recently stayed at the Premier Inn and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. Everything was well-maintained and exactly what you’d expect from a reliable hotel.

A special mention goes to Lizzie and Michael, who were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They were available 24/7 if I needed anything and consistently went above and beyond to help. Their friendliness and professionalism made a real difference and made me feel genuinely looked after.

The hotel’s location was convenient, and breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options.

Overall, this Premier Inn provided exceptional value and outstanding service. Thanks to the incredible staff—especially Lizzie and Michael—I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was something special. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team behind it. Every staff member I encountered was genuine, attentive, and incredibly professional.

Check-in was smooth and friendly, with the front desk staff offering helpful tips about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from housekeeping keeping the room spotless to the restaurant staff providing impeccable service with a smile.

What impressed me most was how every request, big or small, was handled with efficiency and sincerity. It’s clear that the staff take real pride in their work, and their positive attitude made the entire experience unforgettable.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, but it’s the people here who truly elevate the stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a genuinely welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning!

We stayed to attend an event at the Lowry and this hotel was in a great position for that. It has all of the things that you expect from Premier Inn - a comfy bed in a quiet hotel and good breakfast etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chargeable parking is just next door and you can get a discount from the hotel, meaning that it's pretty reasonable for a city. We had a great time and will, no doubt, be back.

Great choice for a trip to Manchester. Very reasonably priced rooms and right on the tram line for a quick journey to the city centre. Parking available in the adjacent multi storey at a reduced rate (Less.than half of the daily standard rate).

We booked a last minute night here after a visit to the Corrie experience! We requested a quiet room on arrival and were rewarded with a peaceful nights sleep in a comfy bed and blackout curtains. Room was large and comfortable…the usual Premier Inn standard. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities as we ate at a local restaurant. Was a room for a purpose and ticked the boxes. Be aware there is quite a low height limit at the car park opposite which we were not aware of. The hotel/car park helped us find a solution.

Great location for attending a match at old Trafford. Near a shopping centre also and lots of restaurants. Hotel was reasonable and perfect for a 1 night stay to go to a match. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Rooms perfect! Spotless clean. Location was perfect for coronation street experience! Easy access to all trams and buses too.

Building is very smart, self service check out was simple to use. Room was in reasonable condition, the headboard had a rip, few patches of paint where damage has been covered up although the room itself was a reasonable size. I arrived around d 8.30 and parked in the car park opposite, a discount is available by getting your ticket stamped although I did have to speak to the office in the building to do it. Breakfast was good, small selection compared to other hotels but adequate for my needs. The main thing that let it down was the temperature- the building is very warm so when I arrived it was lovely however with a duvet on it is far too warm. I turned on the air conditioning however what I didn't know was it only works for a couple of hours and turns itself off. I thought it was continuous and didn't realise until 5am this was the case. In the morning I did speak to a staff member who advised this is thr case as they assume during the day you are out and that you can just turn it back on so unfortunately I didn't have a good night sleep as I keep waking up sweating and ended up not being on form which unfortunately due to the days events and reason I was staying impacted thr outcome of the following day severely. I dread to think what the hotel would be like in summer and not mid October!

I was un town to see the Coronation Street experience.
The hotel was close to the studio and a Great stay.
The Premier plus room was very comfortable.
Breakfast in the morning was good. All in all a Great stay and added to the trip.

Great staff, I knew we would be arriving late so phoned ahead and we were immediately greeted at 11pm when we arrived, friendly staff all round, amazing de-luxe room, spotless tbh, great location for Media City. Highly recommend

The room was exactly how described and was suitable for our 2 night stay, being walkable to Old Trafford. Biggest let down was the fact that there was no fridge in the room, air conditioning wpuld switch itself off leaving us in a hot room during the night, and breakfast was over cooked both mornings (leaving my 6 year old to vomit due to how dry the hashbrowns were after being so overcooked). The lady on reception was fantastic and extremely accommodating during our stay - had issues entering our details in the kiosk upon check in, so she kindly assisted us. All in all, a reasonable stay, but would look elsewhere next time for better breakfast options.

Media city Salford Manchester hotel location/room was good was clean and quiet price was average. No staffed check in anymore just a screen for DIY check in. Restaurant staff were helpful. We arrived on a friday evening in hotel restaurant for 7.30pm on ordering were informed there was no sirloin steak no pizza no fish and chips no chicken curry no smothered chicken no topping for seabass (there may have been more unavailable) made me think what did you have on your menu!! also no bottles of my 1st choice beer. I picked a vegan burger with chips and coleslaw - what a mistake, the burger was barely warm little taste and looked like it had been created by mixing a powder and water and made into a circular shape it was awful. Everyone knows what coleslaw looks like theirs can only be described as a pile of yellow gunge and tasted horrible. So this spoilt my evening. We stay in premier inns in various parts of the country this has been the worst restaurant meal and choice. Was the choice because it was Friday and they had ran out of everything so could only have what's left in the fridge? If people are only eating certain meals then just provide those meals and don't run out. I was very disappointed and this should not be acceptable come on media city get your act together you can provide far better than this.

Ideal location for our needs. Car parking was easy in the multi story across the road. Staff were excellent , very friendly. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Our room was clean and as always the bed was just perfect,

Fantastic breakfast as usual, chloe and the team very friendly and welcoming first thing in the morning , and breakfast was spot on massive fan of the sausage.
