There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Harbour Long Stay Car Park, Whaf Road (TR18 2GB). The car park is a 2minute walk from the hotel and is priced at £6.30 per 24 hours. Parking is free from 4pm-9am.
Leave A30 onto Chyandour Cliff. Follow this road and turn left onto station road. The hotel will be in front of you on Branwell Mills.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Non c'era l'aria condizionata e nemmeno un ventilatore e per di piu' le finestre non si potevano aprire che leggermente e - comunque - danno su una via super trafficata e rumorosa con anche il tram.
Ho fatto tre notti e la camera non e' mai stata pulita e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati.

There was no air conditioning, not a fan and you could only slightly open the windows - but they are facing a super crowded street.
Three nights and no room service or towels change.

Bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur ist die Nacht in einem Zimmer, dessen Fenster wegen Lage zu den Gleisen nicht geöffnet werden können, unerträglich ohne Klimaanlage.

Zimmer und Frühstück absolut o.k., aber wenigstens ein Ventilator hätte im ZImmer stehen müssen.

Not good value for money
Pros:

Nice location near train station and city center
Breakfast was also good, nothing special but for one day it was ok
The staff was friendly

Cons:

No air conditioning while there were above 30 degrees outside
Broken shower head, made it uncomfortable and almost impossible to take a good shower
Cleanliness could be better, the room was clean but there were stains all over the carpet

Πολύ μέτριο ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του αν και υπάρχουν στην ίδια περιοχή πολλές εναλλακτικές λύσεις για διαμονή.

Cons:

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο για 2 άτομα, χωρίς κλιματισμό για 2 μέρες με 38 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος, ανοίγαμε το βράδυ τα παράθυρα μας ξυπνούσαν τα τρένα, κλείναμε τα παράθυρα μας ξύπναγε η ζέστη. Δεν μπήκε υπηρεσία δωματίου στην ενδιάμεση μέρα, χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε νέες πετσέτες και η μοκέτα δεν ενέπνεε καθαριότητα. Το πρωινό εντελώς βασικό με καλό καφέ ωστόσο!

Pros:

Das Bett war bequem. Und das Frühstück inkl. Kaffee lecker.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und das Öffnen des Fenstern zum Schlafen aufgrund des Straßenlärms keine gute Idee.
Bei der aktuellen Hitzewelle echt ein großer Minuspunkt.
