Reception staff very good
Good pit stop.
Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice.
For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.
Very nice please staff good position close to tubes station staff very nice Cristina is amazing hotel very clean and room clean
Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación,el personal muy amable y la limpieza muy buena
Stayed here for 1 night so some may say it wasn’t long enough for me to write a review however 1 night was very much enough for me.
I’ll start with the positives:
- the room was spacious and clean
- bed was comfy
- nice products provided in the bathroom
- location of hotel is good (near motorways, 15 min walk from the bus/train/underground stations)
- hotel provides discounted parking
Negatives:
- pre-paid for early check in at 11am. Was told by staff that although we have PAID for this, it’s still not guaranteed the room will be ready. We had to sit in reception for an hour waiting for the room to be ready.
- there’s barely any staff around if you need them
- the staff that are working are all very miserable. I genuinely have never seen a more sad group of people working.
- The room did not have a phone to call reception with issues.
- 1 plug socket on one side of the bed but none on the other
- No information given on restaurant opening and closing times
- No bottle of water in the room
- TV has 5 main channels (advise you bring fire sticks or other devices)
- during evening meal, my nan ordered a gluten free chilli topped chips - this came 45 minutes before my meal. Apparently due to the meals being cooked separately that meant I got mine 45 mins after my nan and she has already finished hers. We also ordered 2x cokes which arrived with my meal an hr after we ordered - these were completely flat and had a very strange taste (as if they had been sat out for a while)
- the one gluten free desert on the menu was unavailable at the start of dinner service which was disappointing - I feel there should be a couple to chose from at the very least.
- vending machines are extortionate - £3.00 for a bottle of water and £4.50 for some maltesers.
Have stayed here a few times but this time did an upgrade. I wish l had known l could have booked a back room before hand, and ended up with one facing the station, but it wasn't too noisy. Being up graded you got a few extra's like a case stand, iron and board, fridge and water and a posh coffee machine, but guess what no drawers to put clothes in! This is the second hotel l have stayed in this year with no drawers, it this something new we have to accept in modern hotels? I know in this type of hotel, people often only stay for one or two nights. The bed was nice and firm and the lighting very good, but the TV a bit out dated, the channels took an age to change if they felt like it, couldn't get certain programmes. The bathroom nice, walk in shower but would have been happier if there were handles to help you in and out, seeing not everyone it young and able bodied. The controls very easy to use. I booked the meal deal as l have had it before and found it very good, but now a change of menu and more choice, think l preferred the old one. They are good on allergies and ask about them when you order. Being up graded l 'd have thought you would have had the room cleaned without asking, but it had to be requested at the desk. This hotel is very handy for the station and buses up to town if you are there for a short stay.
Had a fantastic unlimited Breakfast at the Premier inn at Felixstowe, food was all fresh and lots of choice, compliments to the chef Luis and great service with a smile from Julie and warm welcome from Mike the manager. We will be definitely be returning.
I was only for 3 nights overall is ok, not much, friendly staff though, very helpful especially Glykeria during our stay. Reception self-check in pods gave us some hard time. Not helpful at all.
Good location for Evesham and surrounding areas. Nice clean and comfy hotel with good amenities as beefeater next door for food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean, nice and spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Bed nice and comfy. Good amount of parking.
I had someone sleeping in my room!!!!
Beware, I was told if you have the same room key number in another hotel it could open your door. Worse still, I think someone just needs to show their room key (piece of paper) and get another key. This man in my bed was completely drunk. Absolute disgrace and a breach of safety. Won’t be staying in a premier inn again and will be reporting this to my workplace and to whichever partnering standards committee will listen. Terrible.
Stayed for 3 nights at the end of November. Check in was easy and very friendly. The room was warm and had everything we needed. Good shower and clean bathroom. Easy to use heating. Lovely comfortable bed. Meals were very good and reasonably priced. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend just over 5 minutes walk from the station!
Lovely stay, some little room niggles with regards to lack of lightbulbs in desk lamp and bedside lamps! No separate bin to put recycling items in except for note from Premier Inn asking to put recycling beside bin. Air con unit, could not adjust up or down, and could not open window. However beds extremely comfortable. Limited tea/coffee on tea tray, but you can help yourself from cart at front of restaurant anyway. We had continental breakfast which was adequate as buffet, so we ate what we needed, although limited options, but maybe due to staff shortage on morning and not enough time to replenish trays etc! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Unusual to have disabled parking bays a bit away from the main entrance, but plenty of parking spaces (we paid £10 for 3 days/2 nights), just had to find a more convenient one to alight from the car. Did not bring up issues to reception as not staying long!
Great location on Princes Street with a lot of shops, restaurants and cafe nearby. A short walk from the airport tram stop. We arrived early and they looked after our bags, the reception staff asked for a charity donation at this time in a very nice way. When we left our bags at the end of our stay the girl said we needed to donate to leave our bags!
The rooms were big and bright, but draughty by the windows and the heating was poor, kept going off. There was a hole in the ceiling possibly from a water leak. A lot of dust in corners. Shower over the bath but the shower door was rigid making it difficult to get in and out.
After check in went down to order and pay for breakfast. The receptionist took forever to set it up and then when we went to breakfast they didn’t have our names on the list so had to ho back to reception.
Absolutely awful experience. After my initial booking, I received an email to say there were renovations so the bar and restaurant were closed. Although it was inconvenient, we decided to keep the booking.
When I got to the room, it was directly over where the renovation work was happening. I asked to move room to be told there was nothing available, to pack my belongings and try later to see if there was another room available. Maryam also said the noise was everywhere, even on the 4th floor. She said there was nothing she could do, and gave me the customer care number
When I called them, they were surprised that I'd been given their number, as they only dealt with complaints after check out. But they did advise me to stay in the room, until another became available.
I went to reception to update them, and explained I wanted to get everything settled before my partner arrived, as he wasn't as polite as I was. Maryam asked if I was threatening her, as she was fed up of being threatened that day! I tried to explain that it wasn't a threat, in fact, I was trying to make the situation better.
I wasted a full day trying to rectify this. That room was not fit to be used. I was up and down to reception at least 4 times, and had to call customer care, who couldn't help either.
I'll never stay there again.
Back to locally owned boutique hotels from now on, even if they're a little farther from the theatre.
Just horrible.
In general very clean with kind staff, at arrival plenty of parking space but filled up quick! Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. Great value for money
first do not get this mixed up with the one in Rose street we have stayed in a lot of hotels both here in the UK and a board. This one is one of the best all round one the staff with out exception were all out standing from the hotel manager to the staff help full the rooms bright and clean if in fact you can find better good luck to the hotel manager thank you for the pillows the yorkshire people
Hotel was ideal for solo traveller. Room was big enough and very good nights sleep. Bar and lobby area very good too for a budget chain. Only problem was length of queue and waiting time to check in. Far too long.
