Couldn't fault anything. Hotel is in a good location, the staff were really friendly, nothing too much trouble. Pleasant experience

Great Stay, Graham on reception helped me so much, food choices, where to avoid, where to go, coming from Bermondsey, I needed reassurance, Graham gave that.

The room was great, everything worked for travel I couldn't plan at late notice.

My job is shifting, so does Prem but prices hike Tuesday to Thursday, guess that's the way they roll, be smart about booking.

Spacious car park, easy to register the car for parking.
Clean spacious reception.
The gentleman on reception was very welcoming, and booked us into our rooms very quickly.
Rooms were modern and clean, linen and towels were exceptionally clean.
Great nights sleep was had.

Awful smell in the corridor as you go to your room. The room was dirty and outdated. Coffee stains on the skirting board and an inch layer of dust. Bath panel peeling from heat. Towels were threadbare and the bedside table was falling apart. The breakfast at the Brewer's Fayre next door was dire too. Black pudding that you could have used as a hockey puck, and all the food was barely lukewarm. Toasters that take a month to warm up. Certainly not worth the price. There are better places to stay in the area.

I arrived at just after midnight to be greeted by a rather tired receptionist who then swore at the person who arrived after me. I was too tired to comment.
Checked in and went to room; greeted by a rather unpleasant smell which I later discovered was coming from the bathroom. Too tired to complain after a 7 hour drive I shut the bathroom door; tried to open a window but found the windows sealed.
Room itself was more than adequate and bed was comfortable. A lot of potential but didn’t quite deliver. Pity.
Would give it another try however.

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and have always received a warm welcome great service highly recommend

Had a lovely time at this lovely hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing, had the best 2 nights sleep too.
Perfect location.
I would recommend this hotel to anymore.
My partner has never stayed in a premier inn either, and he also had the best couple of nights sleep.
The receptionists / night stuff alwys have a smile on their faces and are very helpful and friendly.

I really didn't expect such a good stay at these massive chains for hotels, but from booking, to reception greeting and stay, the staff, room and facilities were all very good and to a high standard.

Definitely use again.

The hotel was ideally located for our planned activities including Beach Days!

An ergonomically designed room which met all my needs and a comfortable bed. The room was very clean with excellent decor and carpet. There was safe parking for my car with numerous blue badge spaces which was helpful. Inability to connect WiFi.

Room was clean tidy and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Easy to find once came off A14 and easy to get back on to A14 and into Ipswich. Wasnt impressed with the Swallowpub however. Unable to get a warm drink when I got back at 8.00 - machines switched off. As I had people with me that was a nuisance.

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff (Matthew, Susie, Veronika, Graham and Lisa) always greet me warmly and make sure everything is in place for my stay - they are very efficient and very friendly.
My room is always beautifully clean and comfortable.

I had to stay here recently and had a really positive experience. The staff on reception were really friendly and couldn't do more to help. The room itself was spotless, the bed looked so neat I didn't want to touch it! Overall a great experience and I would happily return

Great online service fast booking fast email confirmation. Unfortunately couldn't stay as our French bulldog went into labour and had a gorgeous frenglish boy puppy!!! Mum and baby are doing great! 😯😁Will stay another time in the near future. 😁👍Thanks for the fast service

Absolute best sleep ever! Beds are so comfy and the staff are brilliant they really made us feel welcome for as soon as we arrived. The man on reception (Graham) answered all our questions and when we came back down welcomed us again with a smile.
