Thi is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in, worldwide. Definitely my fave in Australia. Such a beautiful hotel - attention to detail, design and staff are all top notch. Waking to the sunrise over the ocean from my bed was sublime
The hotel is beautiful and in such a great location. They do however need to work on their customer service as it feels like no one knows what they are doing.
Beautiful property- perfect location, view, amenities and pool. We stayed in the 3 bedroom ocean home. We would absolutely love to come back again!

The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating.
All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at the Mondrian Gold Coast. I was charged twice for a single stay, which was quite costly, and I have yet to be reimbursed, despite it now being a week since I raised the issue.
Each time I call to follow up, I’m told the refund still hasn’t been processed, with no clear explanation or timeline for resolution. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating and not reflective of the high standards one would expect from a luxury hotel.
Its trying to hard. TV in couch is unnecessary. Taps confusing. Curtains all techy. Staff at restaurant only OK. Would I stay there again. No. Not my cup of tea
