Very short staffed when they knew they would be fully booked months in advance, had to wait nearly 3 hours to be abe to sit down for food in evening to then be told there's over an hour wait on food. Accidentally left 2 items in our room and miraculously they weren't in the room when I asked the hotel so that was disappointing also
Fantastic staff and food was brilliant, couldn’t fault anything. Room was clean and bed was super comfy! Nothing was to much for any member of staff and will definitely be back
I am disappointment with the cleanliness and condition of my room during my recent stay on 11th November. I was allocated Room 326, and upon entering I immediately noticed crumbs on the sofa, crumbs by the sink, and a urine stain on the toilet.
However, the most concerning issue was the extensive mould in the bathroom. The level of mould was extremely severe and, in my opinion, hazardous. I felt unwell being in the room and found the overall condition completely unacceptable.
I attempted to speak to a member of staff, but there were no staff available on-site at the time and only self-service check-in screens.
I have taken photos and attached them to this email. I would also strongly urge you to have a member of staff inspect the bathroom in Room 326 as soon as possible, as the mould could pose a health risk to guests. I tried to email before posting a review to get this resolved but no one has replied back to me.
Arrived early and received a free latte from the bar staff member. Slight problem with the automatic check in quickly sorted by a very pleasant receptionist. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good value.
The room is really clean, great service, very convenience to get to get to town for food or shopping. We are not local, the staff Louise was really helpful, helping us parking. I would recommend staying here.
Very bad bathroom was small for a 6ft 10 person breakfast was not in clouded in the price so never even when in to the bar when to local cafe for breakfast
Location is perfect, staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean. Food was also great. Would definitely recommend
Really nice staff and the hotel was lovely. The room was clean and the location was great. Highly recommend for a nice and easy stay.
Been using this hotel for many years and always found the Rooms, Staff and Food to be very good. Most certainly would recommend

Throughout the summer stayed a total of 21 nights, mostly involving cricket (barring weather and early finishes !), the Staff were a pleasure to be around, Tay, Kirsty, Millie, Dexy and sorry for not remembering the others, nothing was ever too much to ask, rooms were all top notch, the breakfasts were excellent (missed one morning "hic") and the late evening pizzas were wonderful, hopefully do it all again in 2026 !!
I woukd like to give a huge thank you to the professional and friendly staff. I came suddenly due to a serious family illness and the team could not have been more helpful.
I would like to say a very special thank you to Dexy the manager who was incredibly kind and went way beyond he needed to to help me - even printing tickets and finding a charger when my phone wasn’t working.
He is an incredible ambassador for this hotel and his cheerful, kindness transformed my stay there at an awful time.
I have never given a review before but I just didn’t want his helpfulness and professionalism to go unnoticed.
Thank you so much Dexy for providing a very special human touch which clearly feeds through to the rest of the team
Stayed for two nights, room was very clean, bed lovely and comfortable. Bathroom big and clean. All staff were pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed in bar first evening, bar and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay here again. Also, location is perfect for town centre.
We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Worcester Premier Inn, made even better by Mills and Louise on reception. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, funny, and genuinely interested in us even asking about our work (and pretending to be impressed, which earns bonus points!).
My colleague had a small issue with something in his room, and before we could even finish explaining, it was sorted — lightning fast. Honestly, if Mills and Louise ever decides to run the country, we’d be in very capable hands.
They also gave us some excellent local recommendations — clearly they know Worcester inside out. Between their professionalism, sense of humour, and sheer efficiency, they turned what could have been a standard work stay into a genuinely enjoyable one.
If you’re staying here, hope you bump into Mills and Louise they’re absolute stars! 🌟
Great location, amazing room, and staff so good I briefly considered moving in permanently. Mills & Louise deserve medals for making my stay perfect. Thanks again
Really friendly staff (Louise at reception helped us a lot) and the hotel is in a lovely area in Worcester, with brilliant views.
Staff friendly, food OK, but the hotel needs a good clean. The carpets in the bedroom corridors are very dirty. Also there were other small unclean items.
Could have better parking advice and options.
Rooms decor was tired looking, needs a refresh.
Good view of the cricket ground, and easy access to the the town center.
They don’t do room service. You have to request them to do so. No heaters in the room when it’s cold. Let me try their breakfast today
