Thank you to Gina and the team who went out of their ways to make our family's stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.
Would return definitely, quite place. Don't hesitate to stop at this place, because the staff it's professional and friendly.
A smelly experience! We only stayed one night (thankfully) on the 8th November. Although the bed was comfortable, as per Premier Inn's mantra and the towels and bathroom were clean, there was a strong smell of damp and drains as soon as we ascended the stairs to our room (18). Our room also smelt strongly of damp and drains and I needed to wash our clothes as soon as we arrived home to get rid of the smell. This hotel needs a definite make over. It's not just tired, it's exhausted! We did ask to change rooms, explained the smell to the Receptionist who offered to 'put some spray around it'. Apparently 'the hotel was fully booked' despite there only being 4 cars in the car park, which included ours.
No thanks and never again! If this was your first experience of Premier Inn, it wouldn't encourage you to return to another one. If you're planning to 'refurb', then close it and re-open once it's been done!
It was a very good stay really enjoyed my time here at premier inn. Also all the stuff was super nice and helpful in my queries.
A Perfect Location for an early flight out of Heathrow. Easy access from the tube. Very quiet & Comfortable. The White Bear Pub, across the street, is amazing! Also, Bonus points, if you spot the flock of Green Parrots flying around the area.
Very poor Premier Inn. Attached pub shut and abandoned so no food or drink available. Desperately in need of refurbishment or knocking down. Not a hope of me returning.
I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff I met were wonderful and the rooms were nice and clean.
My partner and I stayed at the hotel. It was amazing, the staff were also great. There was complimentary coffee downstairs on the coffee machine and available free parking.
This hotel is one of the most tired premier inns I have stayed at. The pub attached to the hotel had closed down and it just looks derelict. I'm sure there are better places to stay in the area at similar prices.
The staff were excellent. The hotel is very tired. I had two rooms. First room had broken lamp, loose toilet, curtain rails broken. Furniture chipped. Second room had hair in the bath and smelt of cigarette smoke.
I stayed with the family watching a concert in Wembley perfect location free parking staff profession, polite. there is no restaurant at this side other alternatives it’s high Street which is only 10 minutes away and it is lovely High Street with full off choices, of restaurants and Cafes. I definitely recommend this site to family and friends.
The hotel is simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We were just unlucky to have someone above us who kept walking around for hours.
It was a great stay the staff were extremely helpful for all my questions. Also the rooms were nice and tidy with coffee available thank you.
We were allocated Room 6 on ground floor, on entering the room it smelt damp and unpleasant. Asked to change room which was accommodated. This room was overlooking the dilapidated roof of the empty and closed down pub next door. We were unable to lock our windows which were next to a fire escape and easily accessible.
The rooms need updating, they are not as pictured on the website, run disn. Corridors anx stairs havd extremely creaky floorboards, laughabld, with signs next to them to be quiet, people sleeping!
The parking - whilst there were spaces available, we were unable to log into the system, as it was not working but were told by staff if we were sent a parking charge, just to quote the reference number and we wouldn't have to pay. Parking charge has arrived, no telephone number to call and discuss. The appeal online doesn't work, having to spend hours sorting out the parking charge. We will not be paying £100 parking fee!
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
I was staying at the Premier Inn in London Ruislip, and I didn't really have any real issues with the hotel itself, my main issue is mainly by the behaviour and attitude of one staff member.
This staff member lied to me about he’s name multiple times. After I interacted with him I knew that I was going to write a review so I needed he’s name.
First he told me he’s name was ’San’. Then he told me he’s name was ’Sanbil’. Then he told me he’s name is ’Sanabil’. After all of this I found out that he’s real name is Mohamed Nellikkaparambil (I asked the member of staff on the shift after for he's name). I think he lied about he’s name when I asked him as he knew I was going to complain. This is not right.
Once I arrived, he seemed not interested, didn't acknowledge me and was dismissive. I went to the desk after a long tired journey and I was wishing for a nice check in, however I was instead greeted with eye rolls and simple responses as if I was bothering him. He hardly made any eye contact (when he did he was rolling he's eyes) at me and he didn’t offer me any information you need when checking into a hotel you have never been to like telling me to register my car with YourParkingSpace. He then gave me my room card as if he just wanted to be over and get rid of me.
After I checked in I had a simple question about the AC system as it was quite hot, and he told me basically “I don’t know, it should work,” before he went away scrolling on something on he's mobile. He do not help me neither did he apologise.
There was also another issue - I lost my room key on Ruislip high street (I think I left it at McDonalds). On my way in I realised this and he told me "You lost it - ok don't lose it again" like I was a little baby. I do not like being spoken to like this. I can tell when somebody's being funny and off with me.
I have been stayed with Premier Inn basically my whole adult life and I usually find the staff helpful and friendly, which is the reason this time it was just disappointing.
Later on I went to reception and it was a different person. He’s name was Rahul and he was absolutely fantastic and simply cannot fault the service he provided me. He made sure my room was cool and the air conditioning was working. He also told me to register my car otherwise I will get fined. Thank you Rahul - you are the only reason I am giving this place two stars. If not for you then it would only be one star.
This place is a dangerous dump with clueless staff. Due to a fault at midnight the fire alarm went off and could not be reset, resulting in the fire brigade being called out. The alarm was silenced but triggered meaning the building had no functioning fire alarm. The night manager Rahul claimed this was fine and we could still stay in our room, an absolute joke! He refused to relocate us or help us find a suitable alternative leaving us without a roof or a bed at 2am at this point. He was rude, dismissive and aggressive. After calling nearly 20 different hotels in the area to no avail we were left with no option but to drive around local hotels to try and get a room. Eventually after trying multiple places we finally got a room at 4am, which we then had to pay for as well and now Premier Inn are refusing to compensate us for the additional costs incurred as well as the mental and physical stress this caused us. We were in London for less than 24 hours and had to cancel all our plans and go home as we did not get much sleep thanks to this. If you value your sleep, sanity and safety stay away from Premier Inn.
I travel often and this is my go to spot whenever I’m in Ruislip. Quiet location and kind receptionists. Nothing fancy, just the essentials.
There’s a nice street down the road that has plenty of Cafes and other sorts of options for food and shopping.
5 star for me
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy and welcoming, and there was a fresh, pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire property. It’s clear the hotel staff take great pride in keeping everything in top condition.
Very very amazing staff, especially a young man with dark hair I think his name was Faiyad. Very kind and professional people! I would also like to mention the very lovely italian lady Gina.
I would like to recommend this place to everybody. It is a shame there is no longer a restaurant but these days most people know how to cook at home anyway hahaha.
Lots of nearby places to eat breakfast lunch dinner etc.
Lots of ways to travel across London nearby, 2 train stations, many buses.
The building is a little old but it gets the job done and the staff make up for it 100%.
Thank you once again, it is always a pleasure to stay here, looking forward to seeing you again soon!
