Comfortable location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, Quiet and well air-conditioned. Good valute for money
The location is great, right next to the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great. The shower pressure was a bit low, but it worked. The breakfast was normal, as you'd expect from a Premier Inn, but it's not my favourite (not a fan of English Breakfast). Good value for money.
Can anyone please share their experience with some building works and noise disruption? We are due to stay December and iv received an.emaul letting us know about some noise disruption during the hours of 8am to . Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
Outstanding customer service, great value and comfy premiere plus room!
Did not get to eat anything due to our schedule but the hotel restaurant seamed packed during dinner time.
A good place where to stay for a budget short break, near the tube station, restaurants and bars.
Good breakfast! Should improve the cleanliness of the rooms.
Excellent location. Hotel staff are lovely, hotel clean, breakfast was lovely, will definitely use again, good price especially for the London area
Having been let down by another hotel nearby, we booked in last minute. All the staff on duty were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the evening and at breakfast was delicious. Perfect in every way!
I had a nice experience during my recent visit to London for work. Overall it is clean and relaxed. Staff was helpful especially Ulando, Sahil and Pinki.
My Birthday stay had some notable highlights and serious concerns.
On the positive side, the BED was comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job. However, several issues significantly detracted from the experience:
Security Interaction: Firstly, the security staff at the gate needs customer service training. They were rude and shouted at us ("press the buzzer once") after we waited over two minutes for a response. A simple, polite instruction would suffice.
Family Room Size: The room allocation for the family room was very small, making it difficult to move around.
Safety/Access: Most importantly, there is no designated drop-off or pick-up location for guests. We were forced to park and load/unload on the main road, which felt incredibly unsafe. A stopping/drop-off zone is essential for guest safety and convenience.
In summary: The accommodation itself is clean and comfortable, but the front-end guest experience (security rudeness) and dangerous logistical issues (no drop-off zone) must be addressed immediately.
Great stay, easy check in and polite staff! The price was great for November, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
Stayed here as we were attending a concert in the nearly Apollo centre and the location was perfect for that.
The hotel is conveniently located to the Hammersmith underground. We were in one of the premier plus rooms which was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine.
The only downside was the check-in. We arrived at 1430 and there was no way we were allowed to check in until 1500. Come 1500 there was a long queue of folks waiting to check in, causing some stress between customers and staff.
Overall, this is a comfortable, clean hotel in a good location.
Comfortable beds, all very clean, staff friendly. Breakfast not so good. Wi fi sometime great sometimes worst. Hotel is at ok place and pretty safe neibourhod
An excellent hotel located very conveniently near the Eventim Apollo and two underground stations. The reception staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was also extremely clean, had good facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The price was quite low considering the high quality of service. I would visit again.
Stayed here for one night on a weekday. Found it to be nice and clean and adequately served the purpose. The room smelt fresh on arrival and throughout the stay, and the carpet and furnishings were clean. I liked the hotel, the fact that it was clean and fresh and that we were able to pay for an early check in at 11am. I'd definitely stay again.
Here's the details in more depth: The bedroom had a lounge chair with cushion and footstool, which we appreciated. A desk area with kettle and coffee maker (we're not in to hot drinks, so no comment). In the mini fridge there were 2 small bottles of sparkling water - nice touch but shame it wasn't still. There were plugs and USB sockets either side of the bed and of course ample plug sockets in the desk area. Air con worked well. I think the TV probably only had basic channels but didn't watch it. Below the TV was a long padded stool for putting stuff on. An iron and ironing board were provided, as was a hairdryer and stool in a separate area opposite the bathroom (spare plug socket next to hair dryer). Couldn't get the hairdryer to work but reception said something about there being a sensor somewhere on it? 5 coathangers were provided in a hanging area (no doors to it, one shelf above, but no drawers anywhere). 3 hooks on the wall in the hallway. The bathroom looked all fresh and new, as you'd expect in a new hotel, with a walk-in shower, bath mat, and hand wash and combined hair/body wash were provided in large bottles attached to the wall, plus another bottle of hand wash by the sink. No heated towel rail. The bath sheets are a good size but you only get one hand towel.
The hotel has 4 lifts and 9 bedroom floors, with access required by room card to get through the doors that lead to the lifts, which is reassuring from a security point of view. Our room looked onto another building with a very slight road view if you craned your neck to one side, but there was a net curtain and we didn't expect a view. The hotel is not in a picturesque area, but we knew to expect this. Nice blackout curtains and comfy bed but only one pillow each though it worked out fine. It was quiet in the room - no noise from adjoining rooms.
