We stopped here as we're were attending a funeral, the staff were super friendly and brightened up our mood, with extensive knowledge of local restaurants and area, the rooms we're spotless, very comfortable. Meg, Elizabeth and Joy, thank you for your kindness and wonderful sense of humour and professionalism. I can't wait to return!

Reception friendly and welcoming. We should have warned of accessibility needs before travelling but didn't- but reception happily found us a closer room to reception on request. Staff in the restaurant seemed short staff and not that attentive, but the food was very good.

Room was too hot, A/C didnt work and was noisy, power cut during the night for hours so no electricity, Breakfast awful, cold and poor selection. Left review and complaint but no response

Amazing service from Lizzie and Meg tonight, as soon as we walked in you could see they were doing the job of 6 people, rushed off thier feet but handling it all cool, calm and professionally, a credit to any employer, Fantastic job ladies

The receptionists Elizabeth and Jenny were very friendly and welcoming, my room was very clean and the bed comfortable, I would definitely stay here again. 👌

Booking in for my room and sorting any issues was bliss due to the two receptionist lizzie and Jen . Both of them made me feel welcome so far from home which was greatly appreciated. Rooms are cozy with all the amenities you would need for a short stay with your own ac that keeps you cool during the night . Gotta say one of my better hotel experiences and if sent down here again for work I would not protest that .

Despite what appears to be quadruple glazing it was still possible to hear road noise. While this mostly was not too bad the occasional motorcycles revving up and the sirens of the emergency vehicles were definitely irritating. We had read the reviews, we had earplugs.

The kettle in our room was really badly stained - deep brown - and my wife was displaced that I accepted a replacement that was also stained, although not as badly. She thought it looked like mould spots and boiled/ drained the kettle 3 times before she was prepared to use it. She recommends they boil a bit of vinegar in there if descaling does not work.

Breakfast was the usual PI breakfast but there was a shortage of meat in the cottage pie for dinner.

The only reason this is not a lower rating is that all the staff were excellent.

Have just returned from a 4 day stay in the Premier Cambourne. We stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room which was delightful. The Reception staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble .Thank you Marc for getting me a bath mat.
Room was immaculate so a big thank you to House Keeping.
So thank you all for a perfect stay will be back. Youre all a credit to Premier.

Camborne premier inn is so accessible and in the perfect location to explore Cornwall. Service and cleanliness was excellent. The premium rooms are definitely worth the little extra in cost. Highly recommended.

Had the lovely Rianne and Elizabeth check me in, amazing customer service, they had a great relationship as one was learning the ropes of reception, great ladies, had smiles on their faces throughout, and nothing was too much to ask for, premier Inn should be very proud of these ladies and the professional attitudes they showed . Will definitely come back for the great atmosphere and vibe

Nice hotel with large comfy rooms that were clean. The shower in the bathroom could have been better and so could the service at breakfast. The staff however were friendly and welcoming and the premier inn staff on reception were efficient.

Great location for travelling to different parts of Cornwall. All the reception staff were friendly. It is let down a bit by the table table restaurant serving breakfast. The coffee cups are disgusting, not sure how they can call them clean.

Fantastic welcome, sweet and friendly lady on reception.
Very comfy bed, spacious rooms and very clean.
A quiet location too so a very restful sleep (despite the flat pillows).
A bit of a chilly room but I spent so little time there that it did not matter (literally just used for sleep)

Had an amazing stay, accommodation was clean tidy the receptionist Lizzy what a beautiful kind soul nothing was to much, so kind and friendly, i have a few needs and she made sure to do her up most to make me have a more comfortable relaxed stay. so welcoming, always there to help, quick with advice, so professional cant rate her enough she made my stay so relaxing,, I will definitely be staying again.

What can I say. ELIZABETH !!!! Omg !! We dont get to go away EVER because we have a severely autistic son. But we bit the bullet and stayed here, and the lady Elizabeth was like an angel sent from above to us all and especially our son. The kindness and support she showed us as a family was like nothing we have ever experienced before. I cant even put into words what a fantastic caring helpful cheerful beautiful lady she is. I dont know if you do employee of the month there but if u do I can imagine she wins EVERY SINGLE MONTH !! This is the only place we would ever stay at again, and only if Elizabeth is working. Thank you for your kindness to our family and especially our son. He adored you and so did we. Thank you thank you thank you xx
