to be seated. One family waited over two hours once they had sat down for their food to arrive. There were no apologise from staff and no one could tell me why they were having such issues.
The outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint and the rooms were basic and a little tired but fine for the one night that we were staying.
The one saving grace was breakfast time, with helpful staff, who kept everything stocked up and running smoothly.
Sadly, the next time we do this trip, we will not use Premier Inn.
My husband, sister and I stayed the night of the 13th October. As always we had a very comfortable stay. I must praise the staff , service and food from the in-house restaurant. We were served by a lovely gentleman called Asher. He welcomed us with a wonderful smile and great table service . He made our evening very enjoyable. Asher is a credit to your team. We look forward to our next visit.
Very handy location for all Heathrow terminals. Clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Only negatives, noisy aircon unit. (room too hot without it) expensive parking fee.
Old and poor quality
Stay and Food were great. Reasonably priced and close to Heathrow airport making our trip less stressful. Would highly recommend.
We have stayed a good few times over the years before and after a flight from Heathrow. Hotel is looking more and more shabby from outside. Needs a complete facelift/repainting. Very welcome check-in as usual, all staff have great personalities but have never seen the same person twice over our many stays. Room ok but looking more battered then ever although clean and fresh. New Silentnight mattress instead of the usual Hypnos. Found it very firm and creaky and the pillows were like sleeping on sacks of cement which made ears ache!
We left fairly early next morning to get home so did not bother with breakfast.
Stay was a bargain for £42 but the £12 parking ramps it up.
I stayed two night didn't like i couldn't stretch both hands in the hallway how small it was.
Just a one night stop over following a family celebration locally. Everything was fine , good reception , comfortable bed & rooms , adequate bathroom facilities , clean & tidy. Would have been a 5 but for the parking charge of £12 which was a bit of a downer.
just check out the photos! really!!!!!? truth! as well 12pounds per night to park! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxetcetrato 100! take a look for yourselves. i will absolutely not return to this premier inn for sure!!!
Had a great time at Premier Inn M4 j4. Good rooms, facilities are decent and easily the best parking for the price point in the area. Dinner at the restaurant was busy and a bit overcrowded but luckily, the staff did their magic and served us drinks and food very quickly. The food and the drinks were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Asher and Raven, They gave us some great recommendations for drinks, with Madri being my new favourite. Overall, a pretty good experience.
Stayed for one night before our flight the following morning from Heathrow, very close to the airport but was not disturbed by the airport.Lovely big room, had a good meal in the restaurant, petrol station shop next door so got a few bits from there. Nice large secure car park too, would use again, thank you.
Everything was great except the online booking and being charged twice because expedia or premier inns does not provide clear information on the location of their hotels. I was charged twice for a room because i booked at a differnt location and arrive and stayed at another. Expedia nor premier eould transfer the reservation of refund the money.
This is too bad becsuse the service is excellent
