Pros:

Несмотря на видавшее виды напольное покрытие, персоналу удается сделать номер уютным - чисто, ни соринки. Сразу предупредили, что если нужна будет уборка в номере, просто сказать персоналу об этом, но мы не просили за три дня. Ванная комната в идеальном состоянии. Немного смутило отсутствие шкафа, там всего лишь небольшое пространство с вешалками, но для пары дней проживания терпимо. Окно выходило на железную дорогу, но звукоизоляция идеальная - поездов не слышно совсем. Завтраки без особого разнообразия, но вполне сытные, есть и горячие блюда. Расположение удачное для тех, кто города не знает и имеет тяжелый багаж - пять минут пешком от вокзала.

This occasion late, carpet dirty and room not great (low level by railway).
Pros:

The location is very good. I have stayed many times.

Cons:

The room on 19 Aug perfect 421. At Mannheim 431. Perfect. But on 26th 328. Told brusque I was late arrival (DBahn problem not me) and could not keep my request.

Outstanding price/quality ration near Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Located only about a 5 min walk from Düsseldorf train station, it's an affordable and comfortable option for a night in Düsseldorf. The price/quality was phenomenal, wifi worked fine, the room temperature was ok and the mattress was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room with a water boiler.

Cons:

The faucet drain was somewhat blocked.

The receptionist

I like it almost all.

Cons:

The receptionist, was very unpolite, I asked her about leaving my baggage there and she said, we don't have space, but a bit rude , she is old so I think maybe its not a job for her, sorry.

Great value for money, very good location
Pros:

Hotel is conveniently located near several tram lines and close to the central train station. The lobby was inviting, nice to hang out there. Menu was reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staffs.

Cons:

The room is slightly small.
