Fantastic value, very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again
Everybody at the hotel was so lovely and welcoming! Especially Jane! She’s such a lovely genuine person, nothing is too much trouble! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
Location central - ideal for exploring city. Rooms clean etc. No complaints.
Reception staff superb. Helpful and cheerful. Sincere thanks.
Location was tucked away from the centre and it was a 10 min walk to the River Lifffey.
Rooms were spotless and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting.
The Hotel was lovely and quiet and away from the hustle and hustle.
Easy walking distance to all the local buses.
The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the unlimited breakfast was good value with good gluten free options. Concierge staff were also very polite, helpful and friendly. Good location near the city centre
Awesome hotel.
Great service,great food .
Nice and quiet, and very clean.
Lovely staff .
Accessible to the city a 10 euros taxi ride ,great bus service close by.
We had a very positive experience. Very clean hotel, with great food (we had the meal deal), including vegan options. The staff couldn't have been more helpful amd friendly. We were even offered a free drink because our food took a little bit longer than expected, even though we hadn't complained. We would definitely return and recommend.
Aleksandar was our bar staff member and he was so lovely and attentive, made us feel very welcome; absolutely brilliant
We held a gathering at Premier Inn at the Liberties, We were not staying at the hotel however Glen who I believe was the manager went out of his way to organise something for us (something I believe the hotel usually don't cater for).
Glen and his team Jane & Lucja looked after us so well. They had an area reserved for us and they were all so warm and welcoming to us all! We will definitely be staying here as our first choice next time.
We had a really good time in Dublin.
Staying at the premiere inn was the best decision we could make. The employees were really forthcoming. Especially Glen l. Kelvin and Aleksander made our stay very enjoyable.
A very comfortable hotel with everything we needed in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We opted for the full breakfast this morning and it was excellent.
A great hotel . I would thoroughly recommend.
We checked in as a party of 7 for a friends birthday. Purposely staying 10 mins away from the noisy nightlife (which was the right decision).
We had the best experience staying here. Glen and his warm and friendly team, went the extra mile whether it be recommending where to eat, where to drink or providing those extras to make our weekend memorable - especially for our friend. Big thank you to Glen and Diamond!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The mattresses were amazing! It's a relatively new building and it looks well kept. The staff is very friendly and professional. The cooked breakfast is a must, even vegetarian bacon and sausages are available! There is a bus stop at the end of street that will easily get you into the city centre and a Tesco's around the corner. It sits at the quiet side at the edge of the city centre, which is great if you want to get some sleep! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Room and bathroom are good but I feel like they pay too much for the food because I payed €17 for a chicken burger which I expected it’s gonna be worth it like others 4 start restaurant but no all I got is 3 chicken small tinder inside of the bun and two slices of tomato and ketchup that’s all and costed me €17?? Also that night wasn’t even busy only 3 table i would say they took 30 mins for a single burger which is crazy but anyway at least room was good I loved it .
Needed somewhere to stay for a gig. Room was spacious and cosy. Good enough price for one night in Dublin, as it's really expensive everywhere.
Very enjoyable service at reception was perfect and very friendly helpful. rooms clean and comfortable.
And a big thank you to Havous who made the stay hear more enjoyable
The hotel staff is very friendly. They always have a smile and the necessary help. It is a central place with several bus lines. The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. There were hairs from the shower, the shower gel was scarce and the drain was broken until 11.50 am when the maintenance man came, 10 min before checking out. We have already seen that maintenance and cleaning is not 10, for other times we have been. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay in Dublin. Economical and very beautiful.
A bit too far from luas stops. It took about 20-30 mins to walk to heuston and same to Grafton Street area. It would have been helpful to have bus info available and I didn't like to ask staff as they were so busy. One person was trying to run the reception, bar and restaurant which was too much for anyone. Reception staff were so nice though and smiled through it all. They were the best part of the stay especially the lovely blond lady on my first night. Bedroom floor and hallways hadn't been hoovered in a while. Shower curtain was very smelly. Hairdryer working intermittently. I sent my food back to the kitchen. Salad cost about 12 euro and I asked for a chicken breast for an extra 4 euro, it took AGES to arrive even though the restaurant was fairly empty so I was expecting a lot but it was missing ingredients and had a tiny amount of dry rubbery chicken. I brought it back to the hatch and and the chef said it was the normal QUARTER of a chicken breast 🤣. I could gotten much better in the tesco express nearby. I was really disappointed as I had stayed in a premier inn years ago in the UK and it had been lovely, I had been looking forward to my visit but it wasn't great. The first night was lovely and quiet, no noise in the hallway but the second night I could hear my neighbours tv on and could hear their voices through the wall, luckily for me they weren't very loud but the walls seemed very thin so I can't imagine what it would be like with noisy neighbours
The staff was absolutely delightful, hotel was very clean. Definitely visit again
Staff was great, room quiet and comfortable and easy walking distance to get around. Excellent experience.
