Staff was fantastic. Dining room waiter was the best I’ve ever encountered

this hotel is excellent, with Victoria on the desk has you enter the hotel.
Casper in the bar is amazing,he serves everybody and keeps a smile on his face.
Premier Inns should award this man, because his outstanding effort deserves full recognition.

Victorija on the night shift was amazing. Looked after us so well after a family party. Hours of trying to order a just eat she looked after us so well, entertaining, funny and courteous- she is the best member of staff I’ve ever met in a premier inn - and we stay in a lot!

This hotel was great

I was served by Kacper who was excellent. He really cares about his customers and was so happy / helpful even though he was busy running both the bar and restaurant himself. He is very pleasant and really well organised. A credit to Premier Inn. Thank you

Food was great too although portions were enormous so I didn’t manage to eat it all

Tv and kettle didn’t work. Room adequate if you don’t want WiFi. It’s a prison camp you have to pay to stay at. Welcome to Brexshitterland.

Having stayed at the Premier Inn Wellingborough for a few night and a return visit again for a few nights, I couldn’t speak more highly about the staff. In particular Jade who was super helpful and accommodating on my return visit. The food was great and nice and hot and the friendly front of house staff were super attentive. Comfy room with lots of space!!

Stayed here for one night. Rooms were clean and quiet. The pub where the meals are is a bit tired and could do with an update, but what made up for that was the lovely friendly staff who work there and are a real asset to the brand.

Breakfast service was extremely poor, over 45 minutes wait from ordering to it arriving, then the egg was all dried up from been until hot lamp, sausage was only just cooked, would not recommend having food there again

We have found this hotel much improved from previous visits.The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms satisfactory.The location suits us too being handy for the A45 and M1.We usually have a continental breakfast with porridge.

Lovely experience. In the middle of a family tragedy, in the early hours, lewis behind the desk couldn't of helped me more. He's a credit to the company , and would be the main reason to return. Everything clean and as you'd want. Thank you lewis. You know you have a heart of gold

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my parents and had spoken to a lady name Victoria who was very helpful and pleasant who arranged our booking as I had difficulty online. Thank you Victoria for making sure our stay went well and for all your help and with the dietary requirements for breakfast. It was nice to see great service in these times and our best wishes to Victoria.

Very disappointing as we paid for cooked breakfasts for our staff, but there was no cooked food available - we were not offered a refund for the overpayment.
Evening meals were booked and paid for in advance but quite a lot of meals on the menu were unavailable.

Very good stay comfy bed and especially breakfast where amelia brightens up your day with a lovley smile in the mornings would definitely go again

Amelia has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, reliability, and dedication to other customers including me and my family . She approaches every task with enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring that her work is accurate. Her strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize the customers.

Amelia is an excellent communicator who collaboration and builds positive relationships with customers. She always seems positive everytime i see her and makes me want to revisit, which has improved my experience.

One of Amelia’s greatest strengths is to always ensure that we are having a good experience, whether faced with shifting priorities or difficult customers, she remains calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented. She continuously making sure everyone is happy, which reflects her commitment to make sure everything is perfect and on track.

Overall, Amelia is a dependable and motivated to her job and is consistently exceeds expectations. Her contributions have had a measurable positive impact on both my family and others.

The hotel is generally scruffy.
The fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise when the light was switched on.
The room was too warm and the free standing fan vibrated noisily whichever setting it was on.
The restaurant is dirty with an unpleasant smell.
The evening meal was microwaved too long and although scalding hot, was overdone and tough.
I didn't have a hot breakfast due to the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, just had cereals and left ASAP

My break at Wellingborough was made easy by the pleasant staff who made me feel welcome with cheerful manner. A special thank you for Demi and Amelia and Lucy who helped start my day with friendly conversation each morning. The cheerful smile started the time easy. Thank you all especially the three girls and kitchen staff who serve wonderful breakfast. Wonderful team all round, thank you l enjoyed my stay. Maureen

We used this hotel to visit family in Wellingborough. The staff were very accommodating and communicated with me about my need for a ground floor room.
They were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is in the bar opposite (but run by premier inn )
The breakfast was a disappointment, poor quality back and sausages and over cooked , so we only went once .
I would definitely return , the bed is exceptionally comfortable .
