Room was clean staff was nice but I can hear the noise and the sound of people all night.
Can’t stay this place if you like quiet. I probably will not stay here for future.
A great find! We loved everything about this place! Extremely clean and comfortable.
This place is great. Comfortable beds and very clean. Super convenient for Rehoboth Ave. if you want to walk to things, it’s doable but most things will take 15-20 minutes to get to. The one major drawback is the noise from the road. The walls are not soundproof at all. Other than that, it’s great.
The rooms are new, modern and the hotel is very close to the beach, great atmosphere, a lot of seafood restaurants, bars. Very safe to walk at night.
What a great place to stay at Rohoboth Beach. The room was beautiful, very modern, clean & comfortable. Parking was right outside the room which I find so convenient. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff were friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
Great location, clean room, great staff!
We stayed here for a weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is newly renovated and advertised as a “boutique stay,” but the reality did not live up to the marketing.
Our room was so humid that our clothes and suitcases are wet. We couldn’t sleep because the sheets were damp all night. I raised the issue both on day one and again before checking out. The front desk clerk eventually told me I needed to turn on a “dehumidifier option” on the AC; a detail that was never explained.
On our first morning, the milk was so spoiled that even staff commented on how bad it smelled. It was never replaced during our entire stay, despite the property advertising “coffee service all day.” On day two there was no milk at all, and by day three we were told there was “no opportunity to order milk.” The “English muffin” provided was so stale it couldn’t even be split open and was hard as a rock. When I pointed this out, I was told it was simply the brand.
Housekeeping is offered only every four days unless requested, which we understood. I requested on Friday that our room be cleaned Saturday, and again Saturday morning. Despite both requests, when we returned from an all-day wedding event, the room had not been touched. When I asked at the desk, I was told “they must have forgotten, but it’s not my job.”
The same staff member repeatedly told us issues were “not his problem.” At no point did anyone take ownership or attempt to make our stay more comfortable
The bed was extremely comfortable and ealking distance from some good eateries.
Extremely noisy room from street traffic.
Expedia said it included breakfast which wasn’t true. It has a coffee machine in the office that tells you to ask for milk for cappuccino or late but there was no milk available.
While the hotel wasn’t bad the cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the sheets with a lot of stains and a very dirty comforter. No one was available to come and clean the room and we weren’t offered a room change to compensate. We were asked why we didn’t check the sheets upon arrival since calling at 8 pm was too late! They provided new sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves, but no comforter was provided. Not what we expected from any hotel.
Clean and modern, comfortable beds, good AC. Everything we needed. Beach is walkable.
It was clean and very comfortable.
It was very clean and updated
This was such a cute place, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to the boardwalk, but also close enough to the highway not to get stuck in the traffic leaving the town. Nice, clean room, I will stay here again when I go back to Rehoboth. The taco place right next door is a must!!!!
Breakfast was advertised as included, but you have to read the fine print, it is only on weekends currently which was disappointing. I travel solo alot but this time I was with my small daughter and didnt like that this was the first hotel Ive stayed at in a long time where there was not an additional lock on the door once in the room for sleeping which is a safety issue for a female. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, its clear everything is fairly new and the place has clearly gotten a massive makeover. It was conveniently located for all things Rehoboth and seemed to have enough parking. Dogs are welcome and there was one upstairs that barked for quite awhile in the middle of the night so not sound proof. The cleaning crew parks their cart outside the rooms on the bottom floor and spend alot of time talking and banging things if you stay in the room past 8am. They clearly have some kinks to work out with staffing, amenities and room details but it served us well enough for our 3 days there.
We stayed here at the end of July 2025. We asked for a top floor room when I booked the room online and they obliged.
PROS:
- Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
- Location in regards to downtime wasn't bad...a 15-25 minute walk or an under-5 minute drive.
- They offer a shuttle service (golf cart) to take you downtown (one-time $20 fee for unlimited rides during your stay, can't recall what time they start, but the last one is around 8pm).
- Fire pit was nice.
- Clothing steamer and closet space.
CONS:
- Our room was mostly clean. There were hairs that were not our own on the bed and plastered to the shower walls. Some of the towels had yellowish-brown stains on them.
- Walls are paper-thin; you could hear conversations, coughing, sneezing, and TV. You could hear every door being slammed shut. I assume the floors are paper thin, too, as I overheard a woman on the first floor complaining to a woman on the second floor about the "herd of elephants" above her.
- The EV charger wasn't working yet. Hopefully they get that taken care of soon (fault lies with the EV charging company, not the hotel).
All in all, we would probably not stay here again, primarily due to the sound issues. We went under the assumption that the towels were at least sanitized during their washing, even if they had stains. I'd give an overall rating of 3.5/5, but since you can't leave half-star reviews, I had to ro
We were surprised how new and clean the hotel / room is. Check in and out super easy. Desk staff helpful and friendly. Great 3 night stay. Great service with shuttle to the board walk although we just drove and found parking ourselves.
Zach was a great host in beach transport and checking in. Very informative
A great small hotel, few minutes drive to the beach. Super clean with thick fluffy bathrobes and towels. A small broom with dustpan would be great - the hardwood floors were gorgeous, but being able to sweep up some sand would have been ideal.
Great spot. New, clean and nice quality amenities. Would stay here again.
