Located close to the 3 Arena and a 10-15 minute walk into Dublin City Centre. This hotel is modern and very clean and a great place to stay! We have stayed here now 4 times and would be recommended.
Location central and safe. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast very good. Huge value for money.
Excellent Premier and for Dublin exceptional value staff friendly checkin seamless arrived early and left our bags
Very central for the 3 Arena re concerts
Will use this hotel again for sure
Brilliant location for 3arena where we were attending the Hans Zimmer concert. Less than 5 minute walk.
Very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless and bed so comfy. Spacious rooms. Bathroom spotless. Brilliant shower.
Had the meal deal, 2 course dinner and unlimited breakfast, great value and plenty of choice.
Very quiet hotel, we heard no noise at all.
Special mention to Fatima,(hope I got name right) on reception. So friendly and helpful.
The lady who served us dinner was so nice and friendly, sorry we didn't get her name.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive— special thanks to Iris and Vijolina for their exceptional hospitality. The room was clean and nicely prepared, making the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay highly recommended!
Lovely new hotel, very clean rooms, great price and 5 minute walk to the 3 arena and luas stop. Great location. Staff were very friendly also.
Brilliant hotel. Luxury accomodation on a not luxury budget. Prime location. Fab food at great prices. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Cannot fault this hotel.
Great hotel and location staff very friendly and professional especially Amy who served us in the restaurant she was very helpful and pleasant. Food was excellent .Highly recommend this hotel .
Great stay at Premier Inn, everything you expect: clean rooms, excellent service, and a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better
Stayed here recently for a gig in the 3Arena- perfect location as a short walk away! Check in at 3 and we travelled up from cork getting there at 5:30 (2adults and 2kids). Receptionist asked me was it a family room required, I said yes and she advised us there were no rooms ready and we would have to wait. I asked if she had a system for calling us as we waited and she said no. I asked her to take my name and she said it was ‘fine we will just call ye when there are rooms available’. Other families gathered too and there were 6 families we spoke to all in the same situation.
I asked to speak to the manager - a man named Gediminas came and spoke to me and asked me if I had booked with a third party. I stated I wasn’t sure and he just said ‘hmm’. I asked if the delay was due to third party bookings and he asked if I booked with 3rd party but evaded my question. I checked my email and said that we had booked directly with the hotel site. I again asked if 3rd party bookings was the issue - he stated no. He then took my booking number and advised my room was ready and that I had not given my name to the receptionist making it impossible for her to check. I could not believe that he was attempting to shift the blame onto the booking system and then onto me. When I said this he unapologetically said ‘well your room is ready now so I can book you in. I can take breakfast off the bill for you’. I told him I couldn’t care less about the breakfast.
The lady behind me was so frustrated she asked me to deal with it the next day so we could all get ready for the concert. I advised that I would speak to the manager the next day - but he was not there.
That evening we were going to eat in the hotel, instead we had to eat the shop snacks we had brought as back up as the restaurant could not accommodate any tables until after 7:30. Several people we spoke to while queueing advised they had waited a long time for their table and their food to arrive.
I spoke with reception before leaving and they advised all complaints need to be submitted online. We were so disappointed that I wanted to bring this matter to light and discuss it. I was advised that all matters needed to be submitted online. I did so and was met with a response that my husband needed to contact them as the booking was under his name. I advised the interactions had all been with me and was met with the same previous response.
The whole experience was stressful. The lack of professionalism and unapologetic manner of the ‘manager’ was the hard to believe. The difficulty trying to be heard onsite at the hotel and then online with customer service was also so disappointing.
We stayed for seven nights and it was excellent. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed, as always with Premier Inn, was wonderful. Really highly recommend this hotel.
Something to bear in mind is that the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm but there are places close by for lunch and the hotel are always happy for you to call in a delivery of food at any time.
There was not one single thing to fault.
Stayed just the one night, mid-week. Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk to welcome you. Had the standard double room, decent size. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was large and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the main road outside but considering the proximity there was little to no noise to be heard. Will be staying again without question.
Your typical premier inn. Clean spacious rooms, staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice. We stayed for 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned between this but we weren’t fussed. Situated a 5 minute walk from the 3Arena, and the centre is only a 10 minute bus (G2 we got from the bus stop around the corner.). You do need change for the buses as they don’t take card and you get no change back from notes. Overall a great stay.
Wonderful hotel a stones throw from 3 arena. Extremely clean room with such a comfortable bed, I have arthritis and don't say that lightly. So quiet overnight with seemingly soundproof rooms. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. Will stay again.
Shocking standards for a premier inn, so much for a good night sleep policy, there was unsupervised kids in rooms possibly school trip, sprinting up and down the corridor slamming and banging doors way into 1am, then the fire alarm went off and scared my kids to the point they were in bed with hands over ears, this alarm went off twice more before breakfast time, then the breakfast line took us 25 minutes to get to the guy who takes your room number and seats you, absolute shambles, breakfast was nice and plenty to eat all good was hot and cooked properly, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to stay in Dublin.
We stayed here to attend the Benson Boone concert at 3Arena. The hotel is right around the corner from the 2Arena so great to stay at for concerts. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It is also very affordable. The breakfast was great value and very nice.
Reasonable hotel, horrible internet. Internet is impossible to use for work. Download/upload is only 0.77 Kpbs. Ping is 144 ms.
If you need internet, find another hotel or make sure you have a robust 5G mobile data plan
We are staying here for a week. Last night the fire alarm went on at 2:30 AM & 6 AM and everyone was forced out (alarm malfunction).
Breakfast has a long line.
I don’t recommend.
Multiple fire alarms blasting through the night (repeatedly from 1-2am and at 7am) which caused carnage.
There was also vomit on the curtains next to the bed and the bathroom door didn’t lock.
Besides this the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice.
Stayed one night - clean, well-equipped room in a great location within walking distance of the 3Arena. Parking available (for an extra cost) at Point Square. Convenient for a short city stay.
