Car parking was unexpected and overcharged me which I could not get back the hotel said they could do nothing about it which was poor

My friends and I are in a rock band and over the last couple of years have stayed in a lot of premier inns.The quality of the rooms and friendliness of the staff has been consistent all over the country.

Staff very friendly and chatty room nice and clean and very quiet had a great sleep and a great meal it the beefeater next door will be back this time next year

Having to visit the area at short notice, my wife and I styed at the Premier inn, Newark for a night last week, and all was fine.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was a standard one, and none the worse for that, it had all we needed for a short stay...and it was my fault for not asking for an extra pillow.
The £5 overnight parking fee was a nuisance, but it's difficult to see how it could be avoided or 'built into' the nightly cost given the car park is shared.
The Beefeater next door is handy after a long drive.
Premier Inns do what they say on the tin, no more but no less.
Recommended.

Nice experience both at the hotel and beefeater. The staff were cordial and friendly. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The room was clean and shiny as well

Great welcome from Vicki on Reception. The usual good room and comfortable bed. Only blip was that the two "soft" pillows in the case were in fact hard, like the ones on the bed. Something which is increasingly the case in Premier Inns these days it seems. In fairness, I did not raise this at the time as it was late and I just wanted to sleep.

You shouldn’t have to pay for the fast WiFi that’s a clear rip off, and also parking should be free apart from that standard premier inn

The hotel was just as I have come to expect from Premier Inn… clean, comfortable and a reliably good stay. A Halloween welcome pack for our child and an exceptionally helpful and friendly member of staff on reception (Abbey) were really appreciated.

Room clean with easy parking. Receptionist Abbey really helpful to my husband who is disabled suggesting we had a ground floor room

Great room in a nice area! Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful and friendly! Did not hear noise from any other rooms so had a good sleep for both nights!

We had a great stay at the premier inn for our friend’s wedding! The staff was always available and helpful. The breakfast was very good. There was a taxi service we could easily call from the reception, which was helpful because Uber is not as reliable in Newark.

Very smooth and welcoming check in with Vicky at reception. Even helped me with my bag as I have sciatica at the minute!!!

Swift check in, very friendly and polite reception staff. Room nice and tidy. Hotel easy to find. Great value for money. Will stay here again if in the area.

Stoped off here for a meal while visiting Lincoln had difficulty parking as coach taking up a lot of spaces got into reception first thing I did was put my car registration into the screen had meal all was fine But when got back home to Telford had had parking ticket for unauthorised parking £100 so please be aware of were you park

Overall Hotel Was Fine, Bedroom Clean, Staff Were Nice However Parking Was NOT SECURE, You pay for overnight secure parking (additional to room cost) - My vehicle was stolen from this car park within 1hr 20mins of parking..Unfortunately the security / carpark barrier was not down as it has apparently been out of action for numerous months……

The hotel is typical Premier Inn with Ok rooms and good beds but to be charged almost £250 per night plus parking which the receptionist didn’t even mention, is just a rip off.
Breakfast at £10.99 in the adjacent Beefeater was very good as were the cheerful staff at breakfast.

Stopped to try and get something to eat , but was in between times , only to find out I'm now fined 100 quid for try to give them service and my money , rang the desk only to be told there is 12 signs outside and a clock in as you walk in , so for an 11 minute visit it's cost me this , so much for guest relationships, joke

The person on reception, Nikki, was really welcoming and very helpful. Plus she was great to deal with.
The facilities at the hotel were really good, and great value
