3 day stay no cleaning no phine in room no welcome
Great hotel and perfect location, 3rd stay this year, lovely clean hotel with pub restaurant next door.
Staff so friendly and welcoming also helpful
We love this premier inn. It's lovely and clean and the staff are fantastic. The restaurant is very nice and again the staff are attentive enough without feeling like they are hovering. We always stay at this hotel when we travel up north (we are from Cornwall) and would recommend the location every time.
From arriving until you leave if there's anything you need they will do for you very friendly reception and very clean rooms
Arrived mid evening and hotel had plenty of parking available, reception staff were polite and went through checkin effciently. I had booked breakfast both mornings so a time for a booking was taken. Everytime i left or entered hotel inwas greeted by reception staff politely. The room was clean, spacious with large tv (easy access to a set of connectors on tv via panel on desk, very useful.
Overall a easy and comfortable stay
Amazingly friendly staff all led by their incredible, friendly, engaging and helpful general manager.
Very comfortable bed, great food and spacious room
Two very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, easy parking and check in, good facilities, nice and clean, quiet and pleasant. The rooms were a great price, too. Highly recommended.
Staff were polite and friendly through my stay. The room was clean and well presented.
Ate in the Beefeater next door and again, pleasant staff and good food.
Can’t fault, would stay again.
Stayed at the premier inn Wolverhampton north recently with work. Never stayed at this one before but they exceeded all my expectations.
Friendly staff and clean rooms. What more could you ask for.
Big thank you to Natalie on reception for sorting an issue with my booking on arrival. Very helpful and professional!
We have visited this hotel for over 20 years, but this trip was horrible made so by the manager of the pub next door.
In recent years we have experienced the closing times varying and once they closed at nine having arranged for friends to meet. So we always ask when we go in what time they are closing, they confirmed 11 But the manager came to us specifically from 10.50 stood over us and constantly became very abusive and treated us as hooligans. We are all of pensionable age and would have left on time BUT for the abusive nature of this manager. A formal complaint has been sent to Whitbred with full details. Finally I was informed by the hotel staff I was barred from the pub for the duration of our stay, this really upset us as I had not spoken to the manager during her abusive rant, and my wife was sleeping so never went in the pub at all. The hotel stay was fine as always but really do not go in the pub.
Great stay, beefeater restaurant is brilliant great food great service, Sharan was outstanding so helpful very helpful and friendly
Always have a really comfy sleep at Premier Inn and this is no different. The staff were courteous and friendly dnd a lovely Beefeater restaurant next door
This is a very typical premier in - comfortable and basic. However, the hotel is in urgent need of a refresh. The most urgent need being the fire alarm system, which erroneously activated at 1.30am. I suspect this was a system fault because there are signs up in the rooms asking people not to open the bathroom door when showering as it can set off the "very sensitive fire alarm". Throughout the episode where all the guests stood outside there was no communication from staff about what was happening. We stood outside for bit, then went back inside. That was very poor - communication is so important. As Premier Inn prides itself on a good night's sleep, and mine was disturbed at 1.30am, I cannot really rate them highly in this instance.
Excellent stay very helpful freindly staff they went above and beyond. The room was clean and spacious with adequate power points to charge devices. The breakfast was very good value with plenty fresh hot food that was refilled reguarly.
Very poor hygiene, bed sheets still dirty from time used. Seemed like not been changed. Had red marks upon. Very disappointed with the experience
Not a good experience, no bedside sockets , I have a sleep apnea machine and could not plug in, Had to get a extension cable 😩 Not a clean place,
Best experience was the breakfast, had lunch there and had grilled chicken, it came out burnt , we stay in a lot of premier inn places, and this was not the best
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful reception staff with the added bonus of a sense of humour!
Comfortable, quiet, clean and great value.
Really bad experience, didn't sleep a wink.
Noise in the corridors all night, doors slamming and footsteps.
The room was way to hot and although a fan was provided on bending down to switch it on the front fell off onto my head!
Room and beds were fine as always but pillows not as good as in the past. Premier inns not as good as they used to be,
Beefeater restaurant appalling - waited one hour for food which was dried up and tasteless and serving staff very offhand.
The staff are nice. The bed was comfy but the cleanliness of my room was shocking. There was hair all draped on the shower wall and hair and bits all on the carpet in the bedroom. The TV was so basic which probably could do with updating so you can maybe log into Netflix etc.
The beefeater joined to this premier has terrible dining options. The breakfast itself was nice. I had a bowl of porridge. However the options really need updating. I eat the smallest portion of porridge on a morning and was expected to pay £10 for the continental breakfast option so that I could just have this porridge which I can’t justify. Disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here again.
