Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central - Xscape

I stay in Milton Keynes regularly, there is a huge range of hotels to choose however I keep coming back to this hotel and its for one reason.
Rej on reception is one of the best hotel receptionists you'll ever meet, his friendly warm and welcoming service is great, if your struggling with your bags he wont even ask, but just jump straight up to help you to your door. He's a great example of how you should be looked after when away from home.

We have come here Xmas shopping every year for ages. It’s in a great location right next to the shopping centre and with a double bed for me and my husband and 2 seperate beds for the children. It’s always quiet and very peaceful atmosphere. It’s good value especially breakfast however we always arrive late and there’s no pancakes left. We have never had a problem with cleanliness and the service is good, especially at breakfast.

Reg booked us in quickly on friday night and when we got into our room there was only double beds, reg went to get bedding for both rooms and made the single beds up too very quickly. Reg went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Thanks so much!!!

Great stay as usual with The Premier Inn. Good parking available and great location. Excellent service from Rej at the front desk who is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Prefer this Premier Inn because there is plenty of parking and the location is convenient to where I need to go. Rej recognised me from my previous stays.

A great location right near to the shopping centre and the snow dome food is great znd the hotel rooms are clean ip to date and very comfortable.

Another reasonable stay here. Im regular with work. I choose it because of the Beefeater attached to it. The place is always clean and reasonable. Only complaint is that it needs refreshed , the TV isnt great and the shower can randomly skold you. Rej on reception is what ever employee should wanna be he remembers me everytime and is very helpful.

Rev was outstanding, he was of great help. He kindly reserved a room for me. Not a lot of people help nowadays. He does. He is hundred percent.

Nice stay at this hotel for a weekend rave and catch up with some old friends, plenty of parking very cheap which was a bonus big shout out to Reg and all the staff

Very dirty hotel which is desperately in need of updating. The attached Beefeater restaurant should be condemed and closed down by the environmental health.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location was convenient, with plenty nearby and good transport links.

Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay at a good price. Would happily stay again.

1st time Ive stayed in this premier inn, staff are lovely & friendly, special recognition has to go to Reg who is a ray of sunshine to this place, I know he is the duty manager but in my eyes he should be senior management in this place, he is so friendly to everyone who walks through they doors, nothing is too much bother for him & he even helps with your bags, what an asset he is to the company, premier inn really need to acknowledge him for this. Beefeater is attached to this place, would have been nice to have more of a menu on the continental breakfast but doesnt put you off & the amount of food this place doesnt have for dinner is poor for the company but the staff are extremely nice & friendly, they all have wonderful bubbly characters & even remember your name when staying for a few days, now thats rare, they really make this place & should be rewarded accordingly. This was a pleasant stay & would stay here again.

A charming little hotel right next to the City Centre and other attractions.
Reg on the reception was an absolute delight, the hotel itself was clean and tidy, nice rooms and a comfortable bed
Nice restaurant next door with a good deal if you are staying at the hotel.
Stop was just right for needs.

Have stayed here many times with Work commitments, Always a pleasure to see Rej behind the desk, always happy and helpful, always takes an interest in why I’m here and makes the whole experience more memorable, so many other hotels offer the same dull service being treated as another number.

But Rej makes all the difference and always will go above and beyond in any given situation

I was served by Raj who gave me exceptional customer service. Extremely friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable & went above beyond to assistant with any enquire I had. A true credit to your customer company, A star.

During my stay, I was especially impressed by the reception staff Rej , who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment | arrived, he made me feel welcome and went out of his way to answer my questions, offer local recommendations, and ensure everything ran smoothly. Rej’s professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made a big difference to my experience.
It's rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with genuine warmth, and I feel he is a real asset to the hotel.
Thanks to his excellent service, my stay was even more enjoyable-I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Arrived late due to traffic. Rej was amzing, very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying here. Would happily stay here again
