Premier Inn Glasgow - Bellshill

Fantastic room was clean, I didn’t eat because I went to the maccies across the road! But the service was great, Recpetion team was quick! Shower was powerful

The family room given to us was covered in black mould. No one ever on reception to get moved either, after two nights managed to get the 3rd night in a new room. The bar area is dirty , tables are sticky as not cleaned properly. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

After reading the reviews I was a bit wary after booking this but could not have been happier, the room was spotless, the beds as usual were extremely comfortable.

The check in and check out were seamless, heard no noise from the garage/mcdonalds opposite, if I needed to stay in the future I would return.

Convenient to the motorway and Uddingston. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Located next to garage and MacDonalds

What a great place. Very helpful staff on reception. The food was cooked perfect the breakfast was just great and as normal the staff couldn't have been better.

We booked this hotel for a one night overnight stay in Scotland for work. The staff are great and super helpful on the hotel side .
Restaurant…….. well I can only say that was a disgrace . From the 8 main meals on the menu only 4 were available. The food was bland and poorly presented (thrown on a plate )
Breakfast was again tasteless and the bread was cheap and nasty.
Lucky there’s a mcd’s about 50 ft away.

stayed here with my family and had a very lovely welcome from Christine and Julie room was tired but spotless had breakfast in restaurant and was served by Kirsten who was so lovely really happy was our stay and we definitely be back

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

This property is in bad need of an update. The carpets are worn. The walls are damaged and dirty. The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. The shower curtain didn’t reach the entire length of the tub so it was easy to splash water onto the floor while showering.
Someone on the floor above us was running annd stomping around until after 1. The room was stifling hot, with no ac and zero air circulation because the window only cracks open a few inches. There was a fan that we had to leave on the entire time and it did very little to circulate the air or alleviate the odors.
The location is convenient to go between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The town has a train station. The area seemed safe and quiet. It was one of very few available options for a very busy week in Edinburgh. We will not be staying here again.

The staff were very Friendly and Karen who checked me in was particularly lovely. It’s also in a fantastic and easy to get too location

Wasn’t worse £90 as none of the lights were working and the room was far to hot even when we tried to turn the temperature down

Bed was comfy pillows a little thin. TV and accessories were fine. Bathroom was good. Hair dryer was a bit temperamental. No air conditioning. So was very hot 25°C at night. So slept on the top of the bed not in it with the fan running all night.

Arrived at the hotel on the hottest day of the year so far, the fan was set up in the room and came on as soon as we put our key in the slot. Room was massive which was great having a 2 year old with us. Room was super clean. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this premier inn!
