Premier Inn hotels are always excellent value for money, rooms always very comfortable, amenities good, friendly staff, great service

The hotel itself is pretty good but I wouldn't recommend eating at the Beefeater across the way for evening meal. Expensive and poor quality.

Breakfast time felt chaotic.

The usual reliable standard, but no elevator would pose a problem for those with disabilities.
I should mention the young lady serving breakfast last weekend in the Beefeater opposite. Sorry, forgot her name, but a great start to the day, seeing such a cheerful and attractive person.

Beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. Hotel very quiet. Food next door was great.
Bedroom was dirty and leftover stuff from previous people.

5 star service by Jasmin. Highly recommend staying here, staff very friendly and helpful. If you ever need to stay this is the place.

I've not stayed at a Premier Inn before and was very pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the lovely receptionist Raita who was exceptional, things went brilliantly. The room was spotless, my bed was big and comfy, it was quiet and peaceful, easy to park and all the staff were a delight. I went across the small road to the Beefeater for my dinner and breakfast using the 'meal deal' on offer and again, everything was excellent. Kind and caring staff and good pub grub that was well priced. I will be back for sure.

The good bits: The staff were very welcoming and check-in was good. The room and bathroom were very clean. Parking was really good and registering your vehicle was easy to do on arrival to validate your parking.

The bad bits: There was no option to book a ground floor room, I found the stairs hard as I have Fibromyalgia and hyper mobility syndrome. The water pressure for the shower wasn't great, it took a lot longer to shower than normal. The bed wasn't very comfortable, we barely had much sleep and the little sleep we did get we woke up with stiff necks and back pain. The price for one night was more than what we expected.

We arrived at 02:30 in the small hours of Friday 26th to the warmest friendly greeting and biggest smile. This is what I love about Premier inns , the staff are fabulous. Then bid farewell with an equally warm and friendly goodbye. Rooms as usual very comfy, fluffy towels, spotlessly clean and the comfiest of beds. Breakfast at the Beefeater was amazing , cooked to order so piping hot, The waitress is a real credit with her friendliness and attentiveness. As one of the cheaper Premier Inns it was certainly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had . Well done ❤️

Lovely place staff very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble very clean and tidy plenty of hot water tea and coffee as much as u liked

Lovely premier inn very clean loads of car parking space only downside the beefeater restaurant next door is very expensive so we got an Uber to hungry horse at the canalside £6 each way

Stayed one night, and it was just what I needed. Room was clean, tidy, and quiet. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff, and parking was convenient. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a short stopover. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I just want to thank the whole of the premier inn Walsall M6 J10 hotel staff as everytime I have stayed with them it has been 5 star and they facilitate me massively when asking for special requests so thank you all so much and always greeting me with a smile whenever I stay with you.

All good 1 night visit clean and tidy very quiet greeting checking in was nice and friendly, car parking good , overall what I wanted

Clean tidy room, hot in room but had put 2 fans in there. Great stop over for us on way to wales value for your money, book breakfast as we didn’t so couldn’t get in

The hotel location, pricing, parking, restaurant and above all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Everything from arrival to departure went very well.
Will go this place again and would recommend to everyone.

Firstly we were welcome by Rekha who is so happy and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, we already knew there was no air conditioning, but we had a fan in our room, had dinner in the Beefeater next door, Laura was very welcoming, food was perfect and not expensive, slept well, beds really comfortable, breakfasts were freshly cooked, I chose continental, had cereal, yoghurt and fruit, my husband and our friends has cooked, which was cooked fresh to order, stayed 2 nights, every single member of staff at the Premier and the Beefeater were happy and helpful, it made our stay even better, because we felt valued and looked after.
Cannot fault the accommodation or the food. Breakfasts are in the Beefeater next door, just perfect

Definitely the best hotel around Birmingham. Everything is about the customer both in the hotel and restaurant. Special mention to Josh in the restaurant fantastic customer service..Above all having stopped in premier inns 4 nights a week for over 10 years this hotel and restaurant is by far the best I’ve ever stopped in

Clean and tidy room as usual, very helpful lady on reception upon arrival who attended to a problem in the room straightaway.
Excellent, friendly breakfast service next door with the best Premier Inn porridge tasted. Stay a lot in PI's and this one was a better one.

Always a pleasure to stay at j10 premier, always clean, staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Food always amazing. Stayed many times and it never fails to make our stay enjoyable. Staff are always polite and helpful, and always there if we need anything.

We stayed at this hotel. It’s not your modern hotel. But was extremely clean. With 2 fans in the room.
I recommend taking an extension lead ( we did) as there is only a few plugs by the tv. No sockets by the beds.
But because we were prepared it was fine. The room was a nice size. With clean towels and bedding.
All we needed to ask for was an extra cup as they only put 2 of everything in the room even though our booking was for 3 people.
Michelle who worked in the hotel and her son James who worked in the restaurant were amazing and so so helpful.
The restaurant closes very early so be aware of this. But the food was lovely.
Parking is great. And there is a local shop just in walking distance.
