There are no parking spaces available in this hotel.
From the south: Follow the Berliner Ring motorway towards Berlin Zentrum until the Schonefelder junction. On the A113, take the exit 26 Grenzallee to the right. After 1.5km, turn left onto Kopenicker Landstrasse B96A. Follow the signs for Berlin Zentrum and then turn left into Stralauer Alee. After 4km, you'll find out hotel on the left. From the North: Follow the Berliner Ring motorway towards Frankfurt Oder and take the A114 towards Berlin Zentrum at the Pankow junction. When you spot the TV tower on the left-hand side, turn left into Spandauer Strasse. Continue straight down until you reach Stralauer Strasse, where you'll see our hotel on the right. From the airport: Take the regional train S9 in directions Spandau Bf (Berlin) and take off at Jannowitzbrucke station. Take the exit Alexanderstrasse and head towards north in directions to Holzmarktstrasse. Then take left into Stralauer Str. The hotel is to your left. From the main station: From the main station, take the S-Bahn S5 towards Strausberg Nord to the Alexanderplatz stop before changing to the U2 towards Ruhleben and hopping off at the Klosterstrasse stop. From there, you'll only be a 15-minute walk away from our hotel.

Zentrale Lage & gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und ruhige moderne Zimmer. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei rechtzeitiger Buchung. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gab sogar 2 extra Kissen (alles ohne Federn). Betten sind bequem und es gab auch einen Wasserkocher samt Instantkaffee und Tee. Eine sehr große Dusche in der man ausreichend Platz hat. Der Hausmeisterservice war 1a (er hat am Waschbecken den Abfluss Syphon kpl. ausgetauscht, da er nicht richtig ablief und nicht mehr nur zu reinigen war). Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch (Info an Rezeption bis 12 Uhr).

Cons:

Bei Bettenwechsel sollte die Zimmer-Reinigung gründlicher sein (Glasscheibe der Tür zum Badezimmer und die Stange unterm Waschbecken hatten ganz viele Flecken). Aber auch die kleinen Tische neben den Betten und die große Ablage/Schreibtisch hatten Flecken von Gläsern.
Oben an der Glas-Duschabtrennung waren schwarze Schimmelflecken an der Decke).

Pros:

Check In und Check Out verliefen super einfach, schnell und unkompliziert.
Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe und war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.
Die Größe des Badezimmers fand ich persönlich sehr angenehm.
Alle Mitarbeiter, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes getroffen haben, waren sehr freundlich.
Die Lage zum Alexanderplatz, ebenso zu Bus-, Tram-, S- und U-Bahn Stationen war einmalig.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral am Alexanderplatz gelegen und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind überhaupt nicht schallisoliert und das direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und den Tram-Gleisen. Ausserdem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Polizeirevier von dem auch ständig Fahrzeuge mit Sirene ausrücken.
Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer ist aus Milchglas, was vorallem nachts das ganze Zimmer aufweckt wenn man dort Licht an macht.

Pros:

ここに7泊して、最初の２泊の口コミ評価を書いたので、それと同じ感想で、ロケーションが今回の私の滞在にとってよかった。これに尽きます。基本的には快適でした。

Cons:

スタッフの連携が私にとってはあまりよくなく、長期滞在中、清掃なしが2日程あって不快でした。このホテルのモットーcleaning on request と私との相性が悪かったからかもしれません。長く宿泊する人は、12 時までにフロントに申し出ることが必要なので知っておいて下さい。

ベルリン10日間のロケーションのよさに尽きる
Pros:

ロケーションだけで予約して、このあとも連泊して8泊した。朝食を8回食べたが、中身が同じであきてしまった。 朝食時の従業員の対応はよかった。旧東地域のホテルの特徴だが、過度の現代化が柔軟な対応につながっていない面がある。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が「Room clesning on request」の方針で、清掃を直接フロントに依頼してやっと行われた。フロントの対応が柔軟性に欠けるところがあった。連泊の人はこのポリシーを知っておく必要がある。

Central spot, basic but bed n shower good!
Pros:

Very central, decent sized rooms and a good shower.

Cons:

Reported problems not dealt with until 2nd/3rd report. Although asked for cleaning and fresh towels half way through 5ish stay it was not done. There is a smell that either needs something to mask it or looking at.
