Leave M69 (J1) and take A5 signposted Nuneaton/Tamworth. At 3rd roundabout take 3rd exit onto Coventry Road (B4666) towards Hinckley Town Centre. Continue for quarter mile straight over traffic lights. Hotel is on the left behind Hinckley Service Station. Adjacent to Marina Brewers Fayre.
The one main issue with premier inn that stands out more than anything else in my opinion is the dreadful WIFI . Even the 24 hour purchased wifi is is sub standard. When the likes of Holiday Inn have free reliable wifi this puts premier inn to shame .
Nice large room with bathtub and really hot water, great breakfast and amazing hospitality. Motorcycle parked and chained up next to reception room👌 Thank you!
Satisfied for our stay location is within the town centre near bus and train station, breakfast is good and staff was so friendly
Fantastic comfortable beds and clean rooms, staff were lovely this is my second stay and I will be back, would 100% recommend this hotel
From arriving at reception to handing in my room key on departure all the staff were super polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A very enjoyable stay.
Location great. Had food both in the evening and breakfast in the morning really great service and great food. Everything was piping hot and the chef came over to ask us if we was enjoying our food
Car parking restricted by scaffolding all around the hotel blocking car parking spaces. Car park not lit very well and signage leading to the hotel needs improving.
The bed was comfortable and warm, there was no shaving light in the bathroom and with the main light on the extractor fan made a great deal of noise.
Lovely spacious rooms, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and offers excellent value for money. Never tried the food as had a family breakfast elsewhere.
Minor considerations are it was quite noisy outside the hotel with lots of people about visiting the fast food chain opposite. The bar was shut when we got back from a family function circa 11.00pm which was disappointing. Car park wasn't easy to find (my Sat Nav got very confused!) Would stay again.
Hotel clean. Reception staff lovely on check in. Room clean. Pillows too soft. Towels too small. Could have been warmer but overall great stay. Brewers Fayre not value for money and staff rude
I was put next to a room of a family that clearly had 2 small children... Up until late walking around their room with what sounded like a herd of elephants.
Then this morning the kids running up and down the hallway at 8am screaming and playing with the dad joining in!!
Dreadful stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean rooms. Very comfy beds. Plentiful hot water.
The only negative was the breakfast. It might have been plentiful but it was stone cold. Inedible ! My advice save yoursel 10.99 and go across the road to McDonalds.
We attended as a group of 10 for business, check in was painless and quick, the guy on reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and all ready and as an extra treat we were given vouchers for food/drink, excellent!
An excellent hotel, clean, with a good size bedroom and bathroom. The only slight issue was having to pay £15 extra for an early check in when the room was already prepared; however, this doesn't detract from the great service and very good value for money the hotel represents. The breakfast was excellent too.
I stay at Premier Inn High Wycombe once a year for a specific event I attend and it always delivers a really relaxing, convenient and comfortable experience. The Premier Plus rooms are amazing and add a bit of luxury. The hotel makes walking to the town very accessible so you can pop back easily as well and the staff are lovely. I couldn’t really ask for more.
I went premier inn with my friends for breakfast where i found best quality Buffett breakfast and price was very reasonable and staff members was very good.
Another stay here, another faultless experience. Got early check in, and room was ready for when I go there, it also had a sofa in room which can be set as a bed. Air con was on when I entered the room, and was nice and cool, which I like, as I am hot all the time no matter what the weather is. All staff that I saw in the hotel were friendly and was cheerful.
This was my second stay at this particular hotel and I found no difference to the welcome from the friendly staff to the comfort of the room and room facilities to the food both breakfast and evening meals. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for any reason in that area. The price was exceptional value for both times of year.
One step away from a mattress in the street… rooms unbearably hot, water either freezing or burns and walls so thin that you can hear everything. Worst was the breakfast - utterly tasteless. Such poor quality. Guess ya pay for what you get but really Whitbred, what a scam. You could even learn from Ryanair !
Good place to stay when working away, great and friendly staff such as Kiera on reception who are always happy to help!!!
stayed recently so thought we would stay at a premier inn again but why is it £40 more for a Saturday night compared to Friday or Sunday rip oof so I found an air bb for £52 compared to £81 at the inn
