Premier Inn Harwich

Travelled 315 miles as part of a working delivery to the docks. The company booked me in to here for ease of convenience and
closeness.
The first person I met with was Amanda - so polite, so friendly and a big smile as an added bonus. Exactly what you want to see after a long days driving.
I wish there were more like her.

Premier Inn offers great comfort for the price. The rooms were modern and cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Big thanks to Amanda, who made check-in easy and was extremely polite and professional throughout my stay. She truly made the visit feel special.

Arrived at hotel little bit early 2.50pm , in most cases would have to wait until 3, we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies , Amanda & Sue , who checked us in straight away , they were great liked a little bit of banter , we were alll done in 5 minutes and in our room to relax after a hard days work , thanks , Amanda & sue excellent service, cheers Robbie from lakeside flood soulutions

Sue, Amanda and Lucy was fantastic we checked out then our work over ran so we had to check back in later in the day. After making the booking online a quick call to the hotel and they didn’t hesitate to put us back in the same rooms and couldn’t be more accommodating

Arrived at the hotel and been welcomed friendly by Amanda. Explanation was clear and friendly.
The room is nice and clean. The location is perfect for a night stay if you need to go to the boat to Hoek van Holland in the early morning.
There is a nice restaurant next to it with good food.
Around the facility there are some grocerie stores and other food restaurants.

Recently stayed at this premier inn close to the port, clean and tidy and comfortable rooms, Amanda on reception was so pleasant and knowledgable and made my stay more enjoyable and she gave me some lovely biscuits as a treat.

Very nice and professional staff, helped me find a local restaurant to visit and was also friendly no matter the time. The manager was brilliant and helped me out with the doors as I had too many bags, I believe her name was Manda. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would highly recommend

I recently stayed at Harwich Premier Inn, the staff were very friendly especially the manger Manda who helped us get checked in and sorted out. Cozy sleep and very quiet. Would recommend

We’ve stayed here a few times before getting the ferry and it’s always been ok.
This time the WiFi was extremely slow so we paid the £5 for the fast WiFi which was even worse.
Our daughter is autistic and non verbal and she has a night time ritual that involves watching Paramount before bed. Due to not wifi she was unable to.
My husband went down several times and explained it wasn’t working for Paramount and we wanted a refund. The member of staff said it wasn’t her department. It’s ridiculous that they can take your money but can’t refund!!
Also the shower was so slow and had no force. It was a light trickle!
For £108 for one night this is extremely poor.

Hotel is basic however I would have expected basics in the room such a small fridge and bottled water.

I stayed here for a 3 week period , during the first week my duvet was dirty with stains. No housekeeping unless it’s requested.

However Estelle the receptionist was always very welcoming with a smile which made up for the lack of amenities offered by the hotel

The hotel is really clean and staff are really friendly. It’s a shame there isn’t a fridge in the room or air conditioning. I understand that is what we pay for. The staff have always made us feel welcome and got to know us on a personal level. They kept me in the same room for the 3 weeks and that really helped.
I would like to say Estelle really made me feel welcome and looked after my every need. The iron and board both in my room, the heater when I needed it. Towels when I asked absolutely brilliant. Thank you team x

Amanda, Sue and the team were great as always. Very helpful in my hour of need. Always have a good stay here. They are always willing and available to help any time of the day or night. Lovely atmosphere and clean rooms. Thank you.

Average hotel saved by an exceptional reception manager Amanda. The sometimes awkward booking procedure for groups is often saved by her excellence on the reception. Looked after the guys on the job very well.
