Great service and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. The male on reception was very helpful and gave me all the ok information that I required
Regularly stay at this hotel and it is in a great location, easily accessible from the main road. Rooms are great, plenty space, comfy beds and they are always clean and tidy. Rooms are really quiet and very little noise is heard from outside. Staff are very friendly, always helpful and go out their way to make sure guests are happy. Ryan at reception has outstanding customer service, very polite, always chatty and happy to help with any queries I have had.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for all of us. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We loved the breakfast and the cozy beds! We’ll definitely choose Premier Inn again for our next family trip.
Great stay. Very comfortable bed, clean spacious room and fantastic service from check in receptionist. We arrived later than expected but still had food in restaurant next door which was ok. We were well rested after the stay. Just what we needed before heading further to see familly in Glasgow.
Location was great for us visiting family nearby.
The cleanliness of the room was very good and the bed was so comfortable.
Also the staff members were always polite and very helpful.
Would definitely be staying here again soon.
A really nice hotel in a quiet area just outside Aberdeen. Comfy bed, clean room and peaceful stay. Just what I needed. Breakfast next door was nice as well. Staff is really nice and hepful.
The Premier Inn at Aberdeen South is our favourite location when travelling throughout the year. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always spotless and there is plenty of safe parking .The location is ideal for us for exploring the Aberdeenshire area nice and quiet but minutes from the town. Anna and her staff are the best!
Pleasant friendly staff. Rooms very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking even when there is a fair amount of work vehicles/workers staying. Only downside was the food in the connection brewers fayre not to same standards as the hotel.
Great stay, good location, good breakfast
Due to a storm, the power was out on our room for one night of our stay We were also unable to take advantage of a breakfast that we paid for we have not received any kind of refund or apology from this vendor.
Floorboards creaking and not just in the room. And when you say to Premier inn and try and complain about the creaky floor they say it hasn't been mentioned before but if you search that on here you will see its been said before so I say they are trying to hide the fact its a problem. And they wont refund under the sleep guarantee when you can't get any sleep as people are walking around in the corridor and all you can hear is creaking floor. Got 2 stars as the food in the brewers fayre was amazing.
Nichts Besonderes, aber gut um unterwegs einen Stop einzulegen
Ich wurde doppelt abgerechnet und das
Hotel ignoriert meine Anfrage. Vorsicht hier
Our room was lovely but at night got quite hot and floors a bit creaky but over all very much like other premire inn's lovely stay here and lots to do round about.
Quiet enough had a ok sleep, apart from the air-conditioning stayed at 24 even although we set it lower it kept going back to 24 so room was far too hot. Toilet seat was dirty and vath had hairs in plug hole.
Staff at check in were fantastic but on way out of hotel in morning not a single member of front of house staff were avaiable
Premier Inns are average at best but usually good value......however not this one. The maid didn't show all week despite leaving the towels outside the door so no tea or coffee The shower was a trickle . The Internet is almost non existent and the mobile signal is no better so it was impossible to work. Glad to leave!!
We always use this hotel when visiting family. Very friendly staff that go above and beyond always. Immaculate room and bathroom. We love this hotel as the staff are so lovely and smiley. Great value and being close to shops is a huge bonus
Very friendly and welcoming staff - especially Krys from housekeeping, whose hospitality went above and beyond the call of duty. My morning cuppa was much appreciated. Thanks
Friendly welcome and great staff
Ryan there to assist when we needed and made us feel very welcome
Julia at check in was a great help and made us feel welcomed
Would recommend
We had a weekday reservation for four adults (two rooms) for one night bed and breakfast.
There was no one on reception when we arrived, so we pressed the call bell and waited a few minutes until the receptionist arrived from next door at Brewers Fayre. We had a minor hiccup checking in as the receptionist couldn’t locate one of our reservations even though we had the email and reservation number, but he was able to resolve this for us eventually.
The next morning at breakfast (Brewers Fayre) we had the same issue checking in for our pre-paid breakfast; except the manager on shift at the restaurant was reluctant to assist us. It took the Premier Inn receptionist stepping in to resolve this issue again.
Overall we had a good stay and pleasant sleep, it’s just a shame the breakfast aspect let it down.
