I am a regular stayer here at the Premier in Aberdeen Airport, all staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I know agata regular here and she is the best
Very good location one bus to town room clean amazing stuff very happy helpful very professional Iwona from breakfast service absolutny amazing was so nice to meet her recommended as amazing trip to such a beautiful place
Excellent breakfast and friendly morning staff team who gave us treats each day.
Bathroom smelt damp and of mold so daughter couldn't stay in that room and key cards kept not working annoyingly
Amazing service - lovely friendly staff. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely come again! The breakfast was well stocked and the restaurant had welcoming, calm atmosphere.
Another fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Aberdeen Airport. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Im always greeted with a warm smile when arriving. The front desk staff and duty manager are a credit to this hotel. Thanks again for a lovely stay!
You know what you get from Premier Inn. This one is even better because of the great staff. Always smiling and polite, and I like new menu, much nicer than the old one
Very happy with this one, good location, great price and very clean. The rooms are a nice size, the bed was perfect and the little restaurant was also great. The price was the best thing
I got booked to stay here for 7 nights as I had to complete a course in dyce. The room it’s self was fine but even tho I paid for the room I still had to pay and extra £77 for parking! I understand we are close to an airport, but surely this is abit expensive for a paying customer! This should be clearly advised before booking confirmation, as other hotels in area are cheaper with free parking for customers!
Absolutely a 5 stars from me.
The lady on the check in desk was amazing.
I arrived at 20:00 and booked on the app misreading the date I booked the following night.
She helped me change the date and also helped me with the parking machine which I could not get to work correctly.
Food was great had dinner and breakfast.
Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Thank you!
“Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!”
Was pretty awful. Two adults and 2 children squashed into a 'family room'. No natural air. Having spent 2 nights there, we all have sore throats. Room was dated and pretty grim looking. Stale smell.
We had £11 each night to pay for parking, but there was no parking space.
Dining area is beautiful however. We had breakfast on the Sunday and it was absolutely first class. The service was poor, however, this was only because they were clearly so short staffed. The 2 ladies serving on Sunday 10th Aug at 9am, deserve a medal. They were excellent but clearly run off their feet.
Staff are unhelpful and somewhat rude. Slow checking procedures. Awful parking arrangements. After purchasing a parking ticket we discovered there were no parking spaces available. We were advised by reception that a parking ticket does not guarantee a parking space. Rooms are dated and lacking basic amenities such as USB charging points. Paint is peeling off the walls. Hotel has very subdued vibes and uninspiring. If you need an overnight at Aberdeen Airport please look elsewhere. As a Premier Inn business account holder, I am really underwhelmed and I would not stay here again
Where do I begin…
We booked 3 rooms for a couple of nights, but due to a delayed flight we didn’t get to the hotel until really late, all we wanted to do was go to our rooms and go to bed, only to open the door to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, duvet cover screwed up on the bed, hair on the pillows, a suspicious grey liquid spilled on the bed sheets.. but worst of all that REALLY made my stomach turn, there was smeared BLOOD all over the wall by the door. You could actually see fingerprints from where someone had smeared it everywhere.
Premier Inn seem to think they own a Michelin five star restaurant at the rate they charge for food just for something underwhelming to arrive on the plate.
One of the door key cards stopped working and had to be replaced at silly-o’clock in the morning.
Air con system outdated and confusing and windows don’t even open a crack so you’re either boiling hot and feel stuffy or freezing cold from the aircon.
So Essentially, after the first incident it was just a domino effect of bad experiences until we clocked out.
Directions to hotel from terminal lacking. Not a direct walk either. Room provided was extremely basic, and badly worn. Terrible in parts. Also felt unclean due to its appearance.
These premises appear run down with limited investment. Real shame as other Premier Inns have much better appeal.
I will not be staying here again. Worth paying the extra cash for a moderate, to higher level hotel.
Hotel was fine, not he best not worst Premier Inn we've stayed in.
*For info, we travelled to and from Dyce train station. Taxis were waiting on arrival and cost under £9. On return, no Ubers were in area and when we tried to book a cab via the hotel, there was too long a wait (at least 25 minutes). Ended up walkimg to airport terminal to find a cab and then charged £18.60.
The electric Ember bus service has recently started running from airport to Inverness at only £12 single, so may prove to be a cheaper and more convenient option overall.
Check is was quick and staff friendly.
Food in the restaurant took over 40 minutes to arrive. Steak was overcooked and not seasoned, and peppercorn sauce wasn’t even microwaved properly so was cold!
Room was smelly and visible stains on carpet.
Breakfast was good, but there was Christmas music playing….its July! 😂
As a frequent guest at this Hotel your staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Spending a considerable amount of time away from home they do their very best to make you feel “at home”.
This evening Fri 25/07/2025 I was looked after by a young French gentleman and also a young lady who I presume is polish. These 2 are a credit to your company. Their customer service skills are outstanding and they are genuinely friendly. Please look at utilising their natural skills and recognise that they go above and beyond to make guests feel “at home”
We booked this Premier Inn as we were going to an event at the P & J Live venue close to the airport. On arrival we were told the that we had to pay £11.00 (discounted rate) to park our car for the night! This should have been advised at time of booking. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. There were only 2 teabags and coffee sachets available in the room. There were no glasses/tumblers for water to take to bed at night. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit scrappy and in our opinion, was definitely not value for money !
We have always aimed to stay at Premier Inns as we have always found them to be comfortable, and good value but this Premier Inn really disappointed us!
Perfect location for our”tall ship” visit to Aberdeen . Airport buses as pensioners ( bus passes r us) as the bus stop was 2 minutes away to take us into the city .Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the freshly baked croissants are delicious 😋. Special shout out to Monika who was so helpful and recommended some” must see sights “and we had a lovely stay. Sorry to wake up in my own bed tomorrow 😞
Comfy rooms, great buffet breakfast but the staff are what really make this hotel. The girls on reception could not have been more helpful. Absolutely brilliant with our kids and even managed to help us out with a wee surprise from the Tooth Fairy when our youngest lost a tooth! Thank you so much - the staff really are a credit to the hotel!
