Stay here periodically. Getting worse every time. Rooms always smell mouldy. Staff however are great and always friendly. Usually ask reception to switch rooms to avoid bad smells.
We have stayed here many times visiting family who live local. Every stay has been enjoyable and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
On our latest visit we had an exceptionally lovely cooked breakfast and praise Kaci the chef and Toni our host - well done Ladies!
Superb stay at Daybrook Nottingham Premier inn, extremely friendly staff especially chef Kaci and host Kara who provided the best cooked breakfast we have ever had, especially the fried bread which was delicious thank you Kaci. You went above and beyond to satisfy your customers, both of you are amazing and looking after everyone. Thank you your great customer service and we will definitely be back.
Last minute business stop-over landed me at Nottingham North Daybrooke.
Lovely hotel, well placed and served well by the Coopers Brooke pub/restaurant next door.
But the highlight of the stay was the ‘in-house’ cooked Premier Inn breakfast.
With out doubt the best Premier Inn breakfast I have experience in my long, long career of traveling around the Uk and beyond.
The staff (Chef Allyson and Host Toni) were warm and welcoming.
The restaurant area was immaculate and the ‘home cooked’ breakfast was excellent (you cannot beat a full English breakfast on a warm plate.)
It really started my day off on a high.
Big thanks again to Toni and Allyson.
5 Stars and highly recommended.
An amazing breakfast cooked by Kaci and an extremely happy and cheerful host too. Just what was needed after a long night shift
We had a pleasant stay. Good parking, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. I recommend staying here. Handy buses into Nottingham £2.70.
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn for just one night with family, and it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy and ensuring we felt comfortable right away. Our room was spotless, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Breakfast the next morning was a standard premier inn breakfast which was nice plenty of choice for fussy kids. Even though it was only a short stop, the service and comfort made is always good when I stay at premier inn.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Stayed for one night and had no issues. Breakfast was nice and the chef made sure food was replenished regularly
Chef Allyson did a wonderful gluten free breakfast for my husband. Thank you,
Host Kara was very accommodating too with our children and their needs. Sadly our 8am breakfast booking didn't get communicated from the front desk to the kitchen. Luckily there was space.
We stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting Nottingham for a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. We received a friendly welcome, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again when in the area.
Kara was our restaurant host and Allyson our chef.
Both were very friendly and helpful and provided us with an amazing freshly cooked breakfast each morning, which set us up for the day.
It was a pleasure to meet both ladies and would like to thank them both for all their hard work 😊
Amazing breakfast. Best black pudding ever (thanks Chef Kaci!) Coffee is good and plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Good location.
Friendly staff, very good quality food. Would definitely recommend getting the breakfast. Perfect after a night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Thanks to Allyson and Toni. Top staff!!
Our room was lovely and spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was hot and fresh with a lovely service team - Alison and Toni who made us welcome. My son loved the scrambled eggs!
Whay a lovely Premier Inn (and we stay in many). Clean, comfy rooms. Love the breakfast room, chef Allyson and server Toni food an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.
We travelled down from Scotland having spent a night here before thinking it was a good place to stay & booked again for an overnight stay in order to visit family & meet up with friends local to the area.
Not what we expected a small dark room with sloping ceilings (Room 216) made it suitable for single occupancy only NOT for two adults.Signs stuck to the slopes reading ‘Mind your Head’ you had to duck your head all the time & difficult to move around in. With my wife having poor vision in diminished ,poor lighting made it very disappointing as £116.00 per night with no breakfast included ,was not good enough or value for money as the photos depicting the double room does not show that.
Excellent experience, great well designed rooms, staff super helpful, excellent location, 5 stars from me on all fronts. Consistent high standard and good value for money.
Great staff, willing to assist no matter what time of day. Clean and tidy throughout, great asset for the group.Allysons breakfast is worth a visit on its own
Room etc., clean, tidy, comfortable
Employees very friendly
Cooked breakfast.. excellent
Allyson (Chef). and Kara (Server) very helpful and accommodating
The hotel was awful. The room was small with a low angled ceiling where you could easily bang your head. The sink didn't work properly and waste water took ages and ages to run away. The breakfast room is tiny. We had to squeeze onto high stools and eat at a ledge directly opposite other guests. When we tried to report the sink we rang the bell at reception but no-one answered. We feel cheated. For what we received it would have been expensive at half the price. We won't be going back.
