Great location/very comfortable room.
Pros:

Great location/great bathroom/great bed/staff pointed us in the direction of a great beer garden nearby. Will definitely stay again. For this interested, there was a happening lounge on the ground floor. Loads of people all enjoying.

Cons:

For the first time, absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

Lovely time in Berlin
Pros:

Property is in an absolutely perfect location everything is so close by walking distance. Very easy to access everything and train from and to the airport very handy just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Staff are very friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Berlin is beautiful

In Ordnung. Lage und Frühstück gut.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage sind gut gewesen.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde repariert. Neues Zimmer, viel kleiner. Nach Beschwerde an Rezeption ein neues Zimmer, welche wie das gebuchte war.
Zimmerreinigung nur nach Absprache.
Warum gibt es die Zimmer am Anreisetag billiger, als wir bezahlt haben.

A good-value stay in a great location. Next time I'd just book a larger room.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy access to everything in Berlin. Breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.

Cons:

The room felt small for three people. The staff were friendly, but service has some room for improvement. The tram line runs right outside, so if you're sensitive to noise, that could be a downside.

Hotel situat central, aproape de Alexanderplatz, de unde aveai legătură directă la aeroport și către toate zonele orașului. Camere curate, dotări necesare pentru o acomodare plăcută. Vedere către oraș. Micul dejun foarte bun, cu produse de bună calitate. Spațiu suficient în restaurant, deși hotelul are foarte multe camere. Nu a fost necesar în niciuna dintre zile să așteptăm eliberarea vreunei mese. Personalul din recepție și din restaurant prietenos și de ajutor.

Cons:

Mărimea camerei destul de mică; spațiul de depozitare restrâns. Dar aceste aspecte nu au constituit un impediment.

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel , l’emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas .
Nous sommes arrivés à 00:00 et le lit pour l’enfant n’était pas fait . Il a fallu redescendre à la réception et faire nous même le lit. Il manquait également la serviette pour la troisième personne.
Dans la salle de bain , les joints soient abîmés et dans l’ensemble la chambre n’est pas très propre .

Jag gillar att hotellet ligger centralt, med bra kommunikationer och gångavstånd till shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter.

Cons:

Jag uppskattar inte att hotellets rum är små, trånga och opersonliga.Jag ogillar ojämn städning och jag tycker inte heller om när frukosten är dyr i förhållande till utbudet.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin, das Hotel war ausreichend, außer die kleinen Anmerkungen.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, gute Erreichbarkeit zur U- und S-Bahn Haltestelle.
Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Nicht automatisch kam der Roomservice täglich, man musste dies, wenn gewünscht an der Rezeption anmelden. Nachhaltigkeit wird hier groß geschrieben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz „Premium Etage“ sehr klein. Die Ausstattung zum Teil kaputt und die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Die Lage war sehr gut, und bei dem Frühstück, war das Personal sehr Freundlich.

Cons:

Alles so weit gut gewesen, bei dem Frühstück haben mir die Aufbackbrötchen nicht gefallen.

Beliggenhet, god service, hyggelig personalet, god frokost

Cons:

Jeg hadde fire overnattinger, men rommet ble ikke rengjort et eneste gang i løpet av oppholdet.
Lurer på hvorfor?
Rommet var dessuten altfor varmt, og det var ikke mulig å få kjølt det ned. Airconditionanlegget fungerte heller ikke.

Dette er ikke tilfredsstillende, og jeg forventer bedre standard og service.
