Staff were wonderful and honest , check in was easy and free parking for the night was very good.
I should start by saying I had a great night sleep and the bed was comfortable.
Clean room and good shower. The staff were welcoming also and free parking is a bonus. Good location for street and glastonbury. Has an aldi close by
My only complaint was the breakfast. I paid 10.99 for the unlimited deal but found the brewers fayre next door seemed to have run out of most of the pastries and fruit. As a vegetarian I was also told I would have to preorder vegetarian sausages or veggie bacon. It was chaotic and the food was below average I'm afraid.
Amazing room! Entering the room was very nice and clean and fresh.
Great touches to the room!
Chlo left her name on the slip and just wanted to give her a very big thank you.
I stayed here for work and had a meal deal. The evening meal was fantastic however the whole experience was ruined by the lady who was in the restaurant at breakfast. I waited at the counter to be seated for at least 10 minutes then decided I needed to eat as I had work really soon. I was greeted with a grimace from this woman and I then gave my room number. I told her I was waiting a while to which she responded shouting across the restaurant “IM ON MY OWN “……I wish I’d said…frankly I don’t care…I’m the customer but I just got my breakfast and left. It’s not hard to keep an eye on who is waiting….very rude woman and let the whole stay down. She also failed to ask about food allergies.
Premier inn was very good
Worth a stay
Would stay again
Defo worth a stay really good
Easy to get to good parking and book the restaurant it was ace
Richard & Alice excellent service !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clean hotel as ever. All good !!!!!!. I stay here very often it’s very good
Typical Premier Inn, clean, comfy, with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking, and hotel handy for town centre. We took advantage of a recent cheap price deal with inclusive breakfasts.
Stayed at Premier Inn Glastonbury and felt unsafe from arrival. Caravans outside gave a poor first impression. Reception was unmanned late at night, leaving me vulnerable as a woman with teenager. Around 1am, loud noise and banging outside my room came from staff in hoody, including the regional manager, moving towel trolleys, trolleys left outside room (not safe if there was a fire) and talking loudly. I opened my door to speak to them but received no apology or refund for a sleepless night. Four days later, still no response from the regional manager. Extremely disappointing experience — felt unsafe, ignored, and would not recommend staying here. Positives lady on reception lovely. I imagine poor chap in photo was just following managers instructions.
Very big room with decent bed. Very clean apart from bathroom which needed a deeper clean. Plenty of space and very good design for practical space etc. Unfortunately, can't open window so the air conditioning was on and very noisy at night. Otherwise, excellent value for money.
I have stayed at many Premier Inns in Great Britain but have to say that the Premier Inn in Glastonbury is definitely my favourite. It is the staff who make it such a great experience. They are all unfailingly attentive and courteous and no request is too much trouble. My thanks to everybody in Premier Inn in Glastonbury.
We stayed here one night on route to Devon. Our Premier Plus room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the attached pub were also friendly and the new menu catered for all tastes . The food we chose was well presented and tasty.
BRILLIANT, as always twice a year for Clarks, never ever disappointed.
Friendly. charming staff, very welcoming.
My fault, did not realise that glasses were not on the welcoming tray.
So useful for our meds.
Now I know will make sure I take a couple up from the welcome tray in the foyer.
Clean and fresh linen, brilliant stay.
Great location for the town. Plenty of parking. Shop within walking distance. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was great, well appointed and very clean. It was warm even without the heating on but the heating / air con / fan worked really well. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.
Very clean and comfortable . Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities convenient and excellent . Restaurant on site pleasant . Check in easy but prior check in not available.
Clean, tidy room. Had a family room which felt more spacious than other family rooms we have stayed in.
All staff in the Premier Inn and restaurant were so kind and helpful, especially Mel on reception who made me and my daughter feel very welcome.
Perfect location for the Clark’s shopping village, also to break your journey to Centre Parcs , so you can arrive there at a reasonable time
Location covered by many others and yes, exiting the car park is very dangerous onto quite a busy road.
Waited quite some time in Reception. When assistant arrived asked if we had pressed the bell! She then discovered it was not working. We had a ground floor room, but it was at the end of a very, very long corridor. Anyone with mobility issues should be made aware of such a hike.
On entering the room it appeared clean and tidy, however we discovered the upright chair appeared to have some sort of spillage or mould on it and you could write your name in the dust/dirt on the seat bars. It needed a darn good clean. The same dusty mould was also on the easy chair. Despite this we had a good night's sleep, though rather warm.
You get what you pay for!
Breakfast in Beefeater was OK. As expected for a buffet, some things could be Hotter. All a bit bland.
We were a little disappointed about the location. It really was not walkable to the downtown area. The restaurant next door told us that we needed a reservation to eat there from the hotel...and they never asked us about where we wanted to eat. The worst thing was that the hot water was STUCK on scalding and we could not adjust it...so the shower was worthless to us and dangerous at that. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Booked a Premier Plus room here for a 1 night stay after shopping in Clarks Village.
The hotel entrance was marred by lines of old and grubby looking caravans on the road by the hotel. This is directly outside the hotel and carpark and made us very wary of leaving our car here.
The reception area was clean and modern but the lady who checked us in was very dis-interested and we had to ask her about booking a table for breakfast the following morning.
Our room was on the top floor and was clean and tidy but there was only 1 bath towel so we had to share.
The next morning we strolled over to the Brewyers Fayre pub next door which there was no signage showing us where to go. It was a large pub with lots of seating and one lady trying to welcome and seat all the customers. It was a full buffet breakfast for both hot and cold food. The hot food was mediocre to put it mildly. The bacon was undercooked to the point of almost being raw, the mushrooms were dark and rubbery, the scrambled egg was hard and the fried eggs were swimming in oil. It had been all sitting around for a long time.
The coffee machine produced a lukewarm latte.
The server did not come across once to ask if we were ok or if there was anything she could help us with. It was just a cursory it’s a buffet so help yourself. We left hungry and underwhelmed.
I would not use this Premier Inn again and if anyone decides to do not have breakfast.
