80 spaces, including 5 disabled bays. No height restriction. Plenty of space for lorries and coaches.
From M74(J8) signposted Kilmarnock (A71). From M77 join A71 to Irvine. At next roundabout turn right onto B7064/B7081 signposted Crosshouse Hospital, the hotel is on the right. Next to the Cotton Mill Cookhouse and Pub.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect for one night stay
Pros:

Very clean, cosy, and everything felt new. The breakfast was good with perfect tea selection. It was a great place to stay for one night while travelling.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and easy to communicate with being a non German guest and knowing very minimal this was a great help. Beds were comfy and facilities useful, with the additional downstairs shop being a good use.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t exactly convenient or straight forward but soon figured it out.

Perfekt utgångsläge för kortare vistelse
Pros:

Bra läge, vi kom med bil men fungerar även med lokaltrafik. Nära gångavstånd till centrum. Smidig vistelse

Im Grossen und Ganzen hat mir der Aufenthalt im Hotel gut gefallen. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht fertig: Die Klobürste lag noch in der Toilette und mehrere Teile waren nicht einmal festgeschraubt. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, das sei nach der Reinigung normal und die Qualitätskontrolle habe noch nicht stattgefunden. Wir sollten die Teile selbst einschrauben. Für ein Hotel ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte, dass ein Zimmer bei der Ankunft vollständig gereinigt und bezugsbereit ist. Das war aus meiner Sicht sehr ungenügend.