We had the cooked breakfast, which was fine. Lots of tables to choose from.
For info, if you're thinking of treating yourself to a taxi from Waterloo station to this hotel, ours cost £45, as the traffic was so slow (between 11am and midday on a Monday). The Eventim Apollo is approx 7 mins walk from this hotel, so it's an ideal hotel for those attending concerts, and quite a few attending the concert walked back to this hotel at 11pm afterwards. Hammersmith tube station is about the same distance and there are a number of shops inside the station entrance, including small Tesco & Sainsbury's, McD's, coffee shops, and others. Next door to the hotel is a M&S Food at a filling station.
My fiancée accidentally left a wash bag in our room after checkout. When I went back later the same day to collect it, several personal items were missing, including jewellery, a bottle of perfume, a hairbrush, and other belongings.
Unfortunately, Premier Inn took no accountability. Their investigation on top of having multiple flaws and contradictory information, simply stated that staff had followed procedure and that the missing items “could not be found.” Of course, if something goes missing while in the hotel’s care, it’s not likely to still be sitting there later — yet that seems to have been the extent of the investigation.
I even provided photographic evidence — one photo taken before checkout showing the wash bag with the hairbrush inside, and another taken that evening after it was returned showing it missing. Despite this clear evidence that the bag’s contents changed while in their possession, Premier Inn has refused to take responsibility or offer any form of goodwill gesture.
The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing for both me and my fiancée. I’m sharing this to warn other guests to double-check your belongings carefully before leaving, as the hotel appears unwilling to take ownership when something goes wrong.
Overall good hotel.and well located at a short walk to and from public transportation (underground and bus). Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Bathroom is good and clean. Breakfast could do with an improvement but overall good value for money.
A lovely hotel. We had a premier room which was superb. Quiet and very comfortable. The beds are great! Clean, modern and a delicious breakfast.
As a anxious mum with a young daughter this hotel is a favourite as it’s so safe and easy to get too, the walk from Hammersmith st is quick and well lit and the check in is very quick and secure. Room was clean and air con worked very quickly. Meal was pre booked and service was quick and friendly (menu was varied) at this point we did experience a kitchen/chef blip but the way it was dealt with was absolutely fantastic- Matty and Jessica the wait staff went above and beyond to not only rectify the situation they acknowledged my complaint they were genuine and thoughtful with their response, blips happen occasionally but a company’s response is what matters and in this case Matty and Jessica came through and instead of leaving today feeling any negativity I can’t wait to come back again in December for my 50th with my aunt. Thankyou for a lovely stay
Close to Hammersmith and all services there, convenient.
It's a pretty new hotel with a nice lobby and the Breakfast Buffet is very good.
We took the family room in October 2025 - this would be good for staying as a couple with 2 or 3 small children.
As 1 parent with 3 kids, it's not too ideal.
If your children are old enough for a room on their own, then I recommend getting 2 seperate rooms, and calling the hotel to see about adjoining or same-floor rooms.
We took the cheaper standard rooms instead of Premier Plus.
The room we got was nice with a skyline of London just outside the window. I wouldn't recommend the in-room coffee; but Costa, Caffè Nero, and Starbucks are nearby and easy to get to through Hammersmith Broadway.
The sink water is not drinkable, so please buy bottled water at the vending machines or bar (they're about £ 3-4).
Our family room felt quite cramped - if you would like to get takeout, I recommend eating at the tables in the restaurant - they don't mind at lunch hours.
If you do get the family room, please note that for 3 out of 4 people there is no nightstand space.
They do provide a TV with access to a number of British channels. There is also an HDMI socket provided (for anything from laptops to Switch to even an Apple TV).
Please note that the HDMI wall socket does not work, so please use the inputs on the display itself.
The key-cards are easy to use and they gave us 4 instead of 2 when we asked. Just don't lose your key-card, because you need it at least 3 times to get into your room, then also to turn on electricity in the room. The key-card system made getting into our room easy and secure; as well as assuring us that no-one could enter our room without our consent.
Please note that family rooms are on the 4th floor, and Premier Plus rooms are on the 8th and 9th floors.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for cheap, short stays in Hammersmith.
Ok
