Great service and room
Pros:

I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years, but this has to be the best. We had a Premier Plus room with a fridge containing complimentary water. We also had a couple of Green and Black chocolates in the room! Staff were also incredibly helpful. When we go back to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I recently stayed in this hotel and I have to say this is a great hotel which is located not too far from some M roads and it was about 5-10mins away from where I was working in the evening too.

As I got to the hotel I was greeted by a friendly face which is always nice to experience.

The room was nice and clean too. Nice bed! The mattress was AMAZING!

The noise levels in this location is very low which helps for a good nights sleep too!

It definitely worth value for for money as there was loads of room to park and a great atmosphere!

Fantastic Family Weekend
Pros:

We stayed at this Premier Inn to visit Glastonbury Carnival.

When we arrived we were greeted by Paulina who was welcoming and friendly, even offering us some biscuits. Fancying Italian we asked her for a local recommendation and Tamburino didn’t disappoint.

We all slept well in the clean and comfortable room. We were greeted at reception before going for breakfast where we were served by Yzel. Our delicious breakfast was cooked by Hezekeil who Bernice told us was only his second day!

Whilst you know what to expect with any Premier Inn the team here went above and beyond. The friendliness and service was on par with a 5* hotel. Thank you!

Exellent weekend break
Pros:

The location was perfect for our requirement and all staff helpful and friendly. The bed was comfottable and room well maintained. We would have preferred a shower that had a flexieble hose as oposed to bieng fixed and lower and the bath replaced with a shower tray. Our evening meal was perfectly cooked and served by Bernice and Ryan. The breakfast was excellent with good choice and perfectly cooked and efficiently served by the young waitress on both days. The restaurant was niceley decorated and very pleasant. Shall return again.

We were able to relax straight away.
Pros:

The staff, Nicki and Paulina were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy and left nothing to want. We settled in easily and were able to relax straight away.
All facilities were ready and waiting. We were also able to use the associated restaurant with no extra booking that evening.
Overall, an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Resturant or lack off
Pros:

Really good location. Booked for an event so we could eat and sleep in the same place. However the day before I was due to stay I got a call saying the resturant and bar are only open for breakfast not evening meals. This left me scrambling around trying to find something nearby and in time so we could eat before hand. Because of the short notice I wouldn't have been able to find somewhere else to stay and also would have incurred a fee for cancellation

Outstanding restaurant service
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and we were welcomed warmly.
What set this Premier Inn apart from the others we’ve stayed in was the outstanding service in the restaurant. We had amazing service from Yoel, who never stopped smiling. She was so attentive and incredibly sweet. I must also give a shout out to the chef, Brian, who cooked some delicious meals for us.

Disappointing
Pros:

Unfortunately due to staff issues the restaurant was closed on the evening we stayed. We also had issues with our room as television didn’t work and we couldn’t connect to the WiFi - very disappointing.

Wonderful stay and great staff especially Nicki
Pros:

A super stay at this lovely premier inn 22 to 24 September this year.
Nicki was so helpful and informative about the area and really made the stay super and as a result of this we shall be visiting again.

The room was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for Nicki and the staff.

Any thanks for. Great stay.

Premier Inn Yeovil
Pros:

This Premier Inn is an older 1 but clean & tidy. Breakfast was cooked for you & was very nice as was the lady in the restaurant. The only things will say is the only time we saw someone at the check in desk was when we arrived. Our room was 10.. the hair dryer was playing up.. I think the lead is broken somewhere because it kept stopping. Otherwise a good Premier Inn as always & we have stayed in a few over the years.

A lovely place to spend the night and well worth the money.
Pros:

One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in. Great location, lovely appointed room and clean. The staff were very friendly, including Nicki on reception. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly including the lady serving this morning 15th September. How great to have a freshly cooked breakfast, a real boon to our stay. All in all we would give theis Premier Inn 100 plus per cent, congratulations.

Centrally based
Pros:

Staff nice and polite .
Not as advertised as Lenny Henrys commercial.
No big breakfast selection .
Runned down ..needs a revamp .
Not value for money at all.
Would rather pay more for a decent B and B .
Hopefully customer service will contact us for a partial refund.

Floorboards so noisy, kept waking baby.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable but the floorboards were so noisy we literally couldn't take one step without waking our baby which wasn't great if either of us needed the loo during the night. Honestly, it was terrible and the same in the other room stayed in by family members so not just a one off. The carpets were filthy too, I felt I had to wear my shoes in the room, they have an awful feel to the room overall. I wouldn't stay at this premier Inn again. The breakfast is also cooked to order and not a buffet style as usual for the premier inn, just something to be mindful of if you're in a rush. The restaurant is majorly under staffed as well so be prepared to wait for every aspect of service.

Very dissapointed
Pros:

Our stay was an almost exact copy of BruceH’s; good room, but shower stuck on Hot, soul less non-pub next door serving 1 type of pizza ( cheese and peperami, ) one pasta, ( beef ragu, ) no side vegetables or salad! Place practically deserted so plenty of parking. Our first complaint was that it is so hard to find. There are no Inn signs on Alvington Lane. The hotel is a turning off Bluebell lane.

Disappointing
Pros:

We had a premier plus room which was stunning. Spacious, armchair, office chair for the worktop. Coffee machine and a fridge. Instead of a bath there was a walk in shower. But we couldn't use it as the temperature adjustment was stuck on hot. Didn't want to break it by forcing it.Staff were fine. We usually stay and look forward to a nice evening meal in a pleasant pub atmosphere. The menu was disappointing. No soup,no steak,no pies,no burgers,no gammon,no sausage,no jacket potatoes,no salads, the choice for dinner was 2 chicken curries, 3 pasta dishes and fish and chips. As well as 2 types of pizza. Desert was chocolate brownie, ice cream or fruit salad. That's it. The attached restaurant was soulless. Used to be a pub now waiting to be demolished. Ordered breakfast but only got some of what was ordered.

Needs advertising better
Pros:

Was the usual premiere, except the pub/restaurant facilities, which weren't told to you till you were checked in. Really does need advertising better. Otherwise the female member of staff that was on the day we booked in was absolutely marvellous. Car parking was great, very easy.cleand and comfortable room

Terrible experience
Pros:

Hotel is the worst premier inn I have stayed at , room was infested with ants , restaurant food was diabolical, the reception member of staff pheobe was ever so polite and tried to assist me the best she could but given that she was on shift from 0630am to 1100pm she was limited to what she could do given that there was no support from premier inn management, at 2230pm a manger called Nicole came in and she was limited to what she could do as they had no spare rooms available
