Professional property host/manager
Great value for the location, more than a little worn, friendly staff. Like the average of Premier Inn locations. Breakfast below average.
Clean hotel and rooms. Exceptionally friendly staff.
Close to public transport buses and tube. Plenty of places to eat
Excellent stay no concerns, Staff member Maria and the young lad with the arm tattoo (sorry can’t remember your name) absolutely amazing service from these two staff members. Extremely accommodating polite friendly and a big asset to the company. I have stayed at a lot of Premier inns and I can say these two staff members went out thier way to make me feel so welcome. Thank you two for making my stay memorable. And thank you for the direction I needed. Appreciate you both being so kind. I won’t hesitate to book with premier inn again. Big thank you to you both
The room was not best maintained. The shower leaked water in numerous joints. The television didn't work. A lot of the menu was not available as there was no chips or ice cream available. (could have gone to Lidl!). The staff in the morning were not interested or helpful.
Good location for south leaning but dirty room on arrival and Premier Inn eventually conceded and refunded most of the cost on the stay
spotty Wi-Fi. very dirty outside front entrance
Quick and simple check in.
Comfortable bed, duvet and pillows.
Very clean bedroom and bathroom.
Liked the card scanner on the door to each floor which added an extra level of security.
Great air con.
The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean comfortable with Wi-Fi and coffee and tea facilities Highly recommend this hotel
Stayed here for one night whilst we were moving our daughter into the area.
Great location. Right in the heart of Tooting Broadway high street with all its wonderful independent stores, ethnic restaurants and wonderful markets. We upgraded to a Premium Room to allow us more space and we were pleasantly surprised; nice comfy bed (pillows too hard), nice shower, nice lighting, very quiet at night, immaculately clean.
Really surprised to have air conditioning in the room especially as you cannot open the windows so that was lovely to be able to use.
Didn't opt for their breakfast as there are so many nice local places to try.
Only issue we had was the various bottles of soap/handwash/shampoo were empty upon arrival and when we asked for them to be topped up they only put a small amount in them - barely enough for one night. Come on Premier Inn...don't scrimp on the so called luxury items when someone has paid more to upgrade.
Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern Line) just a few minutes walk away. So many buses to take you surrounding areas too.
I stayed at the Tooting Premier Inn for 1 night, as I was working in London and this was cheap (£87) and you generally know what you are getting with a Premier Inn. I was not disappointed.
I had a standard room, which was up to the Premier Inn standard and equipped with everything I needed. Plenty of sockets, including beside the bed and USB's as well. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower. There was no noise from outside (despite the hotel being in a busy area).
The room had aircon, as you can not open the window and the WIFI was ok for browsing etc.
The hotel is located approx 5-10m min from Tooting Broadway Tube and not much further to Tooting Bec Tube.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short walk of the hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again for work or if I was visiting London.
Nice, clean hotel in the centre of tooting. Many restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance.
Underground is a 5/7 mins walk
What let the hotel down was the below;
1. WIFI was poor. (Please fix as its the 21st century)
2. Asked reception to clean room on day 3 but it was not done on our return. Ended up just taking some clean towels of them.
3. Requested Iron and Ironing board but did not have any spare as other guests were using everyday for the 3 days we were there.
Outside of the points above the value for money is great and its only a 20 mins tube ride into central London
very nice staff
Good location in Tooting, close to tube stations and bus routes. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all facilities close by. Premier Plus rooms available which are clean and quiet with mini fridge. Easy to get in and out of London. Only downside no parking available.
Although the hotel is quite away up the Tooting street towards Tooting Bec Station with no onsite parking it has friendly efficient staff, cool quiet rooms and a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
Took my 8 year old and 4 year old grandchildren to London and stayed in Tooting Bec Premier Inn. Location handy for local shops and public transport. Our room was very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. The temperature in the room was just right and the beds were really comfy.
Great size room and air conditioning, very handy to tube and shops.
While it was very tidy I did note the under he cushion of the chair hadn't been vacuumed. Dust and debris under the bed, has not be cleaned in ages. And a layer of dust on the bottom of the cupboard that I wiped.
Also annoying and I had emailed before. WHB-2720379-Q5N1 on 9 July. When I booked from NZ you CANT. It doesn't recognise the post code and un like Travel lodge you can not say I am out of the UK (to proceed) I tried for about three hours. Ended up going through Expedia and it was 100 pounds more expensive. So I didn't bother looking at any other Premier properties on this holiday.
No email address to go to and the one I got said ring reservations. Seriously how do you give feedback about booking issues!!!!
Better than expected for the price. Staff was v helpful. Lot of halal food options. Clean and quiet.
I stayed here visiting my daughter in London as this was the closest Premier Inn to her home. The room was great, roomy, clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed the lovely big breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and will definitely stay here on our next trip to London x
In 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the “premium” (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them it’s not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid.
A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff.
A great location situated halfway between two underground stations.
Theres plenty of places to eat and drink and loads of shops.
