Perfect location!
Pros:

The hotel is very close to public transportation and walking distance to Little Tokio and the “Altstadt”. We had a great time and would definitely stay again at the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and there are options to eat at the hotel and many shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Cons:

We liked everything.
