客房屬於整理,反應櫃檯沒法解決,相當令人失望。我不推薦入住。
Hôtel situé à côté de la gare
Très bonne isolation et très calme
Literie confortable
Salle de bain peu fonctionnelle car pas de flexible de douche donc pas pratique du tt pour se rincer
No complaints, it’s a premier inn, they never disappoint
Amazing, food was absolutely delicious. Staffs go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Liesa was super fantastic. Thank you.
I stayed at here the weekend of the 1st of November my room was outstanding very clean and well maintained I’d like to say a special thank you to kerli ,Jen, nerea and Ashley for the extra little touches that made me feel extra special so thank you for a lovely stay and I will definitely be back
Had a really wonderful stay so I could see family, hotel staff very welcoming and looked after me very well. Would definitely stay again.
I stayed at Avebury boulevard premier inn and we went for dinner in the evening and Kieran was absolutely amazing, couldn’t have asked for better service 10/10 would recommend, will be going again, great value for money, there was 4 of us and it came to £67 minus drinks, great food, great atmosphere, thanks again Kieran for superb service and making the experience as good as it was
Excellent location, very good staff. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The food is good quality. A very good quality hotel for business in MK. Would recommend
A great place to use as a base, ether for Work, Leisure or Sightseeing! While the reception is on the first floor, lifts are available so this is not an issue! What might have been an issue was the login stations were ALL offline (for me I liked that as I prefer the human factor) , but what was not an issue, was the complimentary mimosa cocktail… thank you. The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. There is an onsite restaurant downstairs and off street parking. Overall a good place, and will stay here again.
One of the better Premier Inns - excellent chef - breakfast & meals were very good. Rubbish wifi - definately not worth paying for in my experience
Jennifer always tears me up every morning when I see her she’s always having good smiles the bedrooms are always cleaned and fresh and tidy
We had an excellent stay and sleep in the room. Kids kept us awake but the room was as expected and very comfortable.
The staff on the desk that Saturday night were super helpful in explaining the parking situation. No complaints with how great they were.
My gripe was breakfast. I'm so pleased we were down early. We were welcomed by a friendly staff member and explained what was happening. Great. The dining area is probably the best of any premier inn I've been too. It was lovely. It wasn't staffed though. When you are told you can eat as much as you want at a table of 4 with 2 hungry kids, you would hope someone is clearing plates and that wasn't happening. I think there was one in the kitchen and the person who welcomed us. Your lovely facility is being let down by not manning it. Had we been down later we would have had problems, I'm sure of it.
Travelled through the night, arrived at 3am to be met by the wonderful Paul - I had called ahead of booking to make sure they could accommodate and spoke with Paul. He had checked us in online whilst we drove from Highland Perthshire, he showed us where to park, showed us to our room, really went above and beyond.
Thanks a million!
Thank you again for the lovely service. I have visited this location a few times over the past years, and the service and rooms are always of an excellent standard. A special thank you to Nerea for her amazing customer service, it’s is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Milton Keynes.
Stayed a few nights for work. On arrival I was asked if I wanted to pay for breakfast I’d said work had already booked and paid for it she said “oh right I’ve not even looked”! She checked and yes my work had already paid for breakfast. No explanations given no times of breakfast or check outs she just gave me a room card and that was it. The room was freezing!!! I wasn’t staying alone and surprised no extra locks on the door it had a turn lock but you were still able to open the open the door without “unlocking” it so I didn’t feel safe. The rooms are not cleaned daily whilst I don’t expect clean bedding I do want clean cups/cutlery and towels and coffee/tea supplied none of these were replenished! The breakfast in the morning was ok no pastries at 8am left the coffee machine wasn’t working. For me the cooked breakfast didn’t look appetising and I only had breakfast once. The only good thing is it was quiet if I come back for work I would stay somewhere else
Perfect and quiet location, 10-15 mins walking distance to train station and centre. Excellent customer service, breakfast was very good, beds were very comfortable, reasonable price, so all good and happy.
A brilliant stay. Comfortable and clean room and slept amazing. Not my first time and won't be my last. Exceptional staff on my visit
Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the staff's unwelcoming demeanor and lack of information. There was no mention of breakfast times despite having booked it in advance. When I requested an additional keycard, the staff member provided one that was not activated, which prevented us from accessing the lifts and our room. Additionally, the bath towel and spare cushions in the room both had stains, which was disappointing, especially since we needed extra cushions for comfort. Overall, this was a poorly managed Premier Inn, especially considering it is supposed to be a relatively new property. In comparison, other Premier Inns I have stayed at have been well-maintained and up to standard, even after many years of operation. This experience felt more like a budget hotel and did not live up to the usual quality I expect from Premier Inn. I would have been better off booking a room elsewhere.
Excellent, convenient, clean, good night sleep, quiet, local to good restaurants .... brasserie blanc and Indian round corner were great
Nice hotel, quite central. No parking facilities though. There is reasonable priced parking nearby but it would be helpful if the hotel knew this.
