Lovely treat having a weekend in London, my husband decided to book Watford central and we got the train strain into London in under 30 mins. Early check in was booked and the rooms was perfect big comfy bed, very clean bathroom everything you need. Sadly didn’t stay for dinner but booked breakfast which was everything the two of us wanted.

Stayed to take the kids to Harry Potter, it was very friendly all the staff seem very nice and helpful. The rooms was clean and tidy and the kids menu is better than I remember which made it a perfect weekend for the kids

Me and my father went as house searching, we stayed here for two nights. Asked to change rooms in the second night as noticed mold in our room. They changed our room and made a snide remark about having to inspect even though I showed them proof. We also had milk that had gone off. Was told I would get a breakfast refunded but have yet I have this. Felt very letdown by the experience.

Second time of staying here for the footie a there’s nothing can complain about breakfast is get eat all you like which after beers and football is needed. Clean rooms nice stay exactly what you ask for be back again after Xmas

Booked this hotel as we had tickets to Watford fc parked at the hotel and 10 min walk to the stadium perfect location. Lots of food options in town. The hotel was clean comfy and nice staff nothing to complain about and will stay here again next time we’re down for the footie

We were advised to stay here a get the train to Wembley and it was the best decision. Arrived lunch time and paid for early check in and the room was ready for us, it was clean fresh no issues. A 10 min walk and we were at the train station perfect. The hotel staff were really friendly and the breakfast was exactly what we needed after a late night again no complaints I would recommend this way of getting to events instead of paying high prices to stay in London

We stayed to go to the Harry Potter studios over the weekend, it’s was really good. The room was clean and a good size for the three of us. We booked for breakfast as we didn’t want to miss our time slot at the studio and it was excellent will choose to stay here again

Asked twice to have my room cleaned left tag on outside door never cleaned not very good standard for a premier inn also £8 per night to park

Car parking advertised as being:

"Chargeable on-site parking is available at an exclusie [sic] price for guests of £8 per 24 hours."

I wanted to leave after 47 hours but it seems the car park system only offers payment in units of days, and offered payment for 3 days not the 2 days that I wanted - so I had to pay £24 and not £16 - Infuriating, and a bit scammy !!

The payment for a meal deal (£26.99) was not taken at reception when checking in (as is usually the case for Premier Inns), and I was later charged £28.49 for that meal deal (overcharged £1.50).

So overcharged a total £9.50 for my stay !

Service in the restaurant was variable - one time a bottle of Doombar beer was served with an empty glass (fair enough, and acceptable) - but on another occasion it was served with a glass with ice in the glass ! And service/order taking in the barely empty restaurant was very slow, although the food was fine.

There was no card in the room to indicate/choose whether I did or didn't want the room to be cleaned - and the tea/coffee/milk was not replenished.

So there were some deviations from the usual 'Premier Inn standard',

The staff were well turned out and pleasant, and polite, but seemed to be, at times, a bit confused/muddled about how to run things, and so I think that Premier Inn should be paying a bit more attention to the training of staff and the management of this hotel.

And it will be interesting to see if Premier Inn offer a refund of the £9.50 that I am out of pocket through having been overcharged...

Stayed here to take the kids to a surprise Harry Potter day and it was brilliant. It was so close to the studio and just down the road from the town when you have kids making it as easy as possible is so important. The hotel was great although the room was a little small for 4 but we made it work. It was clean tidy and the staff were very nice

This hotel is ideally placed for the town centre and easy access to London. Watford High Street rail station is only a 5 minutes walk, with a regular service past Wembley, into London. There is a large car park, for those visiting in their own transport, conveniently situated off the ring road. Even with this location the rooms are quiet, unaware of any traffic noise.

Stayed for 2 nights. Train station within walking distance or a quick uber costing around £6. 10 min drive to Harry Potter studios so it’s a great location to stay. Bar area small but nice. Easy check in and was given a voucher to scan when leaving the car park to go home. Do not pay online for parking as premier inn guests receive a cheaper daily rate

I don’t normally give reviews however on this occasion I felt this would bring value. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and eye contact by a kind gentleman called Adrian.
He explained breakfast and dinner whilst checking me in all of which was conforming and reassuring. My room was lovely and clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast I had an early start so was the only person there when it opened and had lovely table service breakfast I loved this aspect it was fresh what I asked for and arrived with a smile from the staff member - thank you

6 of us got tickets for the nfl last weekend in Wembley and was advised to stay in Watford and get the train to the event, great advise it was so easy. We booked 3 rooms and paid for early check in all rooms were ready when we arrived so a quick shower and off we went. Train station is a 10 min walk and hopped on the train.
Booked a time for breakfast as we expected it to be busy and could not fault what was offered totally stuffed ready for our drive home. Will definitely be booking here again if we go to more sports events in London. Thank you premier Inn.

The food here is now very expensive, I waited 25 mins after ordering for my bottle off beer and then a further 30 mins for the food to arrive. I booked a table when I arrived, but still waited an hour after ordering to eat

Amazing experience, we came with our friend for Wembley NFL and everything was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times to visit our daughter and find the rooms clean & comfortable. Staff very efficient & friendly. But did have an issie with our visit on Saturday, we were very late checking in and given Room 123. On entering the room we noted a loud humming noise with a vibration on half of the room floor. We reported it to the night receptionist who was apologetic but the hotel was full therfore couldn' t offer an alternative. Therefore we tried to sleep in the room, wasn't a great nights sleep but managed some. When checking out we mentioned to Sanjan, duty manager, who thought the issue was related to a generater. He was very apologetic and provided us with a number to contact to dicuss with the customer team
Also offered breakfast & car parking for
free. The customer team also very apologic and reimbursed out money.
Although not a great night the response from the staff & customer team was amazing. Please sort out the generator, this hasn't put us off mainly because of the staff.

Staff were friendly room was clean, but in rough condition. No air conditioning, they gave you a small fan which barely moved any air. When it did cool at night the window didn’t open up wide enough to allow air in.. no way to charge any devices because they have no usb plugs anywhere
