Premier Inn Bradford South

I recently dined at the premier inn Bradford South restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service provided by Leslie and Megan was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!

Excellent location just off Motorway with easy access , hotel was very clean, Nice Greeting on arrival, Nice Room, bed unbelievably comfortable & morning breakfast was the best 10/10 in fact, Have to say a big thank you to Debbie & Donna in the breakfast bar in which they both provided outstanding service, Will definitely be coming back soon as I’m in the area. well done guys Full Marks.

Breakfast hosted just a short walk from hotel entrance, welcomed by Debbie, who was especially helpful and attentive to my requests, nice atmosphere, and plenty to choose from..

Although the 2 staff were rushed of their feet they are brilliant, helpful and friendly.
For breakfast in the morning Lesley was lovely, again helpful and friendly

Stayed over at the premier inn for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Must mention lesley and maisie from the pub. Very busy at times, remained professional, calm and couldnt do enough for the customers. Enjoyed the experience and will definitely be staying again when in the area.

Sharon’s customer service was absolutely exemplary. A real credit to the business and a fantastic stay all round. Any issues were quickly resolved with a smile and amazing positivity!

Stayed here on a couple of occasions and it's never disappointing. I this visit i would like to mention Debbie and Donna in the restaurant as the breakfast was spot on. The room was clean, tidy and more than sufficient for my Stay my only issue was the heating in the room I set it to my desired temp but as soon as it hit temp it turned off instead of maintaining temp so when I woke up it was chilly. All in all pleasant Stay and would return

Great hotel with very warm and welcoming staff. Special mention to Sharon who was fantastic. Also sorted a free hot chocolate. Not had this at any other premier inn ever.

Very welcoming staff. The bed was very comfortable. The room was warm. The restaurant attached was well staffed and very helpful employees.

Great hotel - restaurant food great, breakfast fresh and tasty - excellent location and good value for money. Would stay again when in the area.

All good apart from the breakfast was cold. So when paying 10.99 (i think) it should at least be warm if not hot. So totally disappointing on this and a let down.

First class service. Made a call a few days before our arrival asking about charging my wife’s mobility scooter and the receptionist ensured that we’d be given a room in the ground floor. The lady on reception helped us get our bags into the room, and the young lady in the bar was really welcoming

I've got to say the staff at this hotel are outstanding.
Friendly and accommodating with a special mention of the very lovely Linda who brightened up our morning.
Our room was spotless, the bed amazing as ever.
No complaints at all about our visit.

Lovely clean fresh smelling room . All staff ,from Lesley booking us in , Sadia booking a meal were amazingly friendly and helpful . During a rain storm a young man I think called Aqeel ? walked us across to the dining room carrying an umbrella ! Yorkshire hospitality at its best !

This was one of the best premier inns we have stayed in - the staff were all friendly and the room was perfectly clean with an amazing shower. We had a lovely breakfast - there was lots of choice, freshly cooked hot food and well stocked buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

We were visiting for a make a wash trip to see the CBeebies panto! Megan and her team really went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had adjoining rooms so we didn’t have to be separated as a family. They left a lovely gift and card for my daughter. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The food and service was also amazing in the adjoining restaurant.

We always stay at this hotel when having to attend meetings nearby. Staff are always really friendly and parking is never an issue.
