Tout était parfait, le personnel charmant, la chambre très propre, grande, confortable et pratique, le petit-déjeuner super avec la surprise de découvrir qu'il est gratuit pour mes 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Reception staff very good

Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice.

For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.

So always use this hotel when in area visiting or travelling. Room 317 we stayed in this time no worries at all we knew what to expect but this time on second day of a three day stay noticed bodily fluids all up wall next to my side of bed!😡
Cannot believe it just went out tried to avoid but look I saw it cleaners HAD to see it🤷🏻
I took a pic you decide just not a great feature to have in your room .
Only had one breakfast it’s ok tops you up. We will return but I’m on it now won’t put up with this ever again.

We stayed at the premiere inn Epsom
Hotel was central for all our needs was friendly clean and welcoming .
The rooms were lovely and clean the facilities in the room were great.
The hotel was quiet no noise had a great nights sleep in the morning had breakfast in hotel which was lovely . The hotel is in the centre of Epsom with plenty of shops and restaurants and bars will definitely be going back . Only downside there is no parking at hotel had to park outside at a charge which can be quite costly .

Quite happy with the service and reception. Mila who was working in the restaurant in the evening was very cheerful and happy to help and served up a pleasant meal.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Spent a lot of time and effort to make me feel comfortable. Arslan and Jorge have made sure my stay was very special.

Arslan and ludmilla are fantastic hosts they helped not only book in and find parking, but their bubbly personality made it feel more homely and relaxing. They both are prime examples of how staff show be. Tey aree polite, respectful and made my stay so good that I am looking forward to my next stay in the hotel.

Could hear people walking across the floor upstairs until the early hours, like they were in the room, building construction must be extremely poor, kept us awake until very late, ruined our break

All the bedding in the family room had to be replaced as it was dirty. Several trips to reception, room dirty/tired

A nice friendly hotel. Modern and clean. Helpful, cheerful staff (Arslam and Martin were on duty when l stayed). Good location in town centre. A good gym (the Rigg) next door, and council run leisure centre with a decent pool 10 minute walk away.

I stay at this Premier Inn regularly and at different times of the year. I have never had any issues with it and always enjoy my stay. I use it as a base to visit Central London, Richmond (and park) Kingston, Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace. The bus stop to Kingston (need to catch a bus from Kingston to Richmond) is just around the corner from the hotel. And, of course, it gives easy access to the delightful towns and villages of Surrey and the Surrey Hills (highly recommended Box Hill). The location is great, tucked away off of the main shopping centre, and I find it quiet (and doesn’t come with the hefty price tag of Central London hotels). It’s also close to Epsom train station - 2 minutes walk - so easy to get to (about half an hour) from Waterloo or Victoria stations. Breakfast isn’t really good here though as the seating area is small and they often don’t have anything left. I stopped paying for breakfast a while ago. For a full English breakfast, have a stroll up to the Assembly Rooms and there are also other cafes close by for other choices. Staff have always been helpful and friendly too. I have also stayed at the Epsom Central Premier Inn and prefer this one. Oh, and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Love the added purple light, that runs along the headboard, for the perfect ambiance at night too!

We had a really enjoyable family stay at Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere. The location is great too – in a nice area and close to the centre. The only downside is that there’s no parking on site, but apart from that, everything else was excellent. We’d happily stay again.

Lovely stay at Epsom Town Centre Premier Inn. Amazing staff particularly the manager, Arslan and the receptionists Kyle and Liudmyla. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Very good standard of cleanliness in the rooms. Bar and restaurant are available for quick drinks, breakfast and dinner. Next time we will definitely stay here

We had a great 9 night stay the hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. The door cards worked for our whole stay. Ludmila was a star who’s customer service style stood out, very welcoming.kyle is also helpful and arson’s

My room was not very spacious, I had a problem to get to the bathroom safely and not damage the bathroom door with my wheelchair. The room matched the pictures but I wasn't given PEEP (personal evacuation emergency plan) at the check in which is the oversite from the hotel. My stay was full of unexpected and unwelcomed experiences which I don't think I'll forget in a hurry. I wouldn't recommend this place for a wheelchair user. The air condition was centrally controlled every and all morning and there was no way to change it in the room. There's only one proper space for a wheelchair user in the restaurant / dining room, no way to have more than one disabled person there at the same time. NO room service allowed at all, not even to get a coffee from the reception, nor anything else. All forbidden by the multi site manager. Disabled treated with utter disrespect at all times by managers. Hotel manager Arslan the lead of all problems. No room cleaning by anybody for weeks. I would attach the photos but they would be not approved here anyway so no point of doing so.

Lovely place to stay , staff very welcoming , good food , local to all amenities , would definitely recommend this place to stay .
