Nice stay in Brussels in rather safe and clean area
Pros:

The part of the building where I stayed was more like an Airbnb-style accommodation, with no reception or on-site service available (although I understand there was a reception in the other part of the building).

The room itself is a big studio incl. kitchen - very modern and clean. All essential kitchenware, including dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils, was available in the cupboards.

The support team reacted immediately after I reported an issue, and communication via WhatsApp was very good and efficient.

Cons:

On the day of arrival, I was informed about issues with the air conditioning, which was not working during the first few days of my stay. My apartment was located on one of the top floors, where the high temperatures during the heatwave were clearly noticeable indoors.
When keeping the windows open at night, traffic noise from the nearby motorway was clearly audible and could make it difficult to fall asleep. Light-sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs.

The price is very good for such quality. The room was also very modern and cosy.

Cons:

At the first day the climate control didn’t work. But this problem was fixed fast, so the total experience was still good

It was close to the bus and the interior felt very fresh and modern! There are also many restaurants close by which is great. Thank you to Ashley who helped us a lot during our stay :)

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The stuff was very polite and helped us during the stay. The room is also good and comfortable. I liked contactless check in and access to the building and the room.

Cons:

There was no kettle at the room which was a bit inconvenient (we boiled the water in a pot). Also keep in mind that you need to pay 250€ deposit before the check in. It was returned the next day after out departure.

Nowe miejsce w super cichej i czystej sypialni Brukseli.
Pros:

Przede wszystkim stosunek jakości do ceny.
Cana 50% nizsza niz obiekty podobnej klasy w centrum.
Zupelnie nowy apartamentowiec. Duzo miejsca, wygodne lozko. Cichutka lokalizacja, sklepy spozywcze i przystanek autobusowy w odleglosci krotkiego spaceru. Self check in.
Bedziemy wracac.

Cons:

Moze brak zmywarki, soli, pieprzu, czy herbaty. Ale to zupelnie nie rpzeszkadza. Tak jak pisalam, bedziemy wracac.

The best stay we ever had
Pros:

The property is quiet and clean the staff was an angel it’s easy to go to the city center just take the bus #21 (direction luxembourg) Then get off at the stop maalbeek the stop is infront of the subway and just few stops to the center I recommend this appartment stay and also near the airport just take bus 21 to maes and get off stop geneve to take bus 12 and the last stop is the airport so convenient i was so happy we saved a lot of money since taxi and uber is super expensive

Cons:

Nothing we loved staying in the property it was amazing

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Εχει ωραία αισθητική και γενικά νιώθεις πολύ άνετα στο δωμάτιο. Δεν είχε καθόλου φασαρία. Επίσης , επαγγελματική η επικοινωνία του προσωπικού. Στάση λεωφορείου και σουπερμάρκετ βρίσκονται πάρα πολύ κοντά.

Cons:

Είναι αρκετά μακρυά απο το κέντρο των Βρυξελλών όμως έχει πολύ κοντά στάση λεωφορείου, η οποία εξυπηρετεί εξαιρετικά. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι το ψυγείο ήταν εντελώς άδειο ενώ θα μπορούσε πχ να έχει ένα μπουκάλι νερό και γενικά το διαμέρισμα έχει τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Επίσης , τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αρκετά άβολα.

Cons:

Could have at least left some bottled water, milk, 2 eggs, half a loaf of bread, and some butter.
Leave out extra trash bags and a broom with dustpan.
Write out instructions on where to find nearest supermarket and to operate appliances

The lack of furniture is an issue. There were two desk chairs and a bed. No where to sit and eat or to watch tv. I think
Pros:

It’s lovely and clean. A very nice apartment.

Cons:

The location isn’t great for a short stay. Even though the airport is further from the city center, it is faster to greet from one to the other. This property requires a bus ride and Metro and at least 30 minutes of travel to get to the city center. For a longer stay, that would be fine, because the property and neighborhood were lovely, but for a short stay it is inconvenient.
