Personal super amable.
Recomendado 100%.
Stayed last weekend to visit Harry Potter studio. This is genuinely a lovely little hotel, the staff are friendly interested in talking with the guests and go out of their way all the time. The rooms was a good size clean with air conditioning. I have nothing but positive comments for this hotel and if we are in the area again we will be staying here it was lovely.
Excellent location for Harry Potter. Next door to disused TGI.
Very poorly lit approach. Heating temperature in room didnt seem to work and usb was broken. However room was clean, bed usual comfy standard and staff although very busy were very pleasant.
Booked two rooms but unfortunayely one was on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. Staff did apologise so didnt say anything.
Did the job for one night stay but to be honest was a little disappointed.
The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The only reason that I rated 4 instead of 5 is because the hotel doesn’t have a gym.
A good welcome from a friendly receptioist, but the hotel was very tired and shoddy for a Premier Inn. The restaurant was awful, long wait, cold food on cold plates No one else was eating there. I now know why. Generally very run down and tired, especially the 'restaurant'. The bedside lamp didn't work and there was a lack of plug sockets adjacent to the bed, lots if little niggly things that irritated during our stay. It needs a revamp and some training for some of the staff, especially re conflict resolution.
Friendly Greeting, quick check in - and room clean and good standard.
Was able to work once signed up to Premier Inn Internet and was quite so no disturbances. Used the restaurant for the dinner. nice friendly service
Brownie was yum!
Check out was again quick and efficient and receptionist again very friendly
We met up with our family from Devon (we are in Suffolk) to overnight before our trip to the Harry Potter Studios the next morning. There is rarely one member of staff in a corporate monster that stands out as fully as did Doreen. There was a little confusion over check-in due to the same names on all rooms which each had different requirements but she sorted this out in an instant. She went on to assist us in every way possible - going above and beyond in many ways, including drinks arriving quickly, whilst she also helped others check in; managing to negotiate a time for supper for us that was not up for grabs. They run a timed seating but the offered time was far too late for us and, after a chat with chef, suggested we ordered there and then and come down 15 mins before the restaurant officially opened. Who would normally bother to do that ?! Thanks to the chef too. The food was great - we fancied some nursery food - burger and fries - and they did not disappoint. The room was perfectly good: clean, with every comfort and the beds, of course, were simply wonderful. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful - set us up for the day. Thank you Premier Inn and a HUGE thank you to Doreen. Efficient, cheerful, friendly, professional. What a credit to Premier Inn. What a star. Thank you.
There are interconnecting rooms, we had 2 nights with two separate bookings- due to our own travel- so had interconnecting on one night but not the second as was booked. Would recommend contacting ahead of time if you would like this so can be done. It really helps. Staff very helpful but clearly overstretched
Staff were fantastic with our baby. Going above and beyond at every step. They served us our self serve breakfast so that we wouldn’t have to leave the baby alone in the high chair. Best premier inn I’ve stayed in
I’ve visited Premier Inn Watford North many times and always enjoy my stays. The food is consistently good, and the whole team is friendly and helpful.
I especially want to mention Doreen, who always greets everyone with a warm smile and makes guests feel truly at home.
Entrance of the hotel was not obvious you come in through the carpark of an old long gone TGI Fridays. This meant the car park was dark and un inviting however the entrance of premier inn its self was bright and tidy (around the back of TGI fridays)
The Internet/ signal was absolutely dreadful but those are the only down sides. The staff absolutely amazing the wonderful lady on reception who could never do enough to help. The Brazilian gentleman and every single member of staff extreemly helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean and tidy. One big plus side for us was that the windows open and the air con acctually worked (not a common thing in other premier inns weve stayed at) When we are in the area again I wouldn't even look at any other options. It was perfect.
Great hotel, lovely and clean. The staff are great and really friendly and approachable. This will be my first choice to stay at again in this area.
The location was excellent for visiting Warner Bros Studios, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The two members of staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. However, the room was shabby and the walls were chipped and marked. The room smelt musty and the floorboards between the bedroom and bathroom creaked so badly, we thought the floor was going to collapse. This is obviously a problem elsewhere in the hotel because we were woken by creaking floorboards from the room above. The hotel is next to a derelict TGI Fridays which meant the turn in to the car park was in total darkness and made the area look very run down.
We stayed for one night , we did pay for early check in as we needed to get into our room and leave our kit so we could go on to the Harry Potter studios
Checking in was no problem, the staff were very helpful, no problems
We payed for a family room , room was in good order , clean a tidy , plus we had plenty of extra pillows , overall the room was very comfortable
We payed for the meal deal so when we returned from the long days walking this would be all sorted for us , and the evening meal was good , no issues there , the staff are absolutely lovely, could not as for more , and the same went for breakfast the next morning, food was great , and the staff are brilliant
All in all we had a good night’s sleep, good food , good sleep, great staff , what more could you ask for , 10 out of 10
We will definitely return again soon .
We stayed here because we went to harry potter world. The service was amazing (simone) was incredible. Couldn't of asked for better customer service. Clean, spacious, was perfect. Plenty of food and drink choices in the hotel and shops/restaurants very close by, maccies is next door too. Perfect for us
Hotel and breakfast experience was comfortably functional with everything you expect from a Premier Inn.
It was made excellent by the helpfulness, humour, and kindness of the staff - especially Simona who seemed ever present and gave us the Premier Inn wow with her local knowledge and support.
The location is ideal for Harry Potter studios.
Sibone at the premier inn was so helpful and kind when I had booked the wrong hotel she could not of been so helpful as we came all the way from Thurso to Watford to see family and she sorted it out I would highly recommend this hotel I give her 11 out of 10 thanks again for being so kind
Due to work I do stay in lots of premier inns and I have to say I really like Watford north, it’s not great driving in now that tgi Fridays has closed however the hotel it’s self is really nice, my room is always clean and fresh, the staff always remember me making the meet and greet so much more personal and friendly, I have noticed since the new manager started more energy and organisation during dinner and breakfast service and although I don’t give many trip reviews I do feel Watford north deserves praising it’s a small hotel but feels like home now and il be booking again very soon
Stayed here last year and I have to say the staff are just so much more happier and friendly nothing was too much for them the manager was in the breakfast room talking to everyone it was just a wonderful at. The hotel and room were clean and althou this time round TGI Fridays was closed I was informed Tesco is coming in soon so looking forward to my next stay really lovely little hotel friendly and welcoming
El aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso.
