Fantastic hotel and Sharon on reception was brilliant. So friendly and helpful I would strongly recommend. First time staying here and will certainly book here next time I sm here
Rooms dirty and smelly. Water kept leaking from somewhere in the bathroom causing puddles. Had to ask to have the sheets changed because stained. Cleaner don’t do anything. Mugs were not changed so we had to ask the grumpy lady on reception for more. Very rude stating we should have 4 people in a room when it was a family room booked for 2 adults and kids. Everything was too much trouble. Breakfast was cold.
Stayed here while working. Had a really long day but as soon as I got here I was greeted by Jamie he was amazing! Helped me check in and showed me where I’d be having breakfast, couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying. Thankyou Jamie.
Did what Premier Inn are good at - a convenient place to stay for a one night stay. Easy parking; comfortable bed; decent shower; attentive staff; good breakfast. Thank you - will certainly use Premier Inn again.
Warm welcome from Jamie, clean and very friendly, next door to a pub which do lovely meal! Very comfy beds and nice shower! Really relaxing!
Location good. Nice staff . Nice room.
Went for a drink in the Brown Cow next door but it wasn't very nice. Tables dirty so we decided not to eat there.
Everything you need from a hotel stay. Free parking. Pub next door. Clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast inside the hotel, would definitely recommend.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for my needs. Hotel was clean with ample carparking. Breakfast was excellent
Such a lovely hotel, very easy to find. The room was clean and was exactly what I wanted for the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was nice, there was enough food to keep you going all day. It is useful having the pub next door. I am looking forward to staying again in the future.
Booked a two night stay with the free promotional breakfast offer , however the hotel refused to honour the promotion even though we had screenshots as proof , premier inn have confirmed it was an error on their part and offered an apology but refused to offer us any discount / refund off our next stay , we stay at premier inns several times a year but will never book another premier inn ,
Clean and comfortable. Staff were all really helpful and friendly and very welcoming. Makes such a difference to see friendly faces when you’re away from home. Thank you to all for being so hospitable
Arrived at 10pm after a long slow journey. Couldn't check in until 11pm because there was a problem with the keycard system and reception couldn't issue any new cards. Wouldn't have been so bad but reception were in a right flap and didn't keep any of us informed. Very stressful not knowing if we would be able to get into our rooms or not. Terrible nights sleep because people outside pub next door chatting loudly at 2am and noise from car sound systems. Even earlier plugs not adequate. Additionally, basin blocked and draining very slowly, net curtains fell down, bathroom in poor state of repair.
Very friendly staff, quick and easy check in, very helpful and a super clean and tidy room, very helpful with sorting taxis too :))
Me and my mate was attending Leeds Festival, and on purpose booked Hotel closer to the Festival.
Nice and cleaned room, very kind staff and the location is close to grocery store and a place to eat ( The Brown Cow ) setting a cozy environment around the Hotel.
We were Very happy with this hotel!
Incredible and out of the this world service by the one and only, Jamie. He was very friendly and welcoming to me and my girlfriend and gave us some advice for Leeds fest too! What a stay we had and thank you to the staff! Specifically Jamie and Katie <3
Absolutely amazing service from both Jamie and Katie super friendly and willing to help, loved the stay and had such fun for the Leeds Fest weekend, cannot recommend enough!!!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you are staying more than one night. If I could give zero I would. We already knew it wasn't air conditioned but the temperature in the room was between 27 - 29 degrees for the 6 days we stayed. Two fan only circulating warm air. There was no shelf in the room where the mirror is, just the hair dryer hanging down. Inadequate storage if staying more than a couple of night. Paint flaking off the walls. Reception staff staff couldn't help and the room wasn't cleaned when we asked reception. Don't bother with Guest Relations afterwards as they don't give a toss either as we were given a tiny credit
First class, everything you could ask for and more at a Premier Inn. All staff brilliant, but must highlight Jamie who was inspirational to all staff and was polite, knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to meet. A real and genuine credit to Premier Inn.
Breakfast time extremely busy but managed brilliantly by the staff, must highlight the chef, who kept everything fresh and tasty.
I Stayed in a 1 bedroom room. At check I waited for about 10 mins while the lady infant of me was being checked in, there was a confusion with her booking . My check in was quick after that, when I got into the room it was very warm so they had put a fan on which was nice, I had some cold drinks and was looking for a fridge but there was'nt one, so my drinks got warm, I also had a pint of milk for my tea because im not fussed on the little cartons they supply. Being in Leeds I thought they would supply Yorkshire Tea bags but instead they had rubbish PG Tips, I had to use 2 tea bags for 1 cup of tea the get a decent brew, so if you like a nice cup of tea best take your own tea bags.
The shower was nice, it had a nice flow through the shower head and was quite relaxing. there was enough towels and there was a shower soap dispenser in the shower .
Had a decent sleep, it was quiet enough until I heard the occupants above walking around at 4am, the floor boards were creaking.
Took my 2 boys..Liam (11) and Oliver (8) to this hotel. 1st time we've ever stayed in a hotel and it was just amazing from start to finish. Reception staff were warm friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cozy, well presented and stocked with a few bits to make a hot drink. The beds are just awesome...cudda stayed all week just to lay in them!!. Breakfast was lovely n very tasty.
Liam rated the stay 9.5/10 (half a mark off coz internet wasnt up to his standards 🤣)
Oliver gave a 7/10 🙄...(low score due the the fact they served apple juice at breakfast n it makes liam fart apparetly 🤷♂️🤣...altho seems a tad harsh on the hotel 🤣🤣)
For me a 10/10. Perfect stay 🥰
